I stopped reading here. I hate quests, and I don't do them unless there is an awesome reward. The newest quest I've done is Lunar Diplomacy. And before that...I dunno, RFD? Even if you dont like them you still have to do them every once in a while. This could make them a little less boring for you

Lets start with a question: How many of you do quests? I would guess the answer is everybody. Now, how many of you have ever done a quest with a friend? (It doesn't even have to be a friend. It could just be someone you talked to) I would guess the answer is still almost everybody. Now how many of you found doing quests more fun with a friend? Almost everybody right? There are all kinds of worlds out there. There are worlds to play minigames on. There are worlds to train you skills on. There are even worlds to just hang out and talk on. Now, I ask you, why can't there be a world to do quests on? As many people know, quests are often very boring when you do them by your self. (especially the long ones) Now what if you could do a quest whenever you wanted, and you would almost never be alone while doing it? Here's a situation you might run into: You are planning to attend your friend's 99 fletching party tomorrow. He is planning to have a fight pits party afterwards, and you just got 82 mage for ice blitz. One problem. You never got around to desert treasure. You tried a few times, but you either forgot some of the items, or didn't have the skill requirements. You want to do it that day, but know how boring the quest will be without anyone to do it with. So you decide to ask a friend to do it with you. I guess you'll just look for someone on your list to do it with you. You know 15 people on your friend list who are your level, (lets say 94 (pure?)) but only 12 of them meet the requirements. Only 6 of those 12 are online, and 4 have already done it. That leaves 2 people, but both are busy, and can't come that day. What do you do? Now you have 3 options; 1. You can hop worlds, looking for someone to do the quest with (probably not your favorite) 2. You can do the quest by your self (boring!) 3. You can wait and do the quest another time (what if you want to do it right away) I would bet you could choose choice 3, unless you are one of those people who can't survive without socialism (I think I might have just made that word up, lol) Now you're off to do some quest, all by your bored self. But wait! Thats right! There's that new quest world that you saw! "Well, I guess I'll give it a try. I dont seem to have any other options", you say to your self. You log in, and guess what you find? can someone explain what a sweatshop worker is? I think I have the basic idea of what they are, but can someone give me a link, or something to something explaining it?

And the person who said he got 1k logs on 40 world hops must have been on a member world, or lieing. Even when I go to world 1, there is always upwards of 3k there. I've seen over 1,000,000 logs in a store at once...

I bet jagex is just gunna release an update thats says "SUMMONING" In big capital letters. The only explanation will be it saying "It's finaly here!" Then you click inside, and It says "Cabbages! You can finaly summon cabages!!" And people will think the summoning skill is here, when it's actually just summoning cabbages.

This post is to suggest some major improvments that need to be made to the mini-game. First off- Elementals get stuck. If an elemental is chasing someone (about to teleport them) and they run around the corner into a safespot, the elemental stops. It gets stuck on a corner. This might not be such a big problem, if it weren't for the fact that if another player runs past the safespot, the elemental can turn and look into the safespot, teleporting everyone else in the safespot out. The other bad thing about it, is the fact that if anyone in the safespot leaves, they get teleported out. How to fix it: Make it so either it starts walking again after 2 seconds or so. (There may be other solutions) Second off- Newbs at the mini-game get you caught. If you have the strategy down, you can walk behind some of the elementals, and you wont get caught. (this works well for some, and not for others.) The problem is that if newbs randomly run out infront of the elemental, it pauses to teleport the person out. The problem happens when the person running/walking behind the elemental gets infront of it because of the pause. The elemental then sees the person and teleports him/her out. (if you didn't understand that, you will when you play) How to fix it: Make it so the elemental dosn't pause when it teleports someone out. Third off- Cats. Cats, cats, cats, cats. They stand in frot of the gate, and people click on them instead of the gate. This gets very annoying when you have to either change your camera view, or right click every time you want to enter the garden. How to fix it?: Easy. Make the apprentice say something like "Your pet will either have to stay in you inventory, or in your bank. The mistress dosen't like pets in her garden." Please try keep this thread bumped, and feel free to post your ideas/improvments to the minigame. I support you 100%. When I first started playing over 2 years ago, if I asked someone for a random item such as a peice of molten glass, there would be at least 3 people trading me to give it to me. A week ago, I needed a mahogany plank for the penguin quest that had just come out. I was standing in a bank trying to buy one, and someone trades me. I offer up 1.5k and the other player declines. "What?" I say. The other player respondes saying "2k". I am then astounded to see a little white crown in front of the player's name. When I ask him why 2k he says he is low on cash. I then come back to buy another for my friend who's also doing the quest, and he charges me 2k again. It just shows that now, even the players who are supposed to be the kindest players in the game, aren't as nice as random players 2 years ago.

so either your friend is p2p, and spent 866 hours of mining (36 straight days of playing 24/7 without breaksas in siting on toilet playing with fridge next to him, and a pillow above the toilet to rest his head on when he should be sleeping(which is btw impossible, and even if it was possible, he would be sycotic, and unable to be your friend, there fore proving you were lieing) Either that, or he spent 2600 f2p hours(108 straight days playing 24/7 without breaks)... somehow i dont beleive you
