  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gr9wk5AY ... %3D1608985 Tupac released a new track.
  2. I think this goes into your street...Cerberus. They've got this dark mytholgyish/fantasy lyrics (they aren't called Cerberus for nothing of course) like lyrics. Same goes for the beats. Men of the Maelstrom is really good. They're from Holland by the way, lyrics in English.
  3. Thanks. I was sure someone posted something like this as well. But I couldn't remember who it was. I almost acused the TS of stealing somebody elses pics. :P
  4. A little update from my side. Big pictures.. picture 1 picture 2 picture 3
  5. When you're seeing kane for the first time you'll miss a lot. It wasn't just the deep focus that was revolutionary. The so called 'archive material' (which was presented in a unique way) at the start of the movie, the genre combinations which Welles uses. But perhaps most importantly it's the way the story is told trough all the different flashbacks. The picture of this Godlike man gets bigger and bigger. And what's also very clever is that every flashback is different on how he gets displayed. One person thinks he's the best and another person thinks he's the biggest [wagon] ever walked this earth. And then there's of course the visual aspects. The endless compositionary posibilities you've got with deep focus, the expressionist style of the movie and all the other visual trics. Toland is a genius and almost 70 years after it's release this movie is one of the best looking movies ever made. [edit]And of course it can't live up to it's expectations. It's not exactly easy to be labeled the best movie ever made. :P
  6. OMG! It's on t.v. tomorrow for the Dutchies who want to see it. :)
  7. I had a little bit money left from my train trip, and I had some change in my wallet, so I bought: Tom yum goong (Honour of the Dragon) Huo Yuan Jia (Fearless) Martial arts are always cool. :)
  8. Ah, great you liked it man! It's such a great album, and it keeps on growing! :D
  9. Those are some of the reasons that it sold more, yes. Of course the PS2 is a great console as well, so it deserves it. But you just can't ignore these things. But I've got better things to do, have fun. :)
  10. Because my shop was the best shop of the country this month we all got a 25 euro giftcard. And I used it to buy the three disc box of Flags of our fathers/Letters from Iwo Jima. And second hand: A fistfull of Dollars 2-disc and A Fistfull of Dynamite 2-disc. :)
  11. Playstation two was out two years ealier than X-box. Also the X-box was an enitrely new console, whereas there had already been a Playstation. So the X-box had to start from nothing. Also, Microsoft stopped producing hardware and almost all software for the X-box since early 2006, because they released their new console. So the playstation 2 is alive for seven years now (and counting). And the X-box has only lived for four years. I'm sure there has already been someone who pointed out all of this though.
  12. I haven't been out, or as you call it 'clubbing' in a while. When I was 14 I started going out every weekend (saturdays, sometimes on thursdays as well), till last year. I just got over it, I prefer to just go to a regular bar and talk. But sometimes we still go, and it's a lot of fun. We usually just teamed up around 9 and started drinking, then at 00:00 we went to the city, or another city and continued drinking and dancing till closing time, which varied from 02:00 till 06:00.
  13. Nah, Massey Hall is a concert/speaking hall in Canada. On Live at Massey Hall he preforms a meddly of Man needs a maid and heart of gold. that's a track from the concert. Old man i even more impressive. ^ old man too bad there isn't a vid of love in mind on youtube. Guess you have to buy the CD now. Especially since it's a version with a complete registration of the concert on DVD as a 'bonus'. :) http://www.amazon.com/Live-Massey-Hall- ... 690&sr=8-1 You can't resist.

  18. This is the first colaboration between Reed and Green. So far I have only seen The Third Man, which is a fantastic movie of course. So I'm really curious how this one will be.

  22. Yea, I'm really nervous about meeting them  won't know what to say And when did Bob Dylan go on tour? Hah, I can understand. I wouldn't know what to say either. Make a list of things you'd like them to ask or something. :) Maybe that would help. The tour was somewhere halfway the 80s.
