Actually, in five or ten years tops, bandwidth speeds will be approaching 100-400GBps. Yes, that's Gigabytes. Transferring an average sized hard drive's contents in less than a second won't be a problem by then. In truth I think I may have been overgenerous with my five years estimate. If things continue with the lack of top-end support for higher levels, it'll lose two years off of my initial estimation, so 3 years. If it adds another restrictive rule such as rule 15 again, it'll lose another year off of that. If they outlaw fansites, they'll lose all but six months. By that time, the RS membership population will become stagnate and just drop off to other games. Don't know what to tell you, but from where I'm sitting, the future does not look good for Jagex or RuneScape. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that puts your estimation at 1.5 years.
