By 'They', i really mean noobs in general. It's one of the few times i will ever use that word, but it really does accurately describe who i am about to talk about. If you've been to soulwars recently, you'l know the scene, two teams staring each other down over two small graveyards about to do battle, but what's that, soembody said we can find treasure if we dig in that graveyard? GRAB THE SPADES! Yeah, now you know what i mean, somebody has convinced hundreds of 'noobs' that if you dig in the graveyards next to the soulwars waiting areas you can find hidden treasure, and it amazes me that its taken a whole week almost for people to stop digging. It may not evn have been their idea to stop, its taken a post by Jagex to stop them: Now my thinking is, would people have believed this a few years ago, or am i to believe all those doomsayers saying that rs really is getting more stupid and gullable?

dmace is more effective than dds verac skirt>karils skirt You dont need veracs skirt cause you dont need prayer bonus. He barely hit with melee... I prefer dds over d mace, lots of 0's from them :lol: You don't need karil's at all, their mage attack hits through everything, just load up as much melee/range def as possible.

The thing i don't quite get is the Hp and magic exp. They seems to be on the same scale as the 3 melee skills, which perplexes me. They reduced the mage exp at pc for the reason you could get 99 without ever maging, which you can do here, why do they do one for one game and this for this game?:S And the hp exp seems strange too, surely it should only be around 1/4 of the 3 melee exp's, but no, its the same, 70k+ hp exp per hour is rediculus.

Nachano (forgot word while reading) One way they could give out past rares (untradeable) without upsetting the balance too much, would add a time limit to how long you have played, For example, have yur account active for 5 years to attain scythe, 4 years for bunny ears etc. Or maybe 5 years and then you get ALL items? On the tradeable rares, i do like the idea of giving the gp value, but it would put so much gp into the economy as it is.

the oak tree in lvl 3 wilderness is faster exp, but less per log. The magic tree needs to be cut in the non-wilderness spirit side for it to reappear in the wilderness, and needs something like 83 wc to cut. -points to where i said ive done it before- again...does it steal work cause last time i was there it wasnt in real world or spirit world?... Sorry i misread, i thought you said you vut it in real world and it hadn't reappeared. As fa as i know it just needs to be cut down in the other world to reappear in the real world.

No, they haven't. This game is much more like PC than CW, and people will return to Cw after the initial hype dyes down. P.s Yeah this guy DEFINATELY Doesen't have 15k tickets guys :shame:

Melee defence is what you should go for, as your using lobs im guessing your not a very high combat, so maybe stick to the soldiers in the long corridoors not the big room so you don't get swamped. Take a few antipoisons, super anti's if you have them.

I'm confused as to why people are complaining about celebrating Darwin's birthday, he published the most revolutionary book in modern times, had the guts to publish his book and go against the word of christianity, his peers and even his wife were against his views. Darwin's book radically changed life as we know it in ways that we probably do not see a link to. The origins book was not only incredibly revolutionary, but it was simple, far more simple than any of the other papers around the time exploring the same theory, he made his book readable for the everyday man.

This game is now officially dead to me. All worlds i tried that werent official were dead, and official worlds had 450+ per team, pointless playing with that many people, its just a laggfest. As watchwood said on the last page, it is a 'stupid' minigame. However much they try to say its 'like cw' its the opposite end of the scale. the good things about cw are good teamplay can own, but you can make a big difference on your own, the game feels smooth and well designed, and you can help at any level. Here its dominated by pkers, the higher your cmb the more you will have an effect, lower levels make NO difference, you can do F all on your own really (1 barricade limit wtf, who designed that!?). The bandages are used way to slow, often end up being damaged faster than you can use them, the game feels rough and like everything takes a few seconds to do.

I found some quite good strategies actually. 1. ancienting on bridges/near graveyards. what alot don't seeem to realise, is that capturing locations is based on the # of people at the location, not kiling etc. The BEST way of capturing the middle is not to kill each person as they enter the middle, its stop them getting there, ice them on the bridge/barricade the bridge, works a treat, 2 ancients can sometimes stop 90% of people getting to the middle, meaning a quick capture and taking the enemy avatar straight down. 2. Highjack their bandage area. Barricade and range to outside the bandage areas, stop the enemy having bandages so our team can kill them mjuch easier. Alot of strategies are more disruptions than killing, but work very well.
