Whats the point of street if the item is under 2.1B? Just pay straight up cash... (either offer whatever you want to pay in GE or do it in manual trade).

The biggest redeeming factor i see with partyhats (and especially ely spirit shields) is they are entering a new market. And by new market i mean a lower tier in price. Instead of being unbuyable we will see some average runescapers now willing to spend money on a hat with the intentions of keeping it or the mentality of buying it as a really long term investment. I see elys having a small possible spike in demand right after free trade due to their likeliness of becoming accessible to a much larger group of people (a lot of people seem to plan on picking up an ely after free trade) Also the green and farming cape look awesome together, congrats :thumbsup: Lol, where did you see me? Anyway, more wild paryhat news: I wasnt intending to sell the green, but when I found out even Sturm sold his green, I decided to see if it sold in the GE (right after the recent update). It sold within 2 minutes, and right now Win All Day is buying greens for med. So yeah, sold at the wrong moment, they are recovering for now. However, with 9 more days till free trade, I don't see green holding it out. It's pretty normal it's struggling more than yellow and purple.

Wow! The partyhat market is going craaaaaaazy. I expect green to last at least one update, but it already crashed overnight. People are really losing trust. I don't see red holding it out. Actually, people might lose faith completely and red might crash faster than we think (in 1-2 days). People are already selling it for risings. Heck, even white might not be safe. That being said, now I missed green's pick, I'm not gonna bother dumping. I think it shouldn't be much lower when it stabilizes after free trade so yeah. Like the color a lot too (farming cape + green, wupwup)

My green phat offer that I put in 5 hours after the update fulfilled. Expect green to crash within 1-2 days. Man, times are really changing...

It's worth noting that pre-trade restrictions stuff always instantly popped up as well. I don't think it's worth assuming that A) corp has a completely different drop system than anywhere else in the game and that wasn't mentioned in the FAQ, nor B) that it will work differently than it would have pre-trade restrictions. We could also assume that they're going to turn the corp caves into a randomly shifting maze that takes more than 5 minutes to navigate (after all, Jagex never said they WOULDN'T!), but if we start allowing any random speculation then the discussion stops being meaningful. From the information we have, instantly lootable corp deathpiles is by far the most likely possibility. You mean pre trade restrictions, stuff instantly showed up when someone died, right? Cause I am 100% sure that a dropped item didn't show up instantly. I guess we will see. Somehow, I think they will make corp an exception. Fishy: nobody will be stupid enough to stake a decent amount of money with you. I guess you'll have to settle with an ely or purple.

And that is why I avoid the RSOF. If the post doesn't make sense then they are complaining about the person trying to start a 'logical' debate. Then again, a logical debate on rsof is rare. You forgot to turn on your sarcasm detector.

Your average is only 350k with your uber luck?! (by the way, decided to do another double torstol run (logging out at trollheim) yesterday, cause it had been like a week since I farmed (I didn't like the fluctuating prices). 117 herbs and 2 seeds => 2m profit :D) But yes, the average is around 350-500k from my experience (never really gathered data though).

With torva and pernix etc, nobody is going to armour stake (as if anybody did before, but okay) With dungeoneering weapons, VLS, etc... nobody is going to stake with weapons on. Well, that doesn't leave much, right :)

Rules in wildy: you have no gravestone, people kill you, they get your items. You drop items, people see them instantly Rules in non wildy: you have a gravestones. If you drop items, people can not see them instantly. Who said dieing in corp isn't the same as dropping items? (ie, non visible for minute or so)

I was discussing this with some people and thought of something- items dropped at corp will now be instantly lootable by teammates, meaning that the new teleport will have very little bearing on how safe your items are on death. Either your team is trustworthy and gives your stuff back, or they aren't and you lose it regardless of how fast you can leg it back to the corp lair. If anything, forum corp teams will become less popular now that you can't be guaranteed to get your stuff back unless you're with good friends. Jagex has nowhere stated that it will happen like that.

All useful items and skills put to 99 only costs around 1b. So what to do with the rest? I'm pretty sure that just a divine and full torva, pernix, and virtus will run you more than 1b, to say nothing of 99 prayer, 99 summon, 99 ranged, 99 magic, 96 herblore, and other miscellaneous combat items. At least for a while I see interest shifting away from rares and toward the new armor. With interest in Nex waning and forum teams becoming untenable in the future (gravestones collapsing now means everyone gets to loot, which means no more blessing in random teams), the items are going to be quite rare and expensive. True, but the long term trend should still be down. I know, we got used to unbuyable divines and whatnot, but hopefully with free trade, when a new item comes out and it's good, it's obtainable if you have the money.

Does this mean that even when you have a familiar summoned it doesn't add to your combat level? :pray: :ohnoes: Seems to be the case yeah. If that's true, you will be so overpowered. At least the noobs you will be killling won't be carrying any good loot.

It is to stop people from manually dropping their items when they're going to die for sure, just to spite the person who's killing them. I guess. Exactly that, dropping items they'd otherwise lose (or protect over other items) so they can often run back and pick them back up when they die. Except that right now, you can't drop anything worth over 1k while in combat...But If that's the reason, I'm satisfied, because it sounds fair. It sounds stupid. :P Instead of the person killing you getting your stuff, your friend can pick your stuff up for you. :P Are there any answers about what will happen to shops? This will affect me a lot because I'm buying 1k yak hides a day atm and selling them for 700gp each (for around 2.5m gp profit/hr, more if I sell the hides for more) and if they add unlimited stock back or something this won't be possible. Also, what about the chaos tunnels? They've moving some stuff out but I haven't read about them. Also, I don't think bringing potions/borrowed into the wilderness hasn't been thought through: what if you wanna go in the chaos tunnels or kill the KBD/Chaos Elemental or something with borrowed dragon claws and overloads? Nothing about these changes sound good to me (they didn't initially either) and If there was a referendum now after seeing the big picture, I would expect it to be pretty close compared to what the results were. When you go in the wild, your lvl jumps to 118, as soon as you enter the chaos tunnels, it jumps to 125 again. Simple.

Prime luring all over again (never really dk'ed in that time though). Also makes FFA more of a risk (unless you have at least one friend there).
