No, that is unofficial, as are all others... There is no "official" one. I know that there are a few unofficial ones... There are at least two general ones (forsakenmage's and evil_mumm_ra's, right?) and there's the Blogscape chat... Not sure what that one is now. You're unofficial.

Its only better if youre fighting against someone whos using mage only because its special lowers their mage level by whatever you hit, so if you hit a decent number they might not be able to attack for a while.

Sounds like a familiar there would be a significant advantage, its just one monster and one that has certain circumstances to fight it, it seems like thats the way it should be to be honest.

Abberent spectres is the only way I can think of, pick up all high level herbs and sell the ones you dont have the level to use yet. This isnt fast but right now I dont see any way herblore can be cheap.

Pretty useless in my opinion, some kid was trying to tell me how useful it was because he could carry one extra trout but that doesnt help me at all considering I dont use anything below monkfish for food. So its sort of useful for low level f2pers I guess...

Bronze knives at ogres, or yaks if you can access them.

Screen shotting your stats and music page would be the best way although not many people will be impressed by it anyways.
