I once read somethign about that ranging just should be avaible for those who who got a higher combat level than 50... Very strange suggestion, I think. And very bad :(

Once I was training in Wildy, A level 45 was right in front of me. I started to chase him, I wanted to kill him :twisted: . But after a while a whole buch of high level people comes and attacks me. I die in about 10 seconds. I lost stuff worth at least 600k. If I could go back there now, I would never had followed that guy.
