I don't have handhelds other than an age-old GB pocket and don't know that much about them, but thought to reply to this comment.. Couldn't agree more. If I had nothing to do on an airplane trip/etc, I'd expect the battery life to last way longer than 2 to 3 hours which is a joke. Not sure about you, but I don't find the prospect of having to recharge an appliance after only a few hours of use very appealing. :) The 15 or so hours of the DS sounds much better. (Not saying I'd play the DS for 15 hours straight, most people probably wouldn't, but it's nice to know it has a lot of hours 'stored' if you want to continue the game tomorrow) There seems to be some confusion, I did a bit of searching and I found that the DS has 10 hours, not 12 or 15 and the PSP has 6 hours, double what critics here have said.

iPod's don't play proper games, unless you happen to LOVE playing Parachute or Solitaire When i said "i don't need a PSP because i have an iPhone" I was saying that i don't need it because i already have something that can play music, pictures and movies. Thats why i have a DS. Oh and you can play many games on the iPhone (like guitar Hero) if your good at creating your own programs. We were talking about the iPod...?

I never said Mario games in particular were kid's games, but I do think the Mario image has been overused by Nintendo: Mario Tennis Mario Football Mario Kart Mario Brawl Mario Kart Mario Super Bros Mario Olympics Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 Mario Party Super Mario 64 DS Mario Basketball Mario Hoops Mario & Luigi: Partners In Time Super Mario Galaxy ETC. Personally, I wouldn't even consider half the "good" DS games you listed as good but I guess we have different opinions...

I'd say get the PSP. I have the DS Lite and it is crap, once I can be bothered I'll sell it. I know lots of people don't care about graphics, but the games on the DS are stupidly poor, the PSP is a lot better. Also the games on the DS are pretty bad, there is the odd good game but I suggest if you aren't younger than 12, get the PSP.

I went to Foo Fighters on the 18th of November at the O2 Arena and they were amaaaazing so I'm going to try get hold of some tickets for next June.

I've had tons of great holidays, I used to live in Singapore so I was only a few hours fly away from some amazing places (Australia, Thailand, etc.). My best would have to be a trip paid for by me granddad, I doubt I'll ever be able to go again because it cost over ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã20,000 per person :( I think we flew to Johannesburg, from there got a private jet to a safari lodge called Ngala, stayed there about 4 days, got another jet to another safari lodge called Phinda. We stayed there for 4 days as well then flew to Cape Town and stayed there for a week, going sight seeing, shopping, etc. From there we took a luxury train called The Blue Train back to Johannesburg then flew home. Amazing trip, I would upload pictures but I cba to scan them in.

Since you gain levels while doing nothing there really isn't that incenitive to play a lot. Likewise if you have a decent ORG you'll pretty much just be handed your ships so money isn't a large issue either. Well something makes him want to play A LOT.

My cousin got into this, and he's addicted, pretty stupid tbh. He actually gets withdrawal symptoms whenever he isn't playing it and he rushes stuff to get back to it.

They are the only exclusives you pleb, and the Outfit got average scores of about 7/10, that's an awesome exclusive to have. :roll: I'm just gonna go against everyone and say get a PS3, I have a Wii and they are awesome but if I was buying another console it'd be a PS3. Here are some reasons. 1. You can get one for about the same price as a 360 now, they are 300 pounds in the uk and a 360 is 250, but you have to pay 40 pounds for X-Box live so really it's 10 pounds more for a PS3. 2. The graphics are better. Ok so it's a tiny difference but hey it's still better. 3. They don't break as easily as the 360, no red-rings of death. 4. Better exclusives if you ask me. Haze, Killzone 2, Gran Turismo, Metal Gear Solid 4. Thos 4 games alone make it a better purchase than 360 IMO. So yeah get a PS3 instead. 1. What the hell? PS3s are ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã400 and 360s are ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã230, 2. Only slightly... 3. 360s have 3 year warranties, I don't actually know someone irl that has had a broken 360 (yet) 4. Both console have great exclusives...

(1)The price for a 360 is fine, it has great graphics and has a lot of good games for it... It's not under priced but it sure isn't overpriced... (2) Ok maybe more than 5, but can you name 10 good Wii games that are out at the time of this post, a maximum of one Mario title. (3)I didn't say it was the only console with good games? (4)Again, I didn't say the PS3 and 360 aren't just for hardcore games? Where are you getting this from?

No, the other consoles all have so much better games. The Wii has like 5 good games? The graphics of the Wii are way lower than the other consoles. The 360 and PS3 both have way more decent games. Most people I know who brought the Wii were disappointed and sold it on to buy another console (usually the 360) I would suggest you go for a 360 if you're a casual gamer. The only thing that sets the Wii from the rest is the controller and I don't really find it that special. Before someone complains, I have played all three consoles and I would say the 360 is the best (price & quality)

Tasers aren't dangerous at all. One of the producers of the UK tasers was so confident they were safe he got shot with them 50+ times and had no health problems... They only temporarily affect you.
