  1. Rofl :XD: Maybe that's how I feel about right-handers  -------------------- Well I got 840k construction xp last night. Since the weekend is almost over (no school today), today, I'm going to make 4k+ nature runes and sell them to buy some raw fish. That way I can cook while I do homework each night and still be productive :P Oh, and I love you, Tears of Guthix:
  2. Good luck :) Perhaps you could add a log of how much experience you gain per day. I would also recommend reading the following guide on how to take screenshots and post them: How-To Guide: Taking Screenshots and Posting Images.
  3. I'm sure we all appreciate your efforts, but please do not create unnecessary topics. Help & Advice is for seeking help, not for apologizing for grammar/spelling mistakes ;)
  4. Thank you! Yes I am left handed, but I still use the computer mouse with my right hand. As killerbeer0 alluded to, the photo was taken in a mirror so it's backwards ;) Thank you! :D Yes, I think you were. I am, I remember always using the mouse with my right hand though, after breaking my wrist and having to use it on the left I find it easier, so you'd be right if it wasn't taken with a mirror (the camera in the picture makes it pretty obvious). EDIT: Do you ever play with the scrying pool? Looking through and then PMing people you see and messing with them? It's good fun. Mm not so much. The last time I played with it was at my construction party, I think.

Yes, if you're close enough to the dungeon stairs when you talk to the butler :)
  6. I wouldn't go so far as to call this a "needy update." But I would support some sort of "mute" option for moderators, if there is such a thing. If that were to be implemented, I see no reason why we wouldn't be able to decrease the flood control to 30 seconds or so. But obviously, the admins would have to agree.
  7. I don't want to go down that path either :P I mean sure it makes sense to not implement a new, unnecessary feature, if it takes a lot of time and effort. But if it's simple enough and doesn't do any harm, then it shouldn't be a problem.
  8. A blog has to be more than a simple dynamic goal signature. Once your blog has been completely written, you may create a new thread. EDIT: Unlocked on request. Best of luck on 99 strength!
  9. I remember that thread all too well  I hope that's not true. It may be, but I really hope not :P Having gone from an admin to a regular user and then to a moderator in a few months, I think I've seen both sides of the argument pretty well. I was on staff for a few years and was pretty spoiled by not being affected by flood control, since it's turned off for moderators. When I left staff, man I was hit HARD. Part of me almost forgot flood control existed and it shocked me to see how many times I was hit with that flood control message. It sucked and I totally feel your pain. But then you have to consider the moderator side too. Imagine you're a global moderator. You cannot ban users but you can moderate every forum. Suddenly a big time porn spammer comes online and starts creating threads to post porn the second the flood control is lifted (one thread every minute). There are no super moderators or admins online to ban the guy, so you're stuck removing each and every thread that is created, to get it out of public view. At the same time, you have to close every report that is sent in, because even though you're stalking the guy's post history and removing threads as soon as they are created, people keep reporting them so you have to close each report too (which isn't necessarily a bad thing and we do appreciate reports, but closing a ton of reports does add up when they're coming in once every minute). Sometimes these spammers can carry on for over 30 minutes without getting bored and giving up. So imagine sitting on Tip.it for 30 minutes, stalking a spammer's post history, removing each thread and closing each report because a super moderator or admin isn't online to ban them. No it doesn't happen every day and maybe not every week. But when it does happen, it's tedious, boring and frustrating and certainly no fun to take care of. I can totally sympathize with your frustration, I really can. But we really do need a relatively high flood control limit for the sake of moderators' sanity. Maybe I could see lowering it to 45 seconds or so if that would be helpful, but any lower and it could be problematic for moderators.
  10. I don't see it as a necessary addition, but I certainly have no problem with it if it's relatively easy/quick to do.
  11. Thank you for the link, jaerkd00d :) Feel free to use the above thread.
  12. You mean 72-80? :ohnoes: ----------------- Got this: Then I caved, sold my Guthans, and bought:
  13. Congratulations on your recent levels and very nice bank picture! Keep it up!! Very nice blog, I love the first post!
  14. Nice first 90 stat! :D Congratulations and good luck with 99!!
  15. Sorry but we don't sell pet noobs on this forum :?

Sorry but this thread does not have much - if any - discussion value. If you want to show off your RuneScape fakes, you may do so in The Gallery forum.
  17. Personally, I find no point in debating when there is no right or wrong answer and it comes down to a matter of opinion.
  18. All RuneScape ideas belong in the RuneScape Bugs & Suggestions forum. Feel free to repost it there, but before doing so, I would highly recommend that you work on your grammar and sentence structure to make your post a little more comprehensible.
  19. Absolutely fantastic! Congratulations!! Is runecrafting next?
  20. I think at this point it just comes down to a difference in opinion. There is no sole greatest thing in RuneScape because it's different for everybody. As made evident by this thread and countless others in the Debate Club alone, everyone has a very different opinion on almost every aspect of RuneScape. I'm not trying to argue that you can become an economics expert because of RuneScape. But it can teach you basic things like supply and demand and how some items can affect others and the impact that updates can have on the economy, etc. I doubt that older players will learn much from RuneScape, but for younger teens, RuneScape can actually be educational in that minor sense.
  21. You're welcome to give what you feel is an honest rating, but please do not spam. -------------- Congratulations!
  22. Oh yes, oak doors. And I will be trying to use Morphic Hammers the whole way :) Even without Morphic hammers that xp flies by! I think I was getting like ~200k xp per hour at times.
  23. I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling well :( Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!
  24. Awesome goal!!  Best of luck!
