I only kill the brothers so my kill count is 6. Although I kill sometimes few bugs and other creatures down there if I'm low on runes. I have been spending my time at barrows around five times this month doing around 15-20 chests each time (I don't like living there). Barrows items I have got in order: Ahrims staff & Guthans warspear from same chest, Karils coif, another Guthans warspear, Veracs helm, third Guthans warspear and latest from yesterday Veracs flail & Veracs plateskirt from same chest. IMHO relying on my own experience there the kill count only increases the chances of getting half key or d med not barrows items. Just make sure you kill all the brothers and then feel free to kill as many monsters down there if you like, it's all about luck.

Pure essence will probably stabilisize at 40-60 ea. It's still easy to mine it and nats will be around 325-350 ea. It's just stupid trying to get 400+ ea for nats. I'm sure this update will kick some macroers away, but they will just go members seeing more profit. You get 30 mining in very short time and very easily and the price rise for pure ess will make profit even if you have to pay for members. I can't really see how this helps in anyway, just makes high alching less profitable and maybe it's good? No more "free" mage xp with yew bows and such?

After reading all these dry runs I feel myself bit lucky. I have only done around 50 chests this month ending up with 2xGuthans spear, Ahrims staff (found it from same chest with my first guthans spear), veracs helm and karils coif. All these only killing the brothers exept Karils coif which I got when I forgot to own Verac. I was bit suprised when he appeared when I was running out of the chest room.

Good story. I remember going there many times, paying the guy and walking down the stairs and notice I'm missing my axe. Once I forgot to bring any food when I went to mage iron drags, well it's not so dangerous with antibreath-pots and shield since they are too lazy to melee you, but anyways I always bring few sharks as they sometimes spawn right aside you or when the pot loses its affect you take few hits before another dose.

I've been missing this since my first trade.

Doesn't have much affect on the game I suppose. There are many easier ways to make money and gain xp and the minigame will probably be mostly deserted in few weeks unless they make it easier to teleport there or something similar like dueling rings. It's just a game btw. :roll:

Actually drill demon appeared to me too few days ago when I teleported to Varrock, but it doesn't necessary prove anything. It just seems to be that randoms want to appear when you do something like high alch an item, bury bones, tele and such after you have fighted or done something similar for a long time.

Most of these ideas will probably be implemented. I'm just praying that POH doesn't turn RuneScape into Habbo Hotel and I suppose carpentry will just all be making furni and people trading rune plates for mahogany tables.

Sometimes you have luck and sometimes not. Got my second Guthans warspear in this month last weekend.

I remember having some logs ready to get fletching started and also some feathers and bars to make arrows. Then I just teled to cammy and started to wander around and made some random members quests. I was something around lvl 65 when i got members.

Nice ideas, but I'd be already happy to swap my 50+ tokens for something like free cloth changes or 500gp.

Happened to me too other day, sara mage popped. I had done quite many clues already without him, but thanks for old habits I always bring enough food and antipoison with me when doing lvl 3 clues. Did they update him back or what? If the older clues have him they should definitely put him on the new ones too. I'm pretty sure I had zammy mage in one of the old coordinates at Tirannwn and after that I got sara when digging at the ogre place.

I usually just report people and walk away as there is no reason to tell them of it and get another annoying bug after you. Most of the times they just continue scamming or whatever they are doing atm even if being told about it.

Something useless stuff that are fun to wear/use for a day and then you throw (destroy) it/them away to save some bank space, knowing that you can go anytime to that Draynor toy guy if you ever need any of that stuff back.

I used to have kill count around 15 and best items I got from something like 100 chests were karils top, d med and a half key. Yesterday I started to kill only the brothers and after few chests I got these from same chest. So guess who's not going to kill some annoying bugs down there in the future for few bloods.

Word halberd comes from Germany I suppose, meaning something like "staff" with/and "axe". So I see no reason why Jagex couldn't use it. Knights preferred using it along with 2h swords when fighting on foot and later swiss started to use it as primary infantry weapon because their terrain didn't really favour any mounted troops. It's probably not fully european invention, I think chinese used it long before it was introduced in Europe.

Heh, I can imagine this lvl 88 coming back being pissed and seeing this rune full piles with d scimmy, whip and others lying around.

Hmm, kill the brothers for two or three chests and run to the new bank when everythings out and then back killing. I don't mind going to recharge on any altars... Did yesterday about 30 chests with kill count average 15 and got nothing, exept on the last trip I got frustrated and made the kill count somewhere 40+ and got d med. Lol. :roll:

I was bit suprised today when the Zanaris master assigned me to kill 18 cave bugs (lvl 7 with 5hp), well I think it's okay, but I'm 99 combat and 71 slayer. :roll: I hate the fairy.

I just though "another crappy quest item/weapon" and alched it for 1.8k after I completed it. :P But nvm, doesn't like selling anything for overprice either.

Drill demon is rarest for me, got only once since I started playing last summer. Although can't remember when it came out. I have full from freaky forrester and almost full mime with body and boots missing. 2 sets of frog mask and prince outfit and 20+ frog tokens in bank. Evil Bob is almost weekly and I've got quiz quite few times recently. I'd say that maze is quite rare too and prison pete which is altough quite new too, got it once. Haven't got the new candle thing whatsoever yet.

Ya, I remember bats blocking him for me too. Was like third try or something for me and I was so happy back then being lvl 80-85 or something. Lol. :P

All done. I usually do all the new quests within few days.
