  1. Wasn't there already a post for this? But besides that I just wanted to make sure I said that it's a good idea to determine an "official" world for a mini-game when it comes out and not let it fall to the blood hungry dogs of World 2. I suppose if I ever wanted to play the game I'll head on up there.
  2. 1. B 2.E 3.N/A 4.A 5.D 6.B (Don't have level 82 Thieving :( ) 7.A 8.B (I don't sell the herbs so....) 9.C Herblore is a tough skill to raise for me. I don't like buying and selling things so I tend to stick to the Agility Dungeon and when I plan ahead by making Mind and Air Runes I generally kill Salarin, but for some odd reason, my luck has been off and I didn't get a single key in over 20 kills of Salarin :( Nice little questionnaire you've got here!
  3. Nice first post! Here is what I can tell you. The fee you pay is for a time basis I think somewhere around ten to fifteen minutes worth of working at the blast furnace. If you've at least started the Garden of Tranquility quest you can chop that fee in half but you're still bound by time. If you leave the area you're still on the clock. The machine can only hold so many ores as well as bars. I think you can max out at 28 bars and then it won't make anymore. The problem with this is that you can put in more Iron than Coal so you could accidentely end up with a few Iron bars thus wasting your Iron ores. Once you get up to sixty smithing I believe you can use the pseudo-Smithing Guild right next to the Blast Furnace to smith your items and many people then High Alch their products to purchase more coal or Iron to continue this process. Hope I answered your question and welcome to Tip.it! :D
  4. he has lvl 56 prayer which will make him quite capable of using protect from melee, and will make it last 4 a while. , he put his stats in 4 a reason, so u could look  at them. yeah i'd say you could do it For goodness sake he was making a general statement! It also goes to show that he is more than ready for the quest as he already has well over 43. Now I did the quest with extremely similar stats but my prayer was lower than yours so you'll do quite fine. I just have to advise you that Holy Water is not the best tool against the demon. I've been meaning to go and test it out on other Demons (Lessers, Greaters, etc.) and seeing how well it works. Who knows, maybe it'll hit 50 on Abyssal Demons  .
  5. Since the P2P Area is SO close to the F2P Karamja Area I think it'll be one of the last areas to be updated in the F2P world. Although it's not exactly too far away now that I think about it. What's left? Varrock? Yeah, I think that's it then Karamja would be it. We must know for a fact that they'll be updating all of the P2P Areas as some of them can't compare to other Graphic Updates in F2P now. I'm really hoping they just move west across the Landscape starting with Taverley. A great sweep of graphic updates would be awesome, maybe make different looking druids  . So.... everything that Bubsa said was valid.
  6. I've got to start agreeing with Darkmage here. Just edit your first post and then bump it, most people will forgive if you're double posting to update your old thread (I don't mean you can double post just to bump your thread). You should try sticking to one Topic. Just post when you edit and then from there on down you'll see who's going or not. Posting about seven different Pest Control Parties isn't the best way to do it. Editing your first post is the way to go.
  7. :D That also brings up a really great point, what are you going to do with your house are you using it to show off, to host parties, to make Barrow Runs faster, etc. The purpose of the house is really important when building. I think if you're using it to show off, symmetry in the house is key. I have NO clue about Barrow runs or anything like that, so you'll have to find some more people who use their house for specific purposes.
  8. I can confirm it's safe. Tefda's is faster to use, but Convene's has more options, like the ability to save the room plans. Also, you may be daunted by having to download something, but tens of people have downloaded it and Convene is no richer than he was before so it's definetly safe  . Give his a try and you'll find it to be very useful. Edit: Because you said we could  I have it all except the formal garden, the throne room, the second bedroom, portal room, and garden. Otherwise it's all there.
  9. You could always use a designer. I created one, it's in my sig and then Convene's Designer is spectacular but you have to download (although it is 100% Safe)
  10. I don't like to be judged for my stats. I would much rather be judged by the quality of my character. ^_^ And you're quite a character  . Sounds like an amazing event. I'll be sure to show up there. (I know your RSN  ) Edit: Also shouldn't the Ring Glitch be Ring of Life and not wealth?
  11. :( Well at least you planned ahead and gave us warning. I'll be there then I suppose!
