Yes, I think they have started with that now. I have like 2 black marks and I have played for 1 year. I got them when I was a noob, for breaking the item spamming rule twice.

I would ignore him and try to run away from him. But if he is nice I will answer him or her.

All F2P:ers aren't noobs :) . But some are :(

Always sad to hear stories like this. This guy is really desperate. I'm sorry to say that I have seen alot of other people who break almost all of RS:s rules for just some little, unimportant thing like advertsing for a website. Really, really stupid.
