  1. Words from mouth. =D>
  2. I'm done now, I reserved the one at 3x2 http://i31.tinypic.com/1y2zq8.jpg
  3. I like him as a player, but he's just not confident enough. I would replace him.
  4. Yeah, but they're pretty much intertwined with combat skills. What are they like? Well there are 3 gathering professions, Mining, Herbalism and Skinning. Skinning well, you skin mobs with fur etc. Mining, nodes spawn all over the world and better nodes spawn as you get into higher levelled territory, you mine it as you would. Herbalism, herbs spawn the same as mining, and you just pick it. Then there are the primary professions: Blacksmithing, Engineering, Tailoring, Jewelcrafting, Leatherworking, Inscription, Alchemy. Alchemy is making potions with herbs. Inscription is grinding the herbs down into parchment to make gear enhancements or spell enhancements. Leatherworking uses primarily skinning materials but also some mining materials to make armour/gear enhancements. Tailoring uses cloth (Which is found on 90% of mobs, higher level = better cloth) to make armour/gear enhancements. Blacksmithing uses mining materials to make armour/gear enhancements. Jewelcrafting uses mining materials also to craft gems/jewellery, gems can be put in gear with sockets. Engineering uses all professions materials and you can craft gadgets like rocket boots, lightning trinkets, and non-combat stuff too. IeatWindex, if you are looking for a caster, ask me, I know all about every caster class. :P I'll just go through the basics of them. Mage: Master of the elements, fire, frost and arcane. You have the smallest mana and hp pools but can put out some of the best burst damage available. Not to mention the fact that you can protect yourself with shields and crowd control in many different ways, be it transforming them into helpless animals, freezing them on the spot, stunning them, etc. You can kite until your hearts content using frost's slowing abilities. The mage is one of the least played classes to date because of the skill required to play. Warlock: Master of demons and dark magic, the focus of damage is with shadow and fire. You have the biggest hp pool of any caster and with this stamina you gain buffs. You can summon demons from the Twisting Nether to aid yourself in battle. You do damage either by entirely direct attacks, burning enemies down fast, or by placing many damage over time spells and making them run away in fear where they can do nothing but die very slowly. You can sacrifice your own hp to gain mana or do intense AoE damage. The warlock is slightly higher than a mage in popularity but in my opinion is easier a lot easier to play. Priest: Master of holy spells and discipline with the ability to deal tremendous shadow damage whilst still healing and returning mana to the group. You can be disciplined in the art of healing, focusing around putting barriers on your group to absorb incoming damage or you can go holy and use the power of light to heal everything within your range for high amounts. Or you can choose to deal damage and play the warlocks, you focus on shadow damage over time spells while using fear a lot. Very difficult to learn but easy to play once you get used to it, about the same popularity level as a warlock. Druid: Jack of all trades, master of melee and healing :| The moonkin form using the balance tree focuses your damage around nature and your control of it can make for huge damage, in TBC this was known as the Oomkin form. (OOM stands for Out of Mana, without mana you cannot cast spells). Now, they are more prolifically known as Doomkins or Boomkins because of their outstanding damage without any buffs. You can also use the restoration tree form, having huge armour yet focusing your heals around heal over time spells which slowly rack up your healing to immense levels. You have great survivability and can cast everything whilst moving. If you choose to change once more you can go feral, there are two ways of this, the cat and bear. The cat is currently the best damage dealer in game, stealthing behind your opponent and stunning whilst putting out huge damage. The bear is a good tank with a high HP pool but also doing a lot of damage. The druid is the 4th most popular class at the moment. Shaman: Jack of all trades, [cabbage] at everything. Really. Restoration sucks, 5 spells and all 5 need buffs. Enhancement is underpowered, this needs a buff too. Elemental is ok actually, but you only want one to supply the raid buffs. Shamans are only brought to raids because they have the most powerful ability in the game to date, Bloodlust/Heroism. Increased haste by 30% for 40 seconds and their totems which also give huge buffs. If you are on the EU side by the way, come to Frostwhisper and choose the Horde side, I am there and the server overall is really nice. It's well balanced Horde/Ally ratio and the community is awesome since it's never been a suggested realm.
