i used to do this and yes it is a good way to train but it got kinda slow so i got 70 str and now only train attack and defense :D

well if you have high mage then 20 defense is a huge plus for mystic and at 20 def you can where initiate armour wich gives good prayer bonus.

there has been a recent high scrores bug... 1 person i met was ranked 4th fishing when he was truley ranked 5th
