Coffee. Just normal coffee. No sugar, no milk. I don't like all that other nonsense and I hate Starbucks. I'm not much of a tea-man, tea is for women and metrosexual men. But when I'm sick I sometimes drink normal tea, with honey. I should note that sometimes I have an alcoholic drink with my coffee. Sambuca, for example. I have it next to the coffee, not mixed with it.

I should've gone to the gym yesterday, but I didn't really feel like it because it was so cold (hehe), so I did 100 push-ups 50 normal, 50 one-leg). I should've gone to the gym today because I didn't go yesterday, but I didn't feel like it again, haha. So I'll do another 100 push-ups (50 normal, 50 one-leg), and tomorrow I'll be going to the gym, promised.

Snow Patrol is one of the most annoying groups of the decade, and Kings of Leon is the most annoying. Sex is on Fire is probably the worst song of this decade. I never bother with Elbow, they sounded boring, the Killers song isn't that bad, but nothing I really like and I never heard that Stereophonics song but I bet it's crap too. Wow, I'm looking at the entire list now. I never knew there were only six bands this decade. The Killers, McFly, Coldplay, Coldplay, Muse and Keane. I don't know who made this list, but he or she must be out of his/her mind.

I'm listening to WNYC, a radio-station. Never though I'd listen to the radio for anything else than football, haha. It's a 70 minute interview with John Zorn, he shows us a lot of new material and he talks about it with the radio man. Interesting stuff. For those interested: http://www.wnyc.org/shows/eveningmusic/episodes/2009/02/01

It's hard for me to make a list of music from this year, since there aren't much thing that have made a lasting impression on me. So I'll just make a little bit longer decade list of 20 records, if you don't mind of course. :!: It's a list of things that I can't get enough of at the moment. Not much of all those indie bands that were so popular this decade: they are/were fun for a while, but when you've heard them a couple of times they get boring pretty soon. Most of it is recycled stuff anyhow. Arcade Fire - Funeral (2004) Electric Masada - At the Mountains of Madness (2005) Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds - No More Shall we Part (2001) Matt Elliott - Howling Songs (2008) Radiohead - Amnesiac (2001) Britney Spears - Blackout (2007) Sun Kil Moon - April (2008) Joanna Newsom - Ys (2006) Gavin Bryars, Philip Jeck, Alter Ego - The Sinking of the Titanic (2007) Scott Walker - the Drift (2006) Tom Waits - Orphans (2006) The Nels Cline Singers - Instrumentals (2002) David Sylvian - Blemish (2003) Marc Ribot - Asmodeus: Book of Angels Vol. 7 (2007) Uri Caine - Moloch: Book of Angels Vol. 6 (2006) Six Organs of Admittance - Dark Noontide (2002) Sufjan Stevens - Illinoise (2005) Einstürzende Neubauten - Alles Wieder Offen (2007) Nels Cline, Andrea Parkins and Tom Rainey - Downpour (2007) Bob Dylan - the Bootleg Series Vol. 6: Live 1964 (2004)

I started running a while ago, but after a few times I got a lot of pain in my right knee. It turned out that I overpronate. So I stopped running with my old shoes. My uncle had the same problem as I have, and he recommended me the Brooks GTS9, so I bought those shoes today, they will arrive tomorrow and I can't wait to try them on. :) It's a shame that there isn't any shop in my neighborhood that specializes in running shoes.

It's a piece of junk. This movie is nothing more than repeating a little trick for 90 minutes, and it's not a very good trick. It's never exciting, let alone scary. Next to that the characters are completely uninteresting and they do nothing else than yapping all this nonsense for ninety minutes, all the actions they take are very strange and well, there's no way to explain them (unless you see this movie as an excuse to rant about the macho-behaviour of the average male?). I think there was one moment I had to laugh, before and after that I've been bored the entire movie. It's a good thing the lights went on ten minutes before the end, I filed a complaint and we got free tickets for another movie. Then you haven't seen "Drag me to Hell".