  5. Not that hard to be fair... Anyway, finally got the [Mine] achievement in Isle of Conquest, now I just have to kill a siege engine for Demolition Derby, get a few more for Mowed Down, and win a bunch of battles. 6885 achievement points now. http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet ... &n=Yttrium
  6. [Huge long rant please read and respond] I'm going to refer to mages as: M1 M2 (Class Leader) M3 and Me (Yttrium) Ok currently in our guild we lack warlocks, but we have 3/4 mages every raid. Every boss I ask other mages to scorch but I'm the only one ever scorching most of the time, sometimes someone will do 1 or 2 at the start, and it started to piss me off, so I asked other mages on the forum to start scorching. I then get a whisper from M1 saying how M2 and M3 dislike scorching and how he does a few every now and then and I said that's fine, I just need the others doing it aswell. All of them reply on the forums with 'I've always been scorching get a debuff checker'. I've had ForteXcorcist for over a year now and I have it to show scorch stacks on the boss. So I know they are lieing. We go to Archavon & Emalon and as a test to see who is scorching I decided I wouldn't do it. Another mage said, come on now all mages scorch, you too Yttrium, even though I do it EVERY [bleep]ING TIME. I say nothing, we have 4 mages, and Scorch goes up to 3 stacks and then it falls off, when the boss hits ~60% it goes up to 5 stacks, and falls off again, then at about 20% there is a single scorch and nothing happens. I realise after the boss that I was in PvP gear because the equipment manager didn't work for some reason, so I only did 3.5k DPS and I say brb drink quickly, come back (Literally 10 seconds later) and Archavon is engaged, so I run in and the boss is at 80%, no scorch stack at all. I just DPS as normal and I see a scorch go up to a 5 stack at about 50%, and then is refreshed with 16 seconds left, then falls off again. So I ask the mages, "So who actually scorched?" M2 replied with, I did 10 scorches on that fight (Even though there were 6, he is the only mage with Recount also), and then he said I only did 3 (When I didn't do any) and the other mages didn't do any (When I know that M1 always does his). So I post another thread in the forums saying this: A lot of people are saying, "Why don't you let M2 decide that?" I reply with, from my point of view, "he doesn't seem to be scorching all that much, if at all". And he follows up saying he's the one scorching all the time keeping stacks up which is BULLLLLLLLLLLL [cabbage]. Now our ever helpful socials come along and say "Get a warlock to do it" which is what I've been saying since they got that talent, but our GM doesn't want 1 warlocks DPS getting nerfed so mages can slack (When actually it's better in 90% of cases) and our ever helpful warrior tank comes along saying "Can other warriors stack sunder armor for me please? I'm tired of hitting button 3 all the time". Now M2 says to me, well why don't you up your DPS then. I'm usually 100-200 DPS behind him on most fights and generally beat him on Hodir, rarely am I not first on Hodir. I ask him what his Spell Power, Crit and Haste is. The other mages chip in too... M1 has 2582 SP, 29% crit, 48 haste. (He just got the new Colliseum dagger which is IMBA) M2 has 2533 SP, 33% crit, 410 haste. M3 has 2378 SP, 30% crit, 302 haste. I have 2121 SP, 29% crit, 238 haste. I'm the only one who also has all epic gems in their gear, when the others haven't. I link him my badge trinket, and Mp5 gear. I have picked up a single upgrade in Ulduar for 2 months, I basically got 4pT8 and then got nothing other than the crafted belt and a staff. He complains to me about MY low DPS when I'm usually joint second with M1, and M2 just ahead, with M3 way down AND I'm scorching all the bloody time. This guild was my old guild about 3 months previously and I was Class Leader, when I left I suggested M2 should be CL, BAD CHOICE. On wednesday I also looked at M3's gear and saw he gemmed really badly, so I said to him "You could get better stats from your gear by gemming X, Y and Z this way." He said "I don't spam PvE all day I don't give a [cabbage]". Which was awesome, so I tell this to M2 and he says "I like him" "<-- doesn't give a [cabbage] :)". That's not the traits of a Class Leader at all. [/rant thingy] 1. On the scorch front, who is in the right of mind. 2. Why is he complaining about my DPS with the other mages geared as they are? 3. I know everyone in this guild, I don't want to leave it. What should I do about M2?

