It will undoubtedly one of the top games in the world if it steadily grows. We'll see our fair share of new partners (ex. MiniClip) and a decline in the respect for others on the game. For members I'm going to have to say a whole boat load of new skills willl have to be released as more and more people are approaching a maxed out ranking. Higher and more powerful weapons will have to come into play leading to eventually a need for a 90+ weapon to keep the fighters entertained. Probably an expansion of the wilderness and obviously further expansion elsewhere in the globe and we'll probably have seen Epic Plotlines that tie EVERYTHING together such as the Dwarves Working with the Gnomes who are working against the monkeys who are working towards capturing Karamja and the Elves of Runescape are going to have a grand battle alongside the Knights of Camelot against Ardougne and the evil king. We're going to see alot in 5 years and I think Runescape will be around for much longer than that so long as they can keep up the good work.

That sounds like a good idea. I've been planting strawberries and I'm all out of those so I'm switching to sweet corn while planting Limpwurt seeds because I'm not Knowledgable enough in Farming to make a scarecrow. I'm trying to burn through all of my Tarromin Seeds and then work on up from there, seeds wise.

There is no real reason why people decided to make World 2 the selling and trading place. When new players first decided to join they thought that World 1 and 2 were for beginners (as the numbers kept going up and up). That may be the reason why so many people went there to sell their items, because they thought that it was were they belonged. Indeed times are changing. A dedicated server for certain mini-games is not a good idea as some people would have severe amounts of lag as it would be too far from them. For example the Sweden servers are constantly lagging for me but the Chicago servers, as I live in a suburb of Chicago, are perfect. It's up to the RS forums and various communities to schedule Mini-Game events I'd say. That is what Tip.it does with their Events Team. You could also say "I'm looking for a group that wants to do (Insert Mini-Game here)" and you'll generally find a few people who are willing to go. Yes World 2 is filled with fun and excitement but don't overlook the other servers, they're exactly the same, but with a little bit less lag.

Next thing you know you're going to start yelling at the makers of South Park for using a joke in the Simpsons! It's a clan system, there is not much you can do with it to make it unique. Clans with different levels of leadership and the person being branded with the name of it have been existence since the Saxon's have been painting themselves blue. Don't flame the poor guy for seeing something he liked and wanting it put into Runescape. Why are you not complaining about POH's being put into Runescape? Ultima Online was one of the first to do that. What about the idea of Alchemy? Isaac Newton was the first person to consider Alchemy as a real science so why aren't you complaining about how Jagex has completely stolen the idea from him? Try making a real comment on it instead of lambasting him with an insult. On-Topic: I think any clan system would be good and I do like the "party" system. I think I'd enjoy different rankings of guilds as well as classifications (including size). It'd be awesome if you could fight with your group of six another group of the same size without people interfering with it. Something else that could be added to the clans is to call a clan member or a whole group of them. You can cast the spell by using 10 of this rune, 10 of that rune, etc. as a base amount and then add on one of each neccessary rune for each person being called into battle. Sort of a teleother, but into the wilderness and into battle.

Yes indeed that would be much faster. There are a few things to think about before you limit your combat level though. 1.) You can choose one mouse button from the mouse buttons options so you simply click on them and you get the "right-click" screen on them. 2.)Even if your combat level is lower than an enemy PC they may have a Talk-To option that may or may not override the "Pickpocket" option. 3.)Lastly, most experienced thieves who steal from the Knights of Ardougne know the first bit of info' (#1) and use it often and we experienced thieves equip a bow without any ammo in our quiver so that even if we accidentely click on "Attack" nothing will happen except we'll get a message saying "You have no more ammo in your quiver!". But for being an F2P looking into the P2P world, very astute and good job for thinking outside of the box.

I also read books whilst fishing and it passed the time very well. I also tend to do homework that is engaging because fishing is a one click thing, then check to see if you got a random event and then every ten or so seconds check to see if the spot moved or is a whirlpool. Here's where I show off my nerd badge. Because I generally get emerged in a good book or I'm engrossed in my Math Homework I made a very small Flash app' if you will that plays a beep every thirty seconds. I keep my hand on the Arrow keys and when I hear the beep I press the keys to keep me from logging out. When I finish the problem or a couple minutes have passed I'll look up and check the fishing spot.

I do. The Kbase is golden! I use Tip.it for basically everything but Tip.it still is missing quite a bit of things that the Kbase does cover. It is only natural as Tip.it has to research these things while the Kbase is made as the game is made (meaning made by the people who make the game). Still the Kbase is lacking in a full blown item database just as Tip.it but from what I've seen Tip.it has actually been doing research into it and I'm very excited for the day the Tip.it Database comes out.

I suppose it goes to show that those who try to have fun in the game actually end up having fun. I have discerned this from the many adventures of Leesters and the Tip.it Staff. Always good to read the witty and fun remarks of Leesters, no matter the length.

