Most Pkers tend to go for a mix. I believe it's Split Top and then the rest is Mystic. I found at Castle Wars I was ripping other mages apart with my Splitbark. Most of the time their spells were ineffective and if they tried meleeing me with their staff I was protected fairly well. So if you're going to be going up against meleeing/spellcasting lower leveled enemies you could go with Splitbark. If you're going for plain ol' spell casting behind safespots and you want the most out of your magic go for Mystic. If you're going for Pking go for Split Top and Mystic elsewhere and to me the Enchanted Robes look the BEST! Also it seems cooler because fewer people have them. Edit: Here's the URL for the Kbase's Mage Armour section. http://kbase.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/ ... le_id=1942

 Well what's done is done. At least this'll get everyones attention. :P

I believe the technical improvements in drops is practically a fraction of percent more of a chance to get a better drop. Most people don't like using the Ring of Wealth and I've never owned one, but think of it this way, if you were Jagex would you want an item that gave a Left half of a Dragon Square everytime you fought a monster that drops gems? Jagex tries to keep the game balanced so it's reasonable for them to make an item that ups your chance of getting a rare item only slightly.

Semantics I say! Perhaps this could be the one he updates? Why don't you PM Grg and advise him this instead of posting it here? Sure it won't get your post count up but it doesn't clog the thread :-k .

The reason why he's done this is because these are different events. This is timed for a completely different day. And to Grg in case Wolfhunter won't open his doors we can swing by my house which is eerily like his. We even have the same stuff in our game rooms  . I'm improving it as we speak and trying to get to 50 Construction. I've got the Jester, Hoop & Stick game, the attack stone, a boxing AND a Fencing ring, plus a study. I've got all of that except the portal rooms, formal garden, throne room, the east bedroom and the second Quest hall upstairs (The Portion further north is the upstairs in case you couldn't tell). Edit: Well looks like Wolfhunter's letting us in so... just in case  . Also I like to show off my house :P

OOOOOR...... he's offline :-s . Try registering at the forums (in sig) and you'll find groups ready and waiting probably.

That's because it's as far west as you can go beneath Castle Wars and it's a single Teak tree. Not that great, but it beats having to pay for a huge amount at Miscellania and it doesn't require trading sticks to get to it or to send to a bank (beacuse you've got to walk!) It's a fast respawn (kind of like oaks) so you'll get a full load, I think it takes longer to get to the CWars bank by walking than to get a full load of Teak logs =\

If people make fake names and find out what the world is then the clan players will switch worlds and we'll follow, hopefully with a little more discretion. Eventually the people following will give up and the group will find ways that are better of hiding the location of the world. It's a learning experience, but there isn't too much of a problem as far as I've seen.

Monday eh? I might be able to make it if the Quest update isn't super fantabulous. You know my RSN, but don't post it pl0x? I like to keep secrets :P :-$

Here are some screens I took of the part-ay. First off there weren't too many people at the party and so we had to wait around a bit. But it suddenly exploded into about 15 people! We then went back to Wolfhunter's (The Rabbit man drinking the keg in the pic) house and partied down, some more than others (I'm looking at you wolfhunter!)

Everyone to Rimmington!

Going well so far, beat one game, lost another. Third game coming up!

Tip.It Times Presents: Runescape: Under The Covers
tefda replied to Kiara_Kat's topic in General Discussion
Shouldn't the title be Under the Hood? Isn't that the phrase we use when we're talking about the inner workings of something such as a car or our own body and especially programming? Don't we call the core of a program the engine? I think it makes more sense but I must admit I've never heard of the phrase "Under the Cover", it sounds dirty to me  . -
not to b rude.....but when is july events calendar comming?
tefda replied to wild_goat_14's topic in General Discussion
He's talking about the TET events and not the Behind the Scenes. Yeah, but the Saturday event will most definetly cancelled and I wanted to do some Pest Control with TET  -

Yeah it could use an update but I was disappointed when they released Lletya onto the world map. It was a truly hard quest to gain access to that place so I thought keeping it a secret would be kind of interesting. But they didn't hide it so I suppose making all of the games little secrets known widespread is just what they do. So yeah, there needs to be an update.

Making Iron Knives or the any stackable iron item would be great there, I'll have to remember that next time I'm looking for Iron Knives.
-
High Alching would be best, if you cannot do that and you're F2P then sell them to the Armour shop or other players for 1.1k each if you get a lot of them. If you're a memeber and cannot High Alch then go down to Mor'ton and sell them to the general store which will buy any item for it's high alch price. Actually, any Platemail shop that sells Steel Plates aught to buy for high alch price, so that's what you've gotta do I suppose.
-
Your best bet really is Steel plates. You won't get much money for anything that you can make at mithril so Steel is the way to go unfortunately.

No and No. There is no quest involved with Pest Control and anyone with 70 Defence can wear Dharok armor and Glory Amulets are usable at any level. Now a few bits of caution though, to get into the Barrows you need to do a couple quests before hand (such as Priest in Peril) but you may be just interested in buying the set, so you don't have to do anything to buy it  . A glory amulet has 4 charges on it and can only be recharged within the heroes guild, so either get the Heroes Quest done or trade an empy glory amulet for a fully charged one, some people are willing to do that sometimes. Also Pest Control has a level limit, but I'm sure you're aware of that and well beyond it if you're looking to buy Dharoks, so you're all set!

Great job on the films, I could of sworn I've seen the first one before but I could be wrong. Next time you make a movie though, you aught to dub in your own voices (if you have enough people to have different voices) that way it'd be easier to follow the dialogue, some of the texts were fairly quick but you still got the storyline. Very good job indeed!
