They Created this Man, Ignatious Vulcan. He wanders the forest, occaisionally making small fires. He has a Trimmed 99 cape, although he is only known to have one 99 skill. But really, he lvled firemaking to lvl 99 and then he burned down all the forests with his massive fires effectively giving him lvl 99 woodcutting as well. But yeah, it is quite funny that thye all have trimmed capes, I guess jagex wanted to make you jealous even when you have the untrimmed cape. ( lol) OT: I find it kinda odd they have the NPC there, I thought they would have had him near the yew trees. :-k I never would have guessed him to be there found out when I went to swampjedi's firemaking party.