But wouldn't that also take a vast amount of time, switching from world to world gathering runes? The selling of runes is a great idea but I would think it needs to be done faster. You could try out the Rogue Trader mini-game with Ali Morrissane and then take a chance of getting a load of Chaos runes among other things for cheaper, but you never know what you're going to get. You can find a very snazzy Program to do your Sudoku puzzle for you if you just search Sudoku or Rogue Trader by Jeebe. I think I may try that if I happen to get a hoard of cash dropped into my lap.

Jagex is also expanding it's other Java based games. To make them seem even more like Java Gaming Experts they can hire out bi-lingual people who also know how to code to make their Jagex games that would expand their market. Look at it this way. You're randomly searching the 'net for Java or Flash games and you stumble upon one called Flea Circus EXTREME! The game is alright and you want to see if there are more games from the parent company that made it (or am I the only one who will go to someones website if I like their game?). It turns out that Jagex made Flea Circus EXTREME and you peruse their site and you stumble upon, *drum roll please*.... Runescape! It's not exactly direct advertising, but it still works such as the news of RS traveling by word of mouth. I could be wrong, but it's possible, only the future holds the truth.

Actually your cat cannot become lazy unless you've started the Rat Catchers quest I believe. Also feeding your cat the Doggle leaves has no beneficial effects, it's just a nice snack for them (you don't get any special conversation if you do it, but we gathered that information from Gertrudes quest).

Go for the Quests you aught to be able to do it but be sure to bring plenty of prayer pots and runes if you decide to mage it. For thieving start whenever you can. Once you reach higher level NPC's that is when you start to thieve them later but for anything lower than (and including) the Knights you can start when you hit their level. Once you reach things such as watchmen or Paladins it's best to start later when your thieving is higher so you get caught less often. The damage given by Warrior Women is negligible as you have a cake stall very close to their spawn point (and the area in which most people thieve them).

Nope. The only things that make you mine better are a higher mining level and a better pickaxe.

I'm currently level 46 farming and I want to raise it up to at least mid fifties and at best to level sixty. The Kbase and the Tip.it Guide didn't have any custom tailored advice for me so I'm submitting myself here to receive aid from my fellow Tip.iter's. What should I grow and how many patches should I use to grow? Any and all advice would be appreciated. I'm not sure what to do while growing my plants and whatnot, but I'll think of something or some advice on that would be appreciated as well. Below is a picture of my seeds that I have and a list of which ones they are. In order of appearance:potato, onion, tomato, sweetcorn, cabbage, strawberry, watermelon, nastutium, Rosemary, woad, marigold, limpwurt, guam, marrentill, Tarromin, Haarlander, Ranarr, Irit, Kwuarm, Toadflax, Dwarf Weed, Snapdragon, Cadavaberry, Redberry, Dwellberry, Jangerberry, Whiteberry, poison ivy, barley, jute, Hammerstone, Wildblood, Krandorian, Yanillian, Asgarnian, Cactus, Mushroom, and Belladonna. Thanks for any advice and help.

Bah, never mind.

Then you're obviously not in a University yet. There are several Colleges that literally just had their Graduation Ceremonies on this past Saturday (13th).

Now that whole Real Life- Runescape 2 thing is sort of funny because it's intended to be a joke while This is not funny because they are actually doing this. Off-Topic: Is it just me or does anyone else think those "Real Life" RS guys will end up like This? Click on the link in that page^^

That is extremely weird. You should definetly remember him and then see if he does the same thing a year from now. Perhaps a social experiment on him make another account and befriend him and go along with his lies and see what happens and how far he will go. Might be interesting.

Well the summer months are going to definetly be interesting. We're going to see hundreds maybe even thousands of new players and probably new members. Training areas will become crowded and hopefully Jagex will counter this with even more worlds. I know that with more free time people will be Abyss Pking (So i'm going to be Abyss RCing for the few days I don't have school on school days) making Runecrafting that much harder. I look forward to the summer as I'll be able to play every other day instead of an hour about once a week. Hopefully with their "Anti-Macro" technology that is in development we'll see a massive reduction in the Autoers before the summer begins.

Bwah! I'm famous! I'm in Cdub's first picture! The guy in the black robes (shade robes) and the Lederhosen hat. It was fun for the one I went on, but I left and went off to try out Pest Control and I was there a decent time too, but I saw only a couple people from the TET event. -
Bah! No pictures of me! I only stuck around for the first trip. Everyone bolted onto the ship before Ravinasian even said anything, disappointing (in the players, not Ravinasian).

Uh... 30k... I did a lot of mining as an F2P player (all 35k+ of it) that had quit members just to mine that essence and other various ores (coal, mithril, adamantite, and iron). When the change came along I fortunately still had half a F2P bank full of Members items so all of my F2P mined essence turned into Pure essence. I'm not selling any of it, I'm going to use about 20k of it to make nature runes and then use the rest to make chaos runes for myself or use it for the Fast Free Law Co. (I using the Essence and giving the Runes).

It's already under way. Your best bet getting into world 9 is to right-click on that window and select refresh from the menu that pops up (that is if you're using a PC). That Refresh will not bump you back to the RS main page. -

Yes you are Central Time. You should know your timezone it's one of those things that help you coordinate yourself in the big ol' world. It would be 4 AM for GMT +2 and if you SPRING forward like we do in the states that would be 5.