Since I live in Surrey, I'm pretty much 20 minutes from the centre of London by train, and I've visited enough times, so here's a list of attractions I highly recommend for you. If you got enough time, do them in days at a time so you can see the whole place. But you don't have to do them all in a row of course. Day 1: British Museum Imperial War Museum I recommend you visit one first, bring your own lunch or bring plenty of money for something at the overpriced Café's they have, and then go to the other. Be in London nice and early (I'd say 10am at the latest) but don't catch the rush hour on the underground from 7am-9am. As an American you should find these pretty interesting and there's a bunch of stuff you can buy from the store there. Day 2: Camden Market The London Dungeons Camden Market is awesome, there are street performers everywhere, get here at about midday and take a look at what people do, then chillax over a nice long lunch and as mentioned previously, you can haggle everywhere around here. Once you've had your fill here, head over to the London Dungeons, I won't spoil the fun. Day 3: The Science Museum You really have to spend an entire day here, it's so good. Make sure you watch something at the IMAX cinema while you are there, this costs extra money but is so worth it. This place is huge and awesome in every respect and bring a load of money to buy stuff in the shop after because there's everything you could want from gadgets to gizmos to games. Day 4 (Only if you are interested in art and have some spare money): The London Eye Tate Modern Go to the London Eye just before lunch, the queue will be much shorter at this time, it's expensive but it's worth it if you feel you can spend the money but it is something you HAVE to do if you go to London (And you will meet many tourists here). Have some lunch after in the park nearby, so bring a picnic then head over to the Tate Modern afterwards. The Tate Modern is awesome if you love art, there's so much. Here are some links: Transport for London - London Underground British Museum Imperial War Museum London Dungeons London Eye Science Museump Tate Modern Enjoy!

I had a nosebleed this morning at 4am (I didn't go to sleep until 3am) and then went back to sleep and woke up at 9am. It lasted for about 20 minutes and then stopped, and as I went to clean it up there was a huge clotting of blood and snot mix which was about an inch long and very thick. And so my nose bled for another 10 minutes. Then it was fine and has been until now. Yay.
  9. Any kind of bugs really. Especially ones with huge legs, like house spiders or daddy long-legs. And it's worse when they can fly...
  10. Well I live in the UK and the censorship has always been more loose than America and many other countries and I haven't noticed a change here recently so I guess all of you are finally catching up with us! ;-)
  11. Can you reserve 2,3 for me please? (3rd row, 2nd column). I need some to do some dabbling.
  12. It's patch day. \; Anyway, got Nerf Scrapbots (25 Player) because of the XT-002 bug! :D On my BG, EotS was dead tonight as I was doing the daily, we won 1600-6 (WTF D:) and so I got Flurry achievement, I decided to stay incase that happened again, and what do you know, 15 horde to 2 allies. The Perfect Storm. So we thought it would be the same with AB. Let's just say winning 1600-10 because of the 'Last minute rogue' is a pisstake. :( 6730 points now.
  13. Ahh, someone else who is on the extended maintenance realms. What's wrong with our realms? -.- No idea but mine got up 6 hours ago so good good. :)
  14. Extended Maintenance For The 5th Time Sucks.
  15. So I've been following this thread and it looks awesome. As a person who has played WoW for a long time, and never strayed from the mage class, can anyone tell me what the differences are, the similarities are and such forth. I'm very tempted as this looks outstanding. Also, can you give me some of the basics of the game? Thanks

I was going to say that but apparently not.
  17. One Light isn't so hard, you just need focussed people, and make people (For Freya) wear lots of PvP gear, if they don't have at least 23k health.
  18. 4-8 levels lower you can take 20-30, I've done it on a friends paladin, mind you I needed cooldowns.
  19. To be fair, it depends on what I was offered. Anything over £1,500 and I would easily accept, anything under £500 I would decline. Anything between there would have a difficult decision for me.
  20. But I bet a lot of people TIF know how to.
  21. Yeah paladins are the easiest to level now purely because they can tank 10-30 mobs with ease and with mana and health returns on yourself, as well as healing, just makes questing a breeze. But if you quest and take down 3-5 mobs at a time it works really well, you can also consecration kite which takes the mobs out of their natural evade range too if you please. Just drop a consecration everytime it is off cooldown whilst picking up more mobs and make sure you are running constantly. It's only better for higher levels when you have good gear but if there are mobs for questing which are sparse then you can do this.
  22. For the second time since December, Illustration of the Dragon Soul dropped in OS on the 28th of July. The first time I saw it was on the first week. I won the roll with 98 out of 15 people who rolled. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  23. I would love a Japanese and Korean server personally.
  24. Still haven't got mine. -.-
  25. Really? Thought It was only tier 7/8 Anyway, done OS25 today, rolled 95 on a dragon hide bag and got that. Then immediately rolled 95 on tier 7.5 gloves after too. Mwuhahaha, so far I have a 100% win record today =P It's annoying trying to find a pug group for Naxx, they're all saying that you need the achievement for beating it already plus the epic achievement... which is especially stupid for naxx10 which doesn't even give 213 items >_< Kelly does :D
