I really don't see the problem. Even kim is not stupid enough to suddenly declare war on anybody and nuke them. Even if NK had the capacity to use nuclear weapons, they will never use them. Any leader of the country will know not to use them because there will be too much of a backlash against their country in the modern world.

Thing is, people think torturing terrorists prevents attacks, it does the opposite, nothing will get people up in arms more than seeing their fellow countrymen slaughtered and tortured. Just think how riled up people get when they see a reporter or soldier killed/captured by terrorists. As shwn in a quote on the last page, not torturing one suspected terrorist lead them to turn on their f beliefs about America.

When i was around level 80, shortly after doing regicide and getting a drag hally, i thought i would try and hally bronze drags which had recently been introduced. You can guess how that turned out, lets say, i came out a little crispy.

I have a very good topic for an article, and would very much love to write it or suggest it to the writers, however, it would get so many 'thats not how it works!' I am of course talking about ip in cw. the article was an ok read, but i cant really comment, i only skimmed through it.

About 2kg together, gives me strong legs, after I moved bed and desks around my room, I had to use my legs, desk weights around 35kg, and bed more I think, and it was even two desks. -.- [hide=][/hide] Roar! Haha they look like.. combat boots. Do you get +3 crush when you equip them? Nah, I get Stopping Power. :D they look like they weigh a ton though :| I'd never be able to wear boots like that. It would be a cool pic, but we can't see your face *hint*

I would say barrows armour may be better than bandos for the defence, they don't hit high, but they can hit often. ring is totally up to you, but personally i use warrior as they have quite high defence. For the shield, try buying a mind shield on the g.e, i think they have slightly higher defence, and they are incredibly cheap. Personally i don't pray at all except piety, i've not found protection prayers to reduce damage, although i haven't tried melee prot.

Ever killed them? that was all wrong, no offence. you can at least break even, lots of crims, and use melee tank armour. Just wear the best melee defence you can, with a mind shield, or dfs if you have it (NOT anti fire). I use a whip and don't bother with another weapon for specials, but you might want to, its up to you. Take a super set, alchs if you want, a teleport, thats the main equiptment. Fill the rest of your inventory with food, pick up EVERY bone if you have space, do not eat for inventory space though. Take the best BoB you can, fill that with food, and fill it with bones aswell. Its also good, if you can, to use the mudskipper point fairy ring to get there faster, if you have access to it. Sell all the bones on the g.e, around 1.5k each, you will at least break even, but don't forget, they drop 2 crimsons VERY often. the task may take a while, but its different, fun, and can be very rewarding. Edit: prayer is not needed, i've personally seen no reduction in damage done using prayer, and antifire pots don't seem to work either.

Just before i read them, i think theres a typo in the Did you know, i think it should be 'it's worth noting', not 'its worth nothing' near the end.

Unlike all other releases, we have the vital information NOW. This topic has basically become a discussion of the 78 Slayer/114 Combat specifications of the new monster, which could have been easily discussed after the update. Of course, the drop may change the final opinion of the monster, but for now it's enough to know that they put it at a lower level than many slayers would like. The thing is, we have none of the vital information. All we know about is this single monster that will require level 78 slayer. We Don't know about the update it will come with, we don't know what other creatures will come at the same time as it, we don't know what it will drop which will determine it's desirability to kill, we don't know how hard it will be to kill, we don't even know how many of them there will be. For all we know, this could be a single monster in a massive slayer update later in the year which brings out multiple high level slayer monsters. For all we know, they already have names for the others, which is all they want for this one, something planned to get the players involved with a large update, naming one of the many creatures to be introduced. We know nothing. Everything is an assumption. Not really. Let me repost what Jagex told us, while bolding some of the words: Everything I bolded is singular. They are not raving about a massive Slayer update, they said specifically "our newest addition." From the way it is written you can just tell there is only this little creature. They have nothing to lose and memberships to gain by touting a larger update. They call each individual spot that a different monster inhabits "a cave." They are adding ONE "new cave." What the monster drops is irrelevant to the point that's been brought up the most - the requirements aren't up to par with what was promised. Added some points, what i am saying is that we do not know, it might not be more creatures, we do not know, i've seen so much happen on here because people assumed so much, you can assume NOTHING from what jagex have said, 'we are adding chairs that you can sit on!' is something i will bring up, and we all know what that lead too. And drops do count, no matter how many people can kill something. Spectres are 65 slayer, they are packed and most tasks will end 300k+ profit, gargoyles are 75 slayer and granite mauls are 100k+ after years, cave horrors and black masks are another example, the level to kill means so little about how useful a creature is, anything over level 60 could give massive profits per task. Also i'd like to quote you: What the monster drops is irrelevant to the point that's been brought up the most - the requirements aren't up to par with what was promised. Where did they ever promise us anything, they could have left slayer with nothing new, think yourself lucky they are adding anything to this skill, which imo, is almost complete. As i said before, we know nothing.
