There might be, but it won't take long. Keep checking as you get your favour up. It might be that you have to get the first batch of trading sticks on your own.

No quest required but you do have to start the Jungle Cleanup minigame to get the sticks. Also you can buy them from other players, I think it takes 100 to enter the area to cut mahogany. I'll post a link to the minigame in a sec, it won't take long to get enough sticks to start cutting in that area. Jungle Cleanup

It's not expensive in the least. Just get enough trading sticks to enter and burn away.

I think I agree with this until you are really confident, no point in losing noted prayer pots and food if you make a mistake on your first tries. Shades of Morten quest allows you to use the general store in Morten to unnote supplies if you want, in addition to In Search of the Myreque for the shortcut from Canifis to Barrows. A real time saver is having a Canifis portal and altar in your house. Tele there, recharge prayer and use your portal back to Canifis to bank. House teletabs save inventory spaces. Good luck with your Barrows runs, it's addictive :D

To start Legends you need all the quest requirements. To get as far into Legends as you need to for RFD you only need the level 50 woodcutting as far as the skill requirements go.

Are the [bleep]e traps the ones you need to use your thieving skills to disarm first? If they are, try right clicking on them first and choosing to disarm.

I have always assumed since it is gilded rune armour that it would have the same requirements as a regular rune plate, but I don't know for certain. Good question, I hope someone who knows for sure will post :)

Have a look at the Construction Table for a Study in your house. That will tell you which lecturn you need to build or use to make certain teletabs. You can use someone elses lecturn to do it too, all you need in addition is the magic level necessary to cast the spell, the runes and the soft clay.

You can decline to take a task, but then you will have to wait a bit before getting another delivery assignment of the same type, how long depends on whether it was a hard or easy delivery. Also, you can just let the time run out on an assignment you can't do.

Turoths drop herb seeds very regularly, but you must have 55 slayer to kill them and if you melee you have to use that awful leaf bladed spear.

Not that I have ever found or heard of. You could check out this thread and see: FuBai's Safespot Guide! If you melee, just wear d hide and mystic boots and elemental shield, or some other combination with a good mage defense.

If you go up the ladder in the food shop you will see a couple of archer monkeys to the north. You can safely melee them there with range protect on. Grab the bones and re-equip the gree gree. There are other ways, but that is the way I did it :D

Maybe you accidently hid it. Click the Show/Hide Done button to reveal any that you may have hidden previously, the option is at the top of the list, under the "Search" button - which would also work :)

There is a way to make the Blamish Snail Oil yourself. Buy a sample bottle from the general store in canifis, then kill a blamish snail in the Mort Myre swamp. Grind the snail and add to the sample bottle. Get a water filled vial and add snail slime from sample jar and a harralander. That should give you the oil you need to put on the fishing rod to make it "oily".

I think your inventory looks just great. You might want to add a rune kite or obby shield for using in the tunnel for some extra defense. Gratz on the Ahrim's Staff :D
