The max damage for Magic Spells.
Every combat spell excluding magic dart, Iban Blast, Saradomin Strike and Flames of Zamorak can get the extra 10% bonus the new maxes are simply original max times 1.1. Since those spells require a staff which doesn't give 10% The only question really is are they rounded up or down.

smoke devils
Smoke devils are underrated for there level. They hit pretty well asn the scroll is ok (don't bother enchanting a helm with them as you can burn through them like crazy). Remember you don't get exp for the scroll damage and if a monster is killed solely via the scroll damage you will not get the drop.

Post and discuss all Jagex Twitter updates here!
Maybe they'll fix the damn prayer lag and eating when running issue. It does mention feet (foot) so I can only hope. Before anyone says its fine its not it got me killed once and nearly killed about 3 times. I've noticed Tip.it has had a lot of Jagex tweet lately, I recon there planning something big.

Quest Cape Req'
http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Quest_cape It states you can pot to the thieving requirement. Berserker necklace+black mask/slay helm
I think they do, but I'm not 100% sure. Salve and black mask both affect the attack and strength where as void and the necklace only affect accuracy and damage. Hence why black mask and salve don't stack, but salve and void do.

Temple Trekking Guide on Forums?
The vrye watch events are pretty damn annoying tbh I played it for 1 to 2 hours and had 3; 2 of which killed the follower instantly and the other one I managed to get them first, but it extended the trip by a good 2 minutes if not 3. For vyres just kill them on the lower level of the town (the vyre one) or right next to the village. That way there either lower level or you have fast access to the bank if you need to.

Hand Cannon: good merchanting item?
There not too rare and there more of a PvP item so its hard to tell. Personally I'd stay away from new items as they can go crazy (look at ranging ammy for example).

Handcannon and other failed range updates
the extra accuracy, damage, and prayer bonus might help With rune c'bow its harder to stand away from the other players without getting into rex or supreme range. This means you can't turn off magic prayer when someone else is taking the hits as often. Hence you using more prayer. Add to this the lack of an extra space for the shield when you switch to melee you lose a prayer or super restore potion. And like one of the above posters stated its 5 vs 4 on the weapon speed as well. EDIT just bothered reading more into your first post and a few things made me lol. Rune crossbow- always the best way to train, Good hits and accurate For training is one of there worse weapons. When your training you want a monster with low defense and high hp with a fast weapon. Rune crossbow is slow for power training when compared to knives or ..... darts. Yes I said darts. At lower levels shortbows are better then cbows for training. Rune crossbow- always the best way to train, Good hits and accurate Chins- Best way to train :D So which is the best way to train rune crossbow or chins? The best denotes its the definitive weapon for training. The hand cannon can hit double 56 with the special if you set it to rapid (since they almost merge into one animation). Javalins Not much to say here other than they suck! :D Forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't Morgans javelin one of the best PvP items?

Range tank gear for slayer?
Where you need magic defense stick with void (it has a damn high magic defence) only really switch to anything else if you need the slayer helm for them.

Are Dust Devils worth it?
Don't camp them for crimsons though there are much better monsters for charms. There the ideal camping monster for a mix of charms (there about 1 in 3/4), combat exp and drops second to only (well that I can think of right now) AZ's. Definitely continue with slayer, but if you do get them as a task (or kill them for the hell of it) there fast and good exp. They drop enough kebabs to keep me going with just the odd titan scroll here and there. At lower levels some monkfish and B2P tabs are enough.

Handcannon and other failed range updates
Crystal bow is still pretty damn good for boss hunting. I love using it at DK's its longer ranged, takes 1 slot, I don't have to worry about ammo and I don't need to wear a set cape which means more prayer bonus and longer trips. Recharging works out cheaper then the amount of diamond (e) bolts you'd lose due to breaks and them dropping on the floor (picking them up is lost time and inventory space in comparison).

40/200
Just curious you can easily get lumberjack and adze for more exp per hour, but your not bothering why?

Maybe add to a quest guide?
I don't think directions to the battle field really need adding as you have to go past it during the quest. But I've still not found or bothered locating the mine.

J3benice12's Guide for Barrows v3.2 - AOW
For the GS method why take rune cbow, range helm and bolts? A GS will rip through ahrim in 3 to 5 hits. BKR fairy ring is the fastest way of getting there. D Jay 99, you've got a few choices. Veracs and GS methods will be more gp per run, but you lose out on staying ability. or Mage with guthans is the best for longer trips. Salamanders are terrible as you lose the safespots and I've not tried ancients since the update.

Summoning. . . Now what?
They fixed this a few weeks back. I'd love to see some more varied abilities. Say something similar to a forager/healer/BoB cross. You can fill them up with certain food (the amount depending on the the level) but you can't get it back. The scrolls use the food and they randomly generate food in there pack like a forager. Worse then a unicorn in the long run better in the short run. Maybe replace the scroll ability with them randomly using the food once you hit less then 50% hp. I'd love some armour which increases the combat familiars offensiveness and some of the skill boosters cap pretty low too.

The forgotten changes - safe to revert?
Thanks hit_u_ranger completely forgot about them adding the timer. I've added it to the main post.

summoning question.
But to get the 1k or so pouches you have to wait about 12 hours for them all to sell (without you buy above mid then its even less of a saving). In this 12 hours he could have 68 summoning and be using war tort or bunyip straight away saving more then the 80k extra it cost. Its only really worth doing if you can get them for 23 or less otherwise your tying up GE space (considering half of the time the best pouches are hard to buy, so you need to spread the load out) and losing out on using the extra summoning levels right away.

summoning question.
What I'm saying is buy a chunk of shards then once they run out trade any you can back. Rinse and repeat, but depending on your starting shards you might need to buy more (since you need to be a % higher level then the pouch to trade them back). O and atm its not worth the hassle buying pouches to trade in for shards as the current best for anyone under 79 is over 24 per shard. Means if you was planning on buying pouches from the GE to trade for shards then the best is about 24.4gp/shard atm. Which considering the hassle (takes a while to buy the pouches) its not worth the 0.6gp saved.
