  1. Here you go. Search is your friend. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=555090
  2. Ok ty :D And does it only require 50 cons? Yes, just 50 construction. And, when you focus the portal you do not need to be in your ancients spell book to do so. You just need the runes to focus the portal.
  3. It isn't bad at all, what it can lead into is even worse though. It can lead to experimentation with hard drugs (cocaine, heroin, etc.) that are addictive and are harmful, but if weed is smoked in moderation there is almost nothing harmful that can come from it. Darkmage099 - So, if one country has it legal, why don't the others? Are you saying that because the Netherlands has it legal (to some extent) it is a worse country? The Netherlands actually has less of a drug problem than the US, and the legalization of marijuana may have attributed to this. So, are you telling me you never break the law? So, you file your taxes when you mow your neighbors lawn? You never cross the street where there isn't a crosswalk? You always drive the speed limit? Believe me, you break the law more than you know it. You aren't the "perfect" citizen you claim to be.

    camp?

What camp? The mining camp in the desert? If so you need to do the quest, "The Tourist Trap". If not? elaborate on your question.
  5. The purpose of "bumping your post" is so that it appears on the top of the forum rather than on the second or third page. This way it may get read more. And it literally stands for "Bump Up My Post".
  6. I'm not so much for the rares but I would still go back to fally park Christmas 2001. Biggest party in Runescape ever! Everybody was just cracking the crackers on each other, trading for their favorite colors; it was truly a good time. This is what rares were meant for, not this merchanting garbage.
  7. He's the only person in the game that can trim armor and capes! But really, he lvled firemaking to lvl 99 and then he burned down all the forests with his massive fires effectively giving him lvl 99 woodcutting as well.
  8. If they add something there better be a teleport there. I'm growing too lazy to walk. Tzhaar cave expansion pl0x!
  9. Also check w2 edgeville, usually a couple sellers there.
  10. Applied to: University of Chicago University of Texas Texas A & M University Accepted to: Texas A & M University Denied to: No where yet Hoping for an acceptance letter from University of Chicago.
  11. You can take the tiara to the island.
  12. Just oustside Fenkenstrain's castle. The far east gravemarker. Credit to Tip.It for the map
  13. The biggest problem would be: constant money coming into the economy via high alching and monster drops and no where to spend it. The price of everything else would rise as people wouldn't have something to spend their money on. Do you really want to see the price of everything else rise due to the removal of a couple of rares?
  14. Also you may find this thread extremely helpful. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=340581
  15. http://www.runehq.com/RHQQuestsView.php ... glish=true This gives a little bit of help on how to do the puzzle. I'd just do it by trial and error though.
  16. gnome to 35 agility barbarian outpost to 52 wilderness to 70 ape atoll to 99 You can also use agility potions to access the courses sooner. Also if you use ape atoll it is very helpful to have done that part of Recipe for Disaster for quick access to the course. Don't do Ape Atoll before 70 however, as you will fail too often.
  17. Train on willows until you are 70+ woodcutting, but personally I'd buy them if you are making nats and bowstring. This way you make a profit and don't have to bore yourself cutting yews. yew logs - 310ea high alching yew longs - 768ea That's pleanty of profit for me.
  18. You can't compare us to our grandparents since most of us don't know exactly what they would do in recreation. For all some of us know is that they could have been doing stuff such as playing chicken in stolen cars or something else. We know that they were beaten and we know what they're like now, but how do we know what we'll turn out like? By using our time machine durrr... But really, there is now way to tell, but I do think that discipline helps attribute to more mature people.
  19. Yes, they are. But I believe the government was trying to somehow lessen abuse cases by passing this. They really have no other reason to pass it. The problem is, it's not going to reduce the amount of cases. It's only going to increase them. Someone spanks their child and a neighbor sees them doing it, call the cops, +1 new case that doesn't even belong there. I think our cops have much bigger problems than a child getting spanked to tend to. Until there are less felonies being committed, this is a terrible waste of legislation. Don't fix what isn't broken.
  20. Child abuse and discipline are completely different. Being spanked doesn't hurt the child, it just inflicts that sharp pain for the time being, but still gets the point across. Getting whipped by a tree branch or a steel pipe is a completely different thing. Plus, unless children get hurt back or feel some sort of resistance you know they are just going to keep going about their own little ways.

    Equality.

That's always bugged me aswell. Not past the point where it really pisses me off. Equality and manners are different. Manners are more like guidlines. I don't really say "ladies first", but I will show respect in letting her order first at the dinner table, or holding a door open for her. It really is just common courtesy.
  22. A really mean small monkey. http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=348
  23. Do you use a Modem or Broadband connection?
  24. Make sure you are starting at the right spot: Just west of the Saradomin statue.
