I have killed plenty of blues and blacks with msb, dark bow, and rune cross bow. Dark bow is not good to train with. If you really want to keep it for the specs. I would suggest using msb, or if the best thing would be a rune c'bow and a zammy book with steel or higher bolts. Goodluck.