  12. Don't you dare insult superman  ! That was the best movie all this year. Cars, Kids show! Click, another Adam Sandler flick with him being a parent, whatever happened to the good ol' days when he played idiots like Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore? Superman tops all of those movie and then some! I'm going to guess you never read the comic book or saw the original three movies. For shame Grg, for shame :P . On-Topic: Looks like we have at least five people, that'll be great, mind if I ask everyones combat levels? That'd be useful to know, I'm level 88. Also where did all of those people pop up from last time?
  13. Sigbert the Adventurer. He's the guy sitting down by Salarin the twisted, has a Paladin's Armour and wields only a wooden staff. He's not too bright as he can't figure out that Salarin can only be hurt by mind spells, but I'd cover him for that. He's probably seen a lot of adventures and he's probably involved with King Lathas or at least was and is now an agent in far off places, so I believe less likely to be evil and corrupt. That's who I'd adventure with.
  14. Yeah, sorry. I put it up late at night and I wasn't exactly thinking clearly, thanks for telling everyone, edited the link now.
  15. Hey there, I made a little Wallpaper while I was busy killing some Chaos Druids to get up to 50 Herblore. I had it on my mind and I wanted to do something. Real basic tie dye with just a liquify twists and turns and basic Photoshop bending of text. I'm not really here for a rating, just in case anyone finds it cool, go ahead and use it. P.S. Click on Thumbnail for the full thing.
  16. You can solo the Furnace technically but I wouldn't advise it until you're really good at it. Why don't you make it an event? Make a trip to the Furnace, take some screenshots and then make a party out of it. Making teams for mini-games is difficult when you're just doing it by text, but if you get some pictures in and advertise it as a major event, you'll make some headway. It works really well but I learned the hardway, if you're not active, your goal will perish :( . I'd be happy to come if you give us about a week notice as you've got to gather your supplies and whatnot. So try making your own group for at least one trip! We could always use more parties.
  17. Fencing ring was extremely fun! Good times had by all :P .
  18. But don't you think it would be dangerous placed in Runescape? Since many kids don't understand that giving out your password to somone who claims to be an official from Jagex would probably be taken advantage of and their items would easily be stolen from them. The reason why it works so well in WoW is (at least why I think so) because of the higher price you pay for admission to the game that there are less less intelligent people out there who give away their passwords. If Runescape costed $10 a month we'd probably see less scammers out there as the younger folks would drop out and thus give less opportunities for scammers to scam. Edit: I'd think that an easy transfer would be awesome, during those times I go to F2P I could just transfer my members stuff to a mule account (or accounts). It'd be incredibly worthwhile for me but I know that some people would abuse it.
  19. Wow! I haven't been there since RSC (I've really just quickly ran by it, never entered the circle or anything). I'd forgotten how easily you could get Runes there, Runecrafting and Merchanting has overlapped the portion of my Brain that remembers RSC Rune Collecting :?
  20. Just somewhere to post, but I just got level 50 Construction and one fully NON-working Portal Room (I don't have enough Air Runes to open any, guess that's number one on my priorities list!)
  21. When I read the title I thought "Oh no, some moron is posting about how he has a private server =\". Then it hit me that the title said "And not even me". That threw me off completely! On-topic: That is some crazy lag! Try moving to a different server maybe? Get a faster connection? Funny stuff though :P
  22. Having 45- crafting, hardly possible. Only 4 levels away! You could get that much in a couple days of Crafting down at the Shade Temple.
  23. Hybrids are the way to go. Also, unfortunately, Upper level Wilderness Pking is basically non-existent in the F2P world (and P2P for the most part), most Pking takes place at level 1 wilderness north of Varrock and generally there are people working together so you'll basically need another person to work with you if you're interested in PKing. Remember, NO TRANSFER IN BETWEEN ACCOUNTS. Jagex has been cracking down on that recently (as far as I've seen). Besides if you're going to wear Bronze or Iron Armour it's not that hard to get up to that Mining/Smithing level. Best way to make money F2P is probably wood cutting. Good luck  !
  24. If only there were a Seaweed respawn right next to it or we could make Soda ash out of Snape Grass! Crafting heaven then  . If you're desperate for sand then do the Hand in the Sand quest, not hard just a lot of traveling.
