    Twilight.

Eh, I think that Artemis Fowl is still considerably more mature than Alex Rider is.

    Twilight.

If you're still in elementary school... Those books really aren't dedicated to much higher an age group than that.

    Twilight.

he certainly wasn't a bad writer, rather too ambitious for his own good with lots and lots of filler. Well, i think we've discussed twilight as deeply as we could, so we can only diverge from the topic. :D I agree with Adio here. N0M, just wondering, what are some fantasy books that you like?
  4. I'm seeing Rise Against on Sunday :D.
  5. That Handsome Devil - "Rob the Prez-O-Dent" Probably the best bonus song on any rhythm game.
  6. They are mailing out coupons http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news/general_music_news/free_dr_pepper_for_everyone.html
  7. I liked protest the Hero's Fortress and loved Cynic's Traced in Air, but nothing else was really that good that I've heard this year.
  8. "I am the Eggman We are the eggmen I am the Walrus Goo goo goo joob!" -The Beatles, "I Am The Walrus" On a more serious note, I agree with ragen on A Change of Seasons. I also love a lot of Pain of Salvation and Porcupine tree lyrics, but I'm to lazy to post specific examples.
  9. Perhaps try Nevermore? Their album Dreaming Neon Black is excellent. Please don't recommend me any Death / Black metal.
  10. Try... All That Remains - "Six", "Chiron" Unearth - "This Glorious Nightmare" Opeth - "Bleak" Dream Theater - "Pull Me Under", "Panic Attack" Between the Buried and Me - Colors full album if you can get it, otherwise "Selkies: The Endless Obsession", "Ants of the Sky", "White Walls" That's all I can think of for now. For those of you questioning my choice of Dream theater songs, those are probably their easiest to get into.
  11. Cynic - Traced in Air (album) Track 2 - The Space For This
  12. Currently playing "Hangar 18" I've been on a Megadeth binge today. Forgot how much I liked them.

    Rock Band II

I use my right foot. It makes coordination much easier.
  14. Dream theater - A Change of Seasons Definitely my favorite song. My next favorite would probably be "Bleak" by Opeth, "A Trace of Blood" by Pain of Salvation, or "Trains" by Porcupine Tree.
  15. This just made me realize how easy Intro Solo B would be on a controller... Damn, and to think that's the only thing stopping me from FCing it. At risk of looking stupid, what is CoD?

    Rock Band II

I highly doubt it will be fced, but if it is, it will probably be bl1ndz0r who does it. I'm really happy, I finally passed afterlife on expert guitar and devil's island on expert drums today :D
  17. Dream Theater - A Change of Seasons. My favorite song.

Motley Crue - Saints of Los Angeles Muse - Hysteria Sixx:A.M. - Life is Beautiful The Mother Hips - Red Tandy (unless you're a singer) Any System of a Down songs Most songs by the Who (but look into more detail with these, a lot of the songs are terrible on one instrument but great on the rest (Baba o'Reilly guitar, Eminence Front drums (though I don't know about other instruments for that one), Behind Blue Eyes drums)) The Haunted - D.O.A. Rush - Moving Pictures Album, Working Man Vault Edition Boston pack Metallica Pack Black Sabbath Pack Smashing Pumpkins - Siva Dream theater - Constant Motion Machine head - Aesthetics of hate Megadeth album and sleepwalker (only if you are REALLY good, which you might be seeing as you play the All That Remains songs) Red Hot Chili peppers - Under the Bridge, I could have Lied, Tell Me Baby (first two are mainly for guitar) Queens of the Stone Age - 3's & 7's Bang Camaro - Rock rebellion Disturbed Pack IS what ic an think of off the top of my head. Have fun :P
  19. Sage Francis - "Makeshift Patriot" The only Sage Francis song I own. I really need more of his stuff, but I don't know where to start, really.
  20. King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King (album) Before: Buckethead - Decoding the Tomb of Bansheebot (album)
  21. I don't like new R&B at all, and I never really listened to old R&B all that much.
  22. Between the Buried and Me - Alaska (album) I used to hate Nine Inch Nails for a long time as well, but they grew on me a lot, obviously.
  23. Thanks, though I don't particularly care for Bloc Party too much... Perhaps you would like John Zorn's Naked City project? It's the only jazz I've ever liked, but it's incredible, and I figured you'd like a nonmetal recommendation for once :P.
  24. You would probably like Symphony X. If you already know them, pm me and I can recommend you something else.
