That's pretty dangerous posting something like that in TIF. Most tip.iters now believe that what Jagex did was a good thing. And where are you getting this information about the amount of money sold has not gone down? There is currently no safe nor stable way to transfer massive amounts of gold now besides the RTWers actually getting on your account and farming it for you (which is a stupid idea, as many of those sites scam you). Gudi- can you please explain these several ways to transfer gold? I'd like to hear them as well.

I just have to say, good job making this topic. We need more people like you in TIF who aren't afraid to post extremely controversial topics. It makes general discussion much more interesting when there are exciting topics like this. Unfortunately I'm not a pker myself so I can't really voice my opinion as I don't really know much about pking or the history of pking. If I was ever in a PvP world it was making a few mil tricking. Good luck with the topic though.

Also in some ways this works in favor of the 76k clans. Not only are they going to receive more members, which means faster 76king and more money, but the new update allows for safer 76king. Previously, a 2 partner trick was very risky, since the other partner could betray you by simply logging out after he'd have his first share of turns. Now with the new 3 way trick its much harder to scam, because you have to depend on both partners to get your loot.

Not only did this Anti-76k update not work, it has actually encouraged organization among the 76k community. <_<

Mmm yea I just confirmed with some friends that indeed there is a way around this update that's still profitable. They call it the 'triangle trick' now. And yes tricking clans have already adapted.

Solution around the anti-76k update(I borrowed this from two people's ideas): 3 people stand in hot spots for 30 minutes, and get 25 EP. 25 EP will last 2 kills. Then the order goes as follows: 1 kills 2 2 kills 3 3 kills 2 1 kills 3 2 kills 1 3 kills 1 I do admit Jagex has slightly cut into the profit of 76king, but trickers can still make millions a day. EDIT: Alternatively you could just do it once, and then find a completely different person and do it again. Minor inconvenience. 76king isn't illegal. According to the runescape KB on the subject, it is perfectly within the rules. It seems illegal because it pushes the rules to the limits to maximize profit, but it really isn't. Mods can't go around banning people if they technically haven't broken any rules. Even if you ban the idiots yelling "looking for 76k partner" you haven't completely removed the 76king community. There are large private chatrooms set up specifically for finding partners and doing the trick, all in private. To jagex it may look like one guy killed the other, and the other guy comes back to get 'revenge,' and then the first guy comes back to get his revenge, etc. etc. 76king is a problem, but I think inflation is a bigger problem. To fix the biggest problem, they should convert all the artifacts in everyone's bank to coins, and then completely delete artifacts. Then replace the artifacts with a wide variety of tradable, valuable items. The influx of items will eventually balance out the coins, then they can change the drops to give more coins so coins and items will be permanently balanced. The whole artifacts idea was a bad idea in the first place.

The avatars are well done, but there are a few bugs with the system. For instance, in one user's avatar the entire upper head region was missing, making it appear as though the character's head was simply a floating hat on top of a chin. It seems to only work with the green GOP hats. I might try to find the most unique and original hat, something no one else would think of. Hmmmm...

Well technically that's not OCD, its just a compulsion. I'm like you, I always have to have my inventory perfect, although for some reason I could care less about the organization of my bank.

Hmmm well it has no affect on my grades, and I've proved that. Freshman and Sophomore year while I was playing Runescape I was making Cs and Ds, and my parents blamed it on Runescape (those were fun years). Junior year suddenly I started making straight As and I was still playing Runescape. Then over the summer I dropped the game, and in Senior year I made straight As. Take that, paranoid parents. Runescape has got me addicted to finding the exp/hour rates of everything in real life. Sometimes I find myself building mathematical formulas to see which route/way is faster. And in general runescape got me interested in math and now its one of my best subjects.

A bit depressing, but true. That's the reason I quit. :P

Whenever I do something private (go to the bathroom, change, etc.), I always have to look around once to really make sure no one is there. I'm also paranoid about huge spiders hiding under the rim of the toilet and biting me when I sit down, because one time there was actually a huge, black spider in the toilet. I'm also paranoid about snakes crawling up the bathroom drain, because one time, when I was taking a bath, a 1-foot garden snake slid up the drain right next to my outstretched feet. I'm also paranoid about roaches crawling up my bed, and getting on my feet, because one time, there was a big fat roach crawling all over my toes.

All I need is my trust STG. MG40 is too shaky and is awful long range. Type 100 is decent, I used it a lot with the extra ammo, Thomson is an overpowered gun for low levels, but gets drowned out quickly by all the better guns as you rank up. I still find the STG to be more accurate and able to shoot from almost all ranges. Combine that with the sights and you've got a killer gun. Sniping is pretty fun too, but I always do it on CORE, so I force myself to go for headshots. Also on a side note this is the first CoD where I beat the entire campaign on veteran. CoD4 I was one mission away- No Fighting in the War Room (I have a lot of patience, but god that drove me insane). I'm glad they didn't have cheap cheats like slow mo and infinite ammo on CoD5. I never liked those and never used them... cheap how you could easily go through veteran missions like that. I've also done Co-Op Campaign on Cod5. Very fun but tons of little kids in there probably scared to do multiplayer. Thus I'm usually paired with impatient, screaming morons who quit after 2 deaths on veteran. Jeez, you die like 20 times, get used to it. Nazi Zombies is funner. The highest I've gotten was round 20 with a good team. 3 of us had rayguns and brownings, and another guy had browning and MG. We were fighting them off until some moron got too close to the window and was promptly piled by 100 zombies.

I think runescape is quite a good game and I tend not to look on the bad side of things. I just play. :P

So that's where that "ghost of the GE" came from. :?

I had my last truly free summer for the next 40-50 years. : Next summer I will start working, and will be going into college. From then on the word 'summer' doesn't exist. :cry: I already can't wait til retirement.
