OH YES! I'm turning 27! And we're going to celebrate it :) Date: July the 2nd, the exact date I was born Time: 18:30 GMT, but if you're really late, thats ok, the party is expected to last a while World: NINETY-NINE 99 Location: My POH in Rellekka (RSN: TS Stormrage) Requirements: Dress to impress, and, for a nice and surprising theme, I would like you to bring some exotic food or drinks to hand out to other party guests. The rarer the food, the more fun you'll have comparing it with the other guests :) I'm inviting quite a few people to come, and that basicly means anybody who is anybody will likely be there. Presents are not desired, due to the trade limit and all that, so if you're still considering bringing one, try and keep it small :) I will be PM-ing people to come as well... I hope to see you all there, and have good fun :) PS: For those that want to; a very large portion of my clan will be there, if you would finally like to get ot know who The Tal Shiar Alliance are, and what we are like, THIS would be a perfect opportunity...

Very well thought out, but I'd have a few things changed: 1: No such thing needed as "Dragon Bolts" when there are already massivly powerfull bolts available. 2: The spec is also kind of pointless... I'd much rather see the Dragon Crossbow spec something along the lines of: "Makes the special ability of enchanted bolts happen for the next shot; Minimum damage is 6 (without enchanted effect added); Drains 60%"

Wow, 7 clans now, as opposed to 1 when TCE still had their own forums... Maybe it shouldve done all its stuff on the Clan Discussions board?

We had a debate for a while on what kind of clan we were supposed to be alignment wise (good, evil, or just not caring)... It was a pretty close race though, so when also looking for a subtitle or catchphrase for our clan, I basicly boiled the debate down in a poll with 3 options... those were: "Create enough hunger and every man becomes a criminal" (taken from Batman Begins) "To spread the Light it does not matter wether you are Candle or Mirror" (this one I came up with myself) "Because sometimes, Angels need a sharp sword too" (taken from Batan Beyond animated series) I choose these because they somewhat represent the philosophies that one can find when digging around in what the gods of runescape represent (Zamorak, Saradomin, or Guthix, in this order)... The "Guthix" phrase won it by a landslide... To this day, noone has regretted it...

Thanks for all your positive comments (both on the article and the Did You Know...) I know that it doesnt work in the clanworld the way it does between football clubs, but the similarities there are, combined with the current European Championship happening, is what prompted me to write an article about it... For those that wonder, I'm dutch, and yes I chose to write it in british english rather then american english, largely because of the Football vs Soccer debate :) If you guys have a suggestion what you'd like to see me write an article about, feel free to pm me, and I'll explore it :)

In the upper right of the index, there is a link called "Mark Forums Read." Push it before you exit and you will have the same effect. Ok thanks :) I kind of knew this, but I was wondernig if there was some setting where this is done automatically..

On the old forum, when I exited, it basicly marked all posts as read, so I'd see in an instant which forums had new posts for me... On this forum, it remembers which I havent seen yet, basicly turing the entire forum, for me atleast, as if it was completely swamped in spam in the 5 minutes I wasnt on TIF... Is there anything in my settings which I must do?

Once again, this is not one of those things that you want to make it to the public... As I said before, if you want to know, if you REALLY care, im very easy to come and find and have a chat with... And you did express your bias, but unfortunately, its no longer retrievable because of the forum crash...

Hope you now realise (after our PM on IRC this afternoon) why we wont go public, and really think that its up to the CIC to make the neccisary changes happen... Btw, I told you we'd beat them french ;)

I wish I could, but I do not wish to do it in a public place, and I prefer to do it in real tme instead of trough this forum... Somehow the time delay always seems to distort stuff... Also last time a topic had some feedback in it, we got told off that it is a discussion/debate that belongs in the CIC (and not The Conclave)... Since I am not part of the CIC because I "am not what you guys are looking for" I'm left to keep on inviting you guys to come have a chat with me (pick a place, i'll come to you), and making more drastic statements such as retiring form the TWR list out of protest... And of the CIC leaders, you are the LAST one I want to discuss this with peter, due to you having expressed your bias against TSA specificly on your very CIC forums... Unfortunately due to the Forum being crashed, there's little I can show you now...

Btw, Tal Shiar Alliance is retired form the P2P War Ranking list... We feel there are still many issues that need to be resolved (yes this goes back to before the Forum Crash) and we would love to help out with it... But the way things are run here left us little choice to retire as #1 clan just to make a statement...

Few suggestions; 1: Make it P2P only 2: Make it dependant on Construction and have something similar 3: Add a room where people can put stuff in a chest, ready to use for any future wars, this stuff cannot be taken out of the clanwars area anymore, ever... So you'll definitly lose that set of Veracs once it hits 0 4: Make the teleport item a 1 charge only item, then it is consumed, purely for economic benefits 5: Make this "armory" also have the ability to store GP, of which some you can stake against other clans... Again, its impossible to take those GP out of clanwars, and can only be used to either repair barrows sets, or buy stuff from the grand exchange for the armory... 6: Only people of a certain rank can access armory, bank, and build additional rooms (and hand out weapons and armor and runes and arrows), but everyone in clanchat can donate to it... THATS a clan HQ

can you spell "customerbase enlargement"? As for those getting more and have now 10+ black marks... good riddance to bad rubbish...

With the 'rarity' of charms, I would like to suggest adding them to the rewards you can get form various things... The things I believe they could and should be added to are: = Burgh de Rott Ramble/Temple Trekking minigame; Gold only on Blue Tokens, Gold and Green on Yellow tokens, Gold, Green, Blue and Crimson on Red reward tokens (Gold total matches the other colors total). Varying between 2 and 20 Charms total, with 36 tokens as a special reward... = Make Charms purchaseable by: - Tokkul (100 for Gold, 200 for Crimson, Blue or Green, 500 for Obsidian, cannot sell charms for tokkul) - Agility tickets (25 for Gold, 100 for Crimson, Blue or Green) - Tai Bwo Favor (not directly purchasable by trading sticks, 10% for Gold, 20% for Crimson, Blue, and Green) - Pieces of Eight (50 for Gold, 100 for Crimson, Blue or Green) = Gnome Delivery should also potentially reward you with a substantial ammount of Charms, regardless of color (gold, blue, crimson, green, obsidian and abyssal, these gnomes been around see?)... = Perhaps add an Impling that can drop a charm or 2 when looted? I believe this should be plenty of ways to gain more charms without being forced into combat... POST IF YOU SUPPORT!!!
