  1. Whats your summoning level? If its 68+ just use a bunyip and tank with any setup as piety + rapid heal + bunyip should offer enough protection/healing. If your using a whip use a defender with any of the setups. EE, SGS or super defense pots should counter any trouble from your low defense.
  2. PvE? Shouldn't it be PvM? I think its a cop out by Jagex and it should never have been removed. @ Sonic3190 youtube solo corp and you'll see the warhammer has its uses.
  3. Stock up for prayer (its the last skill on there high level update list I believe) as you'll make a profit either way. Herblore is nice, but the cost:reward ratio is rubbish until 84 as you can simply by the potions for less. Prayer on the other hand helps a lot in pretty much any combat situation. Each level adds a small reward with each 4 levels adding a bigger more noticeable reward. However I would highly recommend 88 summoning before you spend your money on herblore or prayer (a much much greater instant reward).
  4. Wow, just wow. I'm 1 pre-quest and 1 stat until I can do WGS and every d claw/lump/shard drop is making me want to do the quest and unlock them more and more.
  5. Macs don't have issues /sarcasm.
  6. I would go into a few stores and try a few designs (sit at them and toy with the layout). I always said I would want a slide out mouse/keyboard shelf, but after using a few at work there more annoying then anything if your using them day in day out.
  7. Yes you don't like slayer, but get 65 for dust devils then camp there. There a nice amount of exp per hour as well as much better charms then the other recommended options.
  8. Teacher's wand would be better than ancient staff because it doesn't have a negative prayer bonus, right? Can someone answer my question please? After you lure them do they keep re-spawning in the same spot as you killed them, or do you have to keep re-luring them? Teachers lacks the 10% bonus I believe. They spawn in the same location every time, this means you have to relure them. If they spawned in the lure location then the amount of mage exp and summoning exp would be extremely high. With rock lobsters about half the time if luring.
  9. I brought 1 of each summoning scroll. There are tons of them and they don't go above 500gp each.

If your friend wants to mage fire wave or any of the other wave spells would be cheaper and more cost effective then slayer dart.
  11. Cannon at ice trolls or wallaski's (there harder to get to but offer a nice amount of charms). Both are 60k/hour+ (I get about 80k/hour at ice trolls). Ice trolls should break even, wallaski should be a slight loss.
  12. You mean eyes not path right? As path is the one with the "trading" in machine. Just drop all your shapes then talk to the mage again. I did it about 10 times until I could complete it.
  13. I just noticed this. Yes its better then 60 seconds, but its still extremely annoying when you want to post something short and sweet. I post a lot of H&A and tech support which most of the questions deserve a paragraph answer, but some can be as short as 20 characters. If I post a long post on one topic, but want to post a quick answer, say "70exp/h", I have to wait. By which time I just either give up helping people or get frustrated with it. I've just looked over the intro guide for IPB and it states its possible to disable flood control for groups. Would it not be possible to have a group with selected members (say been with TIF x time or had x number of posts) with this option ticked? I'm just saying there are some of us who have been very loyal to TIF and always helped others and this would be a nice reward for them/us.
  14. PP is a lot more varied and its more enjoyable.
  15. But what about the prayer bonus of the void mace, would that not but it above the other 2?
  16. Void mace, ancient staff or master wand, which would you use?
  17. Like how would they do that if there away from the keyboard? Wouldn't they have to click on the spiders in order to kill them? They use a program that does it for them. Macroers, as we call them. Nope they just have a 65 or higher magic negative and they'll never kill the spider so they never have to click anything until they come back. They only need a web browser and thats it, no macro'ing programs or anything. If your wondering its been estimated at about 7k exp per hour.
  18. 155k is next to impossible. Its about 300k exp per hour chinning (given his level) and about 30k exp killing avis. Its about 3 hours avis killing for 1 hour chinning so thats (more time avis killing given the prices atm). 30*3+300=390 390/4=98 So its about 98k exp per hour. gorg I thought your high level guide to avis said don't use rune c'bow?
  19. JoeDaStudd replied to Sportz's topic in Help and Advice
SC picks are only about 17k exp per item. Since its 3 per hour thats 51k exp per hour, which I believe its possible to get more per hour using rune/dragon there.
  20. Frequently There's only 3 bosses I've not tried to kill. Arma, Sara and TD's. I'm working on WGS so that I can unlock both Sara and TD's in one sweep (300k exp from 65 should put me at 70 agility). If you don't boss hunt then the game becomes a bore fast, mini games are good but extremely repetitive. Every weekend used to be epic bandos tanking trips, but DK's took over.
  21. With 79 summoning and my stats there only slightly better then the dungeon. Of course with your stats there will be a much bigger gap. Take atleast 2 pouches with you as they kill your familiars pretty damn quickly.
  22. Was just about to post the same thing. I just finished a task of them today and used about 2.3k of cannon balls. Its good exp, but its a pretty expensive method.
  23. I think the formatting went funny with the forum change it all seems massively spaced out now. O and I love this guide.
  24. By that attitude, cooking fish helps you in Pvp to stay alive. We MUST add cooking levels to PVP. People who fletch their own bows must have their combat levels incrased. People who craft their own dragonhide armour MUST have their combat levels incrased. ETC. Jagex really need to completely rework how combat works in Runescape, making it much less random and having it actually represent what levels you have in your combat skills. Armour needs to reduce the max hit of someone attacking you. I fail to see how someone can hit a 75 on me when i'm wearing no armour, and still do the same when i'm in full Statius? In this case, Herblore gives you a clear advantage that others do not have, and therefore should add to your Combat Level. The ability of cooking Monks doesn't give you an advantage: a player with a lower cooking level could just buy the cooked Monks off the GE. I think removing the pots from PvP is a good thing, however, removing them from Minigames as well was a stretch too far. Void is untradeable so that should be allowed in PvP? As is anchor. Unradeable doesn't mean they can't be used in PvP thats just a poor, poor excuse which people are using because they don't like having a disavantage in PvP. If they made supers untradeable would it be unfair? Nope its all part of player development, when I started pre-GE and trade limits the only real way to get potions was to make them yourself. You either brought in bulk, had to repeatedly go to world 2 or make them yourself.
  25. mmmm Took me a while to find the worst and it was a warm lettuce and cheese tortilla wrap. I sounded nice in my head, but the lettuce went all soggy and kinda of burnt.
