Tian bian yi duo yun (The Wayward Cloud) - Very good. I don't think I've ever seen such an absurd movie. It's goes from sex with watermelons to the greatest kitsch even put on celluoid. It has got these long, dialogueless shots, with great cinematography. And then suddendly *cut*. And you'll experience the most hysterical musical scenes ever. For some the two hour running time is a bit too long, but I wasn't bored a minute. The scene in the basements with all the erotic movies, and the first 'intemate' scene between hsiou-kang and Shiang-Chyi was the best, IMO. Together with the ending [spoilerhsiou-kang is an actor in erotic movies, but the woman in the movie has fainted (reason is unknown), but they have to keep shooting. So you seem him do these absurd scenes (quite explicitly btw) with this lifelessbody. All this happens while his new 'girlfriend', shiang-chyi is watching. Which results in very powerfull scene with an amazing climax Those who can appreciate these kind of movies know that for theirselves. So I can safely say it is a recommendation. 8/10

He only directed the FIRST Star Wars movies, and he did the latter one. Which aren't that great. A director is responsible for the end-product, and in this case, it lacked. The first Star Wars movie was good, so were THX and American Graffiti. But to call him one of your favorite directors, that goes a bit far. On two mediocre ones and three good ones. Which you haven't even seen all three. You still haven't explained why Lucas is such an amazing director from your point of view though. And the last three (Ep. 1, 2 and 3) star wars didn't suck just for Hayden Christensen or the young fella in Ep. 1. The Godfather is a trilogy, so it is already split. And the Usual Suspects isn't even two hours long. It's not reasonable to split them. With kill bill it was, because four hours is too long. And if Tarantino didn't support the split, he wouldn't have done it. Tarantino is a brand. He can do what he wants (with exception of rating things). Oh, and a tip. Since you're quite the purist. Buy the Japanese versions of the movies. As they are comletely uncensored, unlike the other releases of kill bill. For instance: the black and white scene is done in color, there are extensions in the house of blue leaves scene and the anime scene is longer.. As Tarantino wanted it to be. The reason you applaude Smith is because he is your favorite director (you wrote actor, but I take that you made a small mistake, that's okay). Kevin Smith is friends with Mewes, it's only logical he helped him out. And I don't really see how that makes his movies better. But it's okay, I can see why you like him. So there's no discussion needed. And HOW THE HELL (sorry for caps) do you say that DONNIE DARKO is a FILM NOIR?? Did you even see it? Because if you say DONNIE DARKO is a noir, then you couldn't have seen it. And thus your statement saying it sucks is FALSE. Donnie Darko may have flopped on Box Office, but it became a cult-hit after it's theatrical release, it has been a very succesfull movie. and that's not for nothing. You can't say Donnie Darko is bad because of it's acting, or it's plot. The plot is quite clever and complex, and the acting just isn't bad. You may not like it, but it is not bad. From an objective point of view you can not deny Donnie Darko has got an interesting plot and good acting. Besides, Donnie Darko didn't have a budget of 6 million dollars, it had an estimated budget of 4.5 million dollars. Which is 1/4 less of what you thought. BTW, Shawshank Redemption flopped at the box-office as well. It's not a factor to judge a movies quality on. Meh, with previous replies, I was disagreeing with you as well. Sorry if I sound harsh or something. It isn't a grudge or that I don't like you or something. I just strongly disagree. Just felt like saying it, don't want to come over as a butthole.

Hmm, I don't know. Black Eyed Peas is great for pop-music, I don't think the bands you're reffering to would fit in that culture, they aren't the type of bands/artists that should be in a hit list. Also I think BEP deserves where it is now.

Okay. Then I'll add that the guitar part doesn't really seem to be necessary in this Pink Floyd tribute, as you would have to do a drum kit, a bass guitar and a piano as well. And the Zippo (d'uh Syd playing, that I didn't think of that >.>) should take a less big part of the wallpaper, as it is only a small detail. And lighters up isn't something purely Floyd of course. You should give a more subtile appearence in the wallpaper. How about the other things I said, you agree with anything, or any reasoning why you did it the way it is now?

The Black Eyed Peas are pretty good IMO. One of the more interesting bands in the pop-charts.

It's looking quite good. Though I don't really like The Wall as it is now in this wallaper; it doesn't seem to fit in the rest of the wallpaper. As everything is very detailed, but the wall isn't. Another weird thing is that the first thing we see after the Pulse logo is black (animals I asume?), as in too far away to see color and detail. but everything after that is seen in color. I also think the Pulse logo is too close to the viewer compared to the other objects in the wallpaper and doesn't really fits with the wallpaper; you could better add album references (as this is a compilation wallpaper) without the wallpaper looking too busy, than such a big reference to a live preformance, IMO. And why are those guitars there? And, what are the zippos for?

Heh. I think he's quite alright. Sure, he isn't like this top-notch actor something. But he's fun, and I like to see him (in a not iwanttosleepwithhim kind of way). :P

Um, not sure. I just saw that reality show on Mtv about their family. Looked it up on Wiki now. "On August 8, 2006, Barker filed for divorce from Moakler after nearly 2 years of marriage," Knew I heard or read it somewhere.
