mmm... seen a tread in official forums about it, actually multiply treads. they did it probaly to save their selfes, or there would be lawyers kicking their money out of em, jagex loves money, so you know what they would choose, thank god im 15 years old, and my sis about 14, maybe this would decrease the amount of bad people, very young people dont know the rules yet, many young people probaly dont even bother to read them(to be honest, also not me when i started).
