Everyone knows runescape isn't about the graphics. :P Even though I can play HD I still play standard mode because I grew up judging games on their gameplay, not their graphics. Xbox ftw. \

All the construction updates are a godsend. I especially enjoy the butler update, since I'm going for 99 con. Unfortunately I've already designed my dream house, and there is literally no room in my house design that can be replaced by the pet room, it would just mess up the whole design. Oh well, I never was a fan of pets anyway.

I think it affects people in different ways. The article doesn't describe everyone. Some people can still play online games and have a great social life and/or make good grades in school.

I can't sleep without a fan on, even if I'm really cold. The TV volume MUST end with a 0 or a 5. After I go to the bathroom, I turn on the faucet and let it run for 10 seconds, making people think I washed my hands. For some reason, I can't wash my hands in the bathroom, but do it all the time before meals in the kitchen. I always sleep with the blanket curled all around me, because I have a fear of spiders crawling under my blanket and biting me. I hate it when other people watch movies with me in our house. After watching a movie I always look it up on Wikipedia and read the entire article up and down. I can't sleep with even the faintest snoring. It has to be absolutely dead silent in the room (except for the fan) for me to sleep. Sometimes when I can't sleep because of a snoring person I literally want to strangle them in anger. Every time I play a game I think about how it was made and am just amazed by how long it must have taken. In my dreams I've created the next Runescape and have become a millionaire. I sweat a ton whenever I fight bosses in runescape, even when I would barely lose anything on death or its a really easy boss or if I've fought the boss hundreds of times and am experienced. I don't eat/drink it if its been in the fridge for over 5 days. I use several napkins to dab off the pool of grease that forms on top of pizzas. I just can't stand to have all that nasty grease go into my mouth. I'm super paranoid about getting into a car wreck, but also paranoid about looking like an idiot driving really slow. Its hard to balance the two.

I've lost my whip 5 times. First whip: Karamja. I was a noob back then and carried my whip around with me everywhere. Died from poison. #-o Second whip: Hacked. :? Third whip: Hacked. :evil: Fourth whip: Was one iteming a few days before the Dec 2007 pking updates and lost it because I forgot to turn on protect item. :cry: Fifth whip: I think it was GWD... Now I'm just waiting to see how I lose my sixth one.

Jagex is picking too many fights I think. First RWT, then merchants, then AFKers, and now minigame clans! I'm not saying all those listed are good groups, I just think jagex is getting their hands way dirtier than they should be. I support minigame clans. I've been in my fair share of PC, SC, CW, and Trawler ( : ) clans. It would be awful if they started banning SC clans, I'm still using them! Ah well, I suppose we can hide in our little super secret clan chats.

That's not good to hear pokemama >.< Anyway... if you need any help or confirmations with any drops or monsters, I'd be happy to help you. I can even have a screenshot of all the bones in my inventory if you'd like (once I get the femur).

Ugh. I've gotten all the bones EXCEPT the femur. I don't know why jagex gave us the options of either killing a level 600 boss or fighting bork ONLY ONCE daily, not even with a 100% drop rate. I've tried about 50 orks, and 40 jogres. Looked it up on the RSOF, no one seems to be getting any confirmed drops with those two. It looks like the femur can only be obtained by graardor and bork. #-o EDIT: Heck I'll just try soloing bandos once.... if that doesn't work I'll just go to bed and wait to fight bork tomorrow.

If they would just fix the delay of the units I think a lot more people would play it. The delay turned me off the minigame after the 10th game. You know what I mean... when you tell a unit to move it takes him 10 seconds to even respond. Sometimes he doesn't even move at all. And also, the good rewards take too long to get. :?

Training your combat skills and ignoring your non-combat skills would actually be a good way to go. You'd get a high combat, then have the ability to fight high level bosses, which would make you hundreds of millions. Then you could use those hundreds of millions to quickly burn your way through several non-combat skills. And yet people insult players with high combats and low totals. :P When combat gets boring, you skill!

I wouldn't call the amulet completely useless. Infact, it has many uses. Safespotting range, bolting metal dragons, and any ranging task that doesn't require defense. In all those cases the amulet of ranging would be better (and cheaper) than a fury. Once the amulet goes down a bit I'm going to buy one for irons.

Well... you have to consider that were just coin drops, I didn't include the cash I got from alches in there. Coin drops + alched items = probably around 5M or so. That better? :P I was 70 range when I started. Another 10000 dragons should get me 99.

About a year and a half ago I killed my first black dragon. Since then I've been adding on to my dragon goal repeatedly. From 100 to 500, to 5000, and finally to 10000. I only kill visage droppers, that's the rule. I've killed blacks, irons, steels, miths, and KBDs, but mostly irons. Tonight I killed my 10000 dragon. It dropped 7 adamant bolts. #-o Here's my total drop list so far from all 10K: 17 d legs 9 d skirts 2 d meds 2 visages 1 d spear 1 left half I would post all 32 drops, but of course I don't want to lag you out. So I'll just post my visages. [hide=Visages]First visage, exactly kill 250 from a black dragon. I was a poor noob back then (you can tell by my gear) and this drop nearly doubled my bank value. Second visage, about kill 3100 from an iron dragon. This drop helped fund 99 construction. :) [/hide] Some other interesting drops: 24300 bloods, 1260 souls, 2800 addy bolts, 938520 coins, 82 key halves, 78 rune b axes, 35 rune meds, 59 clue scrolls, 400 rune limbs, 1350 rune knives, 5920 rune javs, and 6600000 range exp My plan for the future is to double this goal and set a new one of 20000 dragons. I'll be sticking to irons all the way, and hope to get another visage (or two!).

I bet if this topic was about rs uniqueness people would have a lot more ideas. :) Here's something: I started drawing huge mazes when I was 8 years old. I drew about five of them that covered a whole printer piece of paper, and I always made the spaces between the lines 2 mm thick. It took hours to draw one (and perhaps the same amount of time to test one!). Also something else: I'm a second degree blackbelt. Most people don't have a blackbelt, or some quit right after getting one. I also got 3rd place in state for my Tradition Forms (called Texas Top Ten), and 4th place a year after that for Sparring. In the future I actually want to try to break a world record. I might try drawing the biggest maze.

It's the same everytime... Everyone who has stayed with runescape think runescape is a dump now, but everyone who has either just joined or come back from a long break thing runescape is better than ever. Strange how that works. :?
