They're just as common as rune boots, I don't see what everyone is complaining about. The reason the drop rates of items seem more at the start is that more people are killing them, it's as simple as that. I have not seen any evidence to suggest that drops have been nerfed, unless someone supplies me with hard evidence I believe the whip drop rate is the same as it has always been. I went 5k+ iron dragons without a drop, does that mean the drops were nerfed? No, it means I was REALLY unlucky.

I knew Liquid and I know that he's not lying. I don't understand why they don't give you the evidence straight off the bat, how else are you meant to contest to something if you don't know what it is you're meant to be contesting? :wall: :wall: Fortunatly I've not had this happen to me, and hope it stays that way.

What about things like in the latest postbag. I believe that that hints towards future updates. It's been proven that what the Chaos Elemental says in letters do hint towards updates, while this wasn't said by the Chaos Elemental I'm sure it means something.

Right, you create a GODSWORD using the 4 pieces. You can then "enchant" it I suppose with the power of one of the gods by getting a HILT off that boss monster. You can then change the hilt on the sword at will for different special attacks. The Saradomin boss also drops a saradomin sword which appears to be similar to whip. right i understand the first part with the godsword,but theres more than one 'saradomin sword isn't there?I mean isnt there sara,armadyl,zammy,bandos swords also? like theres a GODSWORD,which can be interchanged,but isnt that a whole seperate thing form these other swords?and where do you get all the other swords,are they only dropped by bosses and bodyguarsd as well? While I'm not sure on the name, there's Saradomin/Bandos/Zamorak/Armadyl GODsword. Then there's an individual Saradomin Sword and zamorak spear.

No one has the god sword yet and won't likely for atleast a few days, wait until then or try asking in the thread about the update itself.

It would be nice if they did it as randomly generated scenarios like they promised. You'd need a team of like 5 people to go through the dungeon with. A different layout each time through with different enemies to fact off against. Then a boss fight at the end, with it being possible to reach one of three bosses. That'd be nice. The boss would drop an item for each member of the party so it'd be fair.

Good to finally see a drop picture of it. Atleast now we know it's possible. I do feel Jagex have made the drop a bit too rare. They're hard to kill, require a let of resources, take a long time to kill but they also have a low drop rate, doesn't make TOO much sense. 2 of the 3 things maybe, but all three is pushing it on something that in my opinion is rather useless. I'd have expected all three on something that's going to be a very very powerful item (God Sword maybe?) And not a dragon large.

Back in my day we were lucky to get one update a month. And to get to the we had to walk 10 miles in the snow, it was uphill both ways too! You kids have it lucky :notalk:

Thats true, do you remember how many chewed bones you got from the 500 dragons? 10, if that. Not a very common drop, probably 1/32 or 1/64 chance of it.

I agree that more servers are required, but 20 is far too many. Maybe making a few F2p servers P2P could work.

I've killed 500+ miths myself and has my friend, neither of us have had a drop from the dragon itself or from chewed bones. I have another friend who killed like 1 mith dragon, got chewed bones which in turn gave him a dragon large :x I believe the chance of getting a helm from chewed bones IS less, but you have to factor into account the chance of getting the chewed bones drop off miths themselves.

Ok, I have seen the new skill. It came to me in a dream. The new skill is called "Electric", and for some reason you start at level 50. I have no idea what you dow tih the skill but to level it up you play Gears of War. And that's all their is too it, stupid dreams. I think it was an outcome of not enough Runescape and too much Gears of War :wall: Then again, there is no such thing as too much gears of war.

Looks like Jagex forget to get rid of the invisible area of the party room when they moved it. Wonder if you can set one up in the one in falador...

One thing that leads me to believe there will not be a new skill any time soon is the skill menu leak in the German KB. Why would they go through all that trouble changing the layout of it and the icons when a new skill would be coming out soon anyway?

Dragon Full helm from miths is rare enough as it is, believe to be somewhere around 1/512. Dragon Leg/Skirt drops are from what I've experienced: 1/128 from Steels (For each Skirt and Leg, so the chance of EITHER is 1/64) and 1/256 from Irons (128 for the chance of either) Would be nice if miths did have a few better drops than they do. I've personally killed 500+ and had nothing better than a rune battle, not even a half key. Same with my friend who's killed a similar amount. I only know one person who's actualy had a large and that was from chewed bones, not a mith dragon (Techincally it was). I've also never seen the drop on the floor on these forums, although a few people have got it.

Apparently to fix a bug with the dragonfire shield, no idea what that bug is though.
