Go buy willow logs or cut them in Draynor. Cut the logs into Willow Longbow (u) until you are level 70 fletching. Do not string them it is a waste. When you want to get rid of your Willow Longbow(u)'s sell them to a general store with them in note form. I think they sell for 16gp ea.

You need: 200 Telekinetic pizazz -and- 300 Alchemist pizazz -and- 2000 Enchantment pizazz -and- 200 Graveyard pizazz
