Someone with some expeirence in anatomy will probably tell you exatly whats wrong. You going to do a bg aswell? Fantastic, i'll just be echoeing what the others said but the composition is really nice. I'l have to go with the border one, it looks better with a border, but not nesicarily that one. Have you tried a movie border? Not sure i like the text either, the placement. RM

Nice work, it looks great apart from the snow. Just a few things: -There needs to be a visible texture or some snow drifts to break it up, the house looks like it's levitating kinda, the shadow is weird. - You might wanna make a more defining horizon where the mountains meet the snow. -The person looks good, but the dog's face looks strange, a perspective problem i think. I like the silhouttes though, and the tree, but the proportions of the door looks weird. Looking forward to updates :) (add a snowman, as auldron said :wink: )

hehe typing without looking at the keyboard is easy, i've been able to for years, but i don't proper touch type i don't think, i just know where all the keys are, and are pretty fast, to the astonishment of most of my peers at school. :lol:

Nice work, except for the eyes, it kinda looks like there puppy dog eyes and he's sad or something lol. Also his lips are really weird... Looks as if there jutting out and there is no visible deffinition between them, lose the dark outline too. edit: Haha look at my post count - 1111 :

Great work DH, very stylish. Mind showing the large version? The Imp looks great, although i'm not too keen on the shape of the border flames, look more like waves, you need some sharp points. The two-tone bg looks great, as do the glowing runes on the dias surrounding him. We've got Illustrator at school, havn't used it myself, i'll have to look into it.

1.) Is there anyone at all left in this forum that wants to do pixel work for free? Eh? Don't do pixels, but there isn't anyone left who does the quality of pixels that people want. People like Kinkydave, GS, TJ, TH, Caskade even, all went to forums like RSC, MHM, and other clan fourms where sig selling is allowed, and found a thriving community, unlike here. 2.) If you answered Yes to the first question, then please answer this too. What motivates you to make a pixel work for free, even though there are other forums that you can go and sell your talent? N/A 3.) If you are able to make other types of signature, like abstract, or vector, etc... Why don't you make some for people for free every now and then? I am looking to start up a shop soon, now that i've got an eight week holiday, but i don't like making sigs for people that don't use them, as i found that that happened alot in my old shop. I occaisonally give out sigs on GU, because it has few members and it feels as if we're all mates. 4.) Is there anyone in here interested in bringing back the Tip.it community Pixel signature collabs? N/A 5.) This is for everyone, and I hope I get some answers... How do you feel about the general atmosphere of the Gallery and the Art Bazaar? It is bad, completly lost it's comnity feel, exactly what Auldron said. When the Media Market closed we lost all our talented and respectable artists, along with their decent c/c. The only decent pixeler around still is really terley, and mxm of course, with the occasional appearence of DH. The Gallery feels very begginerish, i never post my work here anymore because of the rubbish c/c that i get, i get much better on Chaos GFX and GU. I think that the board as a whole lacks the effort and patience required to make a decent sig. 6.) Again this is for everyone. How do you feel about the quality of work being posted at the forum? As i said after the MM closed, the quality of the work went straight downhill, and to be honest the pixels that are coming out are crap, apart form TJ and such. And don't get me started on buddies, thank god the up surge of them got queled a bit by the sticky. Something needs to be done, i still think that MM should be opened, i don't see the point of it's closure.

I still got 7 months till i can drive, but i'l inherit the family 1990 mazda 121. the most common pixel font is called visitor, theres tt1 brk and tt2 brk.

Ugg reck change your font it's nearly impossible to read.

Nice update, although i hate the eyes in the tree sorry, makes it look really cheesy, and the moon needs to be fixed. Try adding some clouds in aswell, break up the monotony in the sky.

Woah! awesome update, the shading on the red girl is awesome, especially the hair, although her eyes are very wide apart. Lovin the texture on the blue creature and the grass too. what happened to the riverbank? The sky's awesome, deffinantly one of your best, you dont' do many whole scenes do you? it's good that you have, rather than just characters like the seasons one, fantastic. Very nice princessa, the linework's fantastic, although there are many greys and it is hard to distinguish some parts. Some more vibrant colours would help to convey the playfullness of the animals etc.

I want a 19" widescreen monitor as a second screen, or possibly a samsung K5 mp3 player, seen it? it's awesome, slide out speakers and a touch screen, although it's ridiculously over priced. :lol: And lol at Lp haha.

Yes, i know that this is based on the USA's problem, but Australia has a big problem of it's own, mainly refugees and asylum seekers from the middle east and indonesia. These people, usually after spending around 2 weeks on a horrible, leaky, overcrowded boat finnaly arive in Australia and get locked up for years apon end. IMO, this is not the way to go about it, New Zealand, i belive, has a great policy, instead of the Asylum seekers being locked up, they are placed in a sort of 'foster home'. They are immersed in the community, under controlled conditions, and are monitored to see how well they fit in while there case is researched for authenticity. They get jobs and pay for there own food etc, so that the public's money isn't spent on their expenses, and they enjoy living conditions most asylum seekers in Australia could only dream of. Of course, New Zealand doesn't have nearly the size of problem that Australia does, and although it may be hard to put into place, it is a wonderful solution that eliminates all the problems associated with the refugees, those of accomodation and food. Well, you'd think your government would wisen up about it. Here, plumbers, garbage collectors and electricians get paid absolute buckets of money to do the work nobody else wants to. He's right, Tradesmen, not particularly laybourers get amazing amounts of money, because of the lack of people going into trades, opting to work with computers instead. My grandfather always predicted that there would be a trade shortage, and he's right. RM
