Rune Defender Pic with complete stat bonuses (pic fixed!)
gonpost replied to wakka102's topic in General Discussion
When I said bonuses I was referring to weapon bonuses, I dont think torag gives any weapon bonuses does it? No, it does not. I don't really know why he said that, but I was being nice and decided to address the question anyway. -

But you don't have to repair full dragon :) Or better yet, do what I do, and wear a combination of both. Aka Dragon legs, torag body, warrior helm, and obby shield. You don't have to stick to a theme; you can mix and match various armor pieces to get the most desirable results. -

You may be right for now...but I think that it's useful if you eventually get one. Reason being, I'd use the defender whenever I fight a monster with a combat level of 75 or lower because defense isn't terribly important, and so I can focus much more on offense. Great for those lower level slayer assignments, or ones that don't hit much (bloodvelds, fever spiders, etc). -
If you're high combat, killing animated rune armor is definately the best way to go.

Yes items do appear to other players when left on the ground for a minute or two. :) Be careful of that.

how many warrior guild tokens have u earned?
gonpost replied to coalsbud's topic in General Discussion
It took me about 1,500 tokens to get my rune defender. -
Yeah...because I got my steel defender the FIRST kill after I got back in from showing the lady my iron defender. Just luck...no ring of wealth btw, seems to work for me.

Your cat needs a good, strong name that implies power and domination, and destruction of all mice (and men, for that matter) before his merciless onslaught of chaos and greateness! A Russian name will do perfectly! Vladimir That name is perfect! *evil laugh* *ahem* On a more serious note... Actually, I've found that calling a cat the color of its coat works well. For instance, one of my cats is mostly grey, so his name is "grey". Definately fits.

Pictures of me with several well-known people that I've happened to come across over the past few years. I'll start with my first pics...rsc...then go on. Here's a picture of me with Zezima...I was too dumb to include his name...But I saw him for a very long time while we both mined iron ore at the same mine. I was getting 85 mining, and he was getting 99 mining. He got it shortly after I finished 85 mining. He was actually a nice guy to talk to, I must admit. So's his brother. Eugene Ru uloveme gearshifter (he's in the black dhide) lilyuffie (she's in blue beret and cape) The Old Nite (he's fighting the zombie) Me with Zezima shortly after runecrafting just came out. He's on the right. Here's where I met his brother with him. Needless to say, he figured out that runners were the best way to go right from the start... Samanthanz sharif50 Thehate Well, that's all folks.

How much crafting exp an hour do you get at the temple, and for how much money? I haven't been there since that quest came out and I got my splitbark...

This does make me wonder...

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. And people are naturally ungrateful. -
Right, I even saw the thread on the rs main forum about the event and the replies from after it was over. Nice luck you have getting that chain, congrats! :)

Wtf barbeque sauce???!/1!?!?1/?!?! Dude...people buy phats for numerous reasons. Some people just have too much cash and can't wear more than one set of the best armor at a time...phats are a great long term investment for your cash to grow in. In regards to wearing them around runescape, I'm sure you wear your most prized possession wherever you go, it just happens to not be a phat. As long as they're not shoving it in your face you have no right to complain...
-
You guys forget who controls the phat market. Merchants. Who made tons of money the day construction came out with supplies, etc? Merchants. They simply let the rares sit and stagnate for a while, focused on other things and made a large profit. The merchants actually made a decent profit and therefore there's enough money floating around the rare market to support these record high prices. That's my theory anyway.
-
Speaking of merchanting, what do you all think about the recent phat price hike? I'm seriously thinking about selling my white phat for 195-200 mil right now, but I'm not sure if I should...
-
Nice idea...but those of us with 82/84? magic have been able to do this a long time. Paddewwa teleport with ancient magicks will teleport you just a little south of edgeville, so that's always worked pretty well for me...

Durial's interview gives 'scapers a bad rap
gonpost replied to Nazgul740's topic in General Discussion
The interviewer HAS to empathize with the person he is interviewing in order to get the most information. If he had just insulted Durial or had appeared completely apathetic, he wouldn't have gotten much information out of him. You have to appease people's sense of pride. You can get a lot of information by doing so, that's how real life scammers make a living... -

Actually, if you want good info on the dupe, go here.... http://rsl.ma.cx/ Yes it's clean, safe, etc. I go there all the time for kicks. Anyway, there's PLENTY of firsthand knowledge there, all you'd ever want to know. -
My home is in Taverly. I can recharge glory ammys very easily. I can also, combined with my 70 agility, get to the blue dragons VERY quickly and easily now. It's quite nice I must say. Furthermore, having the Kahryrll teleport in my house makes slayer assignments very easy to access, such as the ones in the slayer tower.
-
You should burthrope it without question. I'm combat 108 and I still burthrope metal dragon assignments...they're just not worth the time. They'd be a royal pain for you, trust me.
-
No.
-
Oh, and also... Stats on the mace are: Stab 19, slash -2, crush 37, mag 8, str 34, prayer 3 Not great, BUT, it does autocast a god spell...which is very valuable in itself.

I just tested out some of the packs. Here's what I got. Herb packs: 4 avantoe 2 kwuarm 3 irit 1 toadflax 3 ranarr 2 harralander 3 harralander 2 ranarr 2 toadflax 3 irit 4 kwuarm 1 avantoe 2 avantoe 1 kwuarm 3 irit 3 toadflax 2 ranarr 4 harralander Always SIX packs of herbs in these amounts: 1 2 2 3 3 4 The herbs change stacks...so if you get 4 harrs one time, you might get 4 irits the next time. Same amount of herbs every time, just randomly picks different herbs to be different numbered piles. Seed packs: 2 limpwurt 4 sweetcorn 3 strawberry 2 sweetcorn 1 willow 2 watermelon 2 limpwurt 6 tomato 1 maple 11 onion 2 watermelon 3 sweetcorn 28 potato 11 onion 2 limpwurt 9 cabbage 14 potato They seem to be very random. Mineral packs: 25 coal 18 iron You get exactly that EVERY time for the mineral pack.
