Finally done with classes for my undergrad as of today, just one exam and a short paper away from salvation~ Had a pretty good day though, my friend's band played this free outdoor benefit show so some of my other friends got some carryout from Piada and checked that out and got ice cream after. It was the first 80 degree day of the year here in Michigan so it was awesome getting to spend a good deal of it outside. After all that studying for this machine learning final is going to be straight-up dreadful though ;_________;

Just finished up my last presentation for my mobile apps class without ever actually making a mobile app hollaaaaa~ I also got lunch with an old friend who is an RA and she swiped us into a dining hall which was my first time there in probably two years. It was a newly renovated one and holy SHIT it was massive and looked futuristic af. food still was as mediocre as I remembered it being but it was cool getting to go there one last time before I graduate.

meanwhile last night was my fourth night this week going out to bars lmfao. going to be slowing down this week for sure because I have to finish up all of my final assignments but I mean I only have another week and a half of being in college so [bleep] it

Trying to plan travel sucks lol. I really want to take a trip out of the continent this summer because it's my last summer before working in full-time jobs for the forseeable future, but its difficult working with limited funds until I start said job and finding time / motivation to plan things while still in class. Part of me wants to go to Europe and visit old exchange students for a while then see some new parts, while another part of me wants to go somewhere completely new, like in Asia or Africa. Too many strugz :(

Presentation actually went really well somehow despite finishing it like 6 hours before I gave it lmfao. Yesterday was a really fun night though. I ended up hanging out with a really close friend I haven't seen in a while and we ended up getting crossfaded and going to a bar where we happened to run into a ton of my other friends. We hung out there and danced for a while and then i went back to my place with her and smoked more weed and watched the office. fab night would repeat / 10

jetbrains ides for python/java (and android dev technically) and visual studio for c++ for me, though I typically use sublime for web apps for whatever reason.

Trying to throw together a ten minute presentation about the app I'm making for a class and struggling hard tonight. The presentation is supposed to consist of a bunch of diagrams that explain the architecture of our senior design application, but my group's application is so simple that most of the example diagrams we are suggested to use don't really apply. I've explained pretty much the entirety of the application's behavior in about 3 diagrams. No clue how the hell I'm going to stretch this into a ten minute presentation lol. Oh and I have to give the presentation in 8 hours. This is going to be a fun night lol

Found out today that I barely passed my machine learning exam, which was not fun. But today was also my roommate's 21st birthday, so we went out for steaks at the best steakhouse in the city because they give crazy birthday discounts. Nothing like a $50 steak to forget about your problems~ God I can't wait to be done with dealing with grades in 6 weeks when I graduate... I've been struggling hard to find a show to fill the hole in my life left by finishing parks and rec and it's really gettin to me also anybody who hasn't had green tea ice cream is missing the [bleep] OUT

Encountered my most forward girl on tinder recently lol. i matched with her/ messaged her back in january to no response. She ended up messaging me back last night telling me to go vote for Bernie if I hadn't already because the polls were about to close (lol). We ended up talking about our mutual love for Bernie and she gave me her snapchat (again, [bleep]ing lol). We messaged a little bit on there, but she wasn't too conversative so I didn't really figure it was going anywhere. Then tonight she snapped me a blurry picture of something that I couldn't discern...which ended up being her ass ripping through her pants. We talked for a bit and she said I was cute and that I should kiss her. Thing is, she's 25 (I'm 21) so it feels a little weird, and while I can't really see from her pictures and her face is cute I think she might be fat and/or way taller than me. Definitely a way different experience than talking to college girls though lmfao, just trying to decide where to go with this haha. edit: she ended up bootycalling me tonight, turned it down because her pictures weren't worth trying to drive 15 minutes to go to at 2 am and I have a shitton of work due tomorrow. Maybe that was suboptimal but w/e, I'd just rather meet somewhere public first when it's on the fence like this. Might meet up with her Saturday though.

It's a lot better when you live on a college campus and set that campus to be accessible anywhere. It's pretty horrible pretty much anywhere else though and I can't imagine using it still once I graduate. I've spent my whole day trying to learn how to make Android apps for my mobile app development class and my group is somehow supposed to have a functional prototype ready right after we get back from Spring break and there's just way too much shit to learn ugh. No idea how we're supposed to get anything useful made when I'm going to be in Arkansas without wi-fi for my alternative spring break all next week and I have a huge paper and a machine learning project also due that week I'm back. tl;dr i'm so over college lol

Met a really cool girl on Thursday. She's friends with my roommate; he bought her and one of our other mutual friends over to chill and have a couple drinks and smoke that night. At the end of the night before she left she told me she had a lot of fun meeting me and wanted to hang out again and we exchanged numbers; however our schedules conflicted due to midterms/ preexisting plans and we weren't able to meet up that weekend. Is this still salvageable ? I'd like to give things a shot with this girl but this weekend is spring break so I'm not really sure what to do because I feel like if I wait until after we're back it will have been too long and I'll have missed my shot lol - we're both going out of state. Maybe I'm just being dense though. What should I do here? just try to fit in drinks or coffee? Probably should be pretty obvious but idk i've just been pretty dense with this stuff lately I guess.

Five guys is pretty dope, but if you ever end up on the American West Coast you owe it to yourself to try In n Out Burger. Best fastfood burger by a mile and it's a quarter of the price of five guys to boot. My apartment ended up throwing a pretty fantastic party last night. I had a lot of doubts that it would turn out any good because my apartment this year is ridiculously small, but we were able to fit a good 40 people in there and it felt dramatically bigger due to how small it was without feeling cramped, which was a surprising plus. All in all it was a pretty fun night. However, it got a bit sour at the end when I walked in on two of my friends having sex on my bed and had to kick them out of my house, which wasnt fun, but the night was pretty much over by then anyways and they came by in the morning to clean up and wash my sheets as an apology so I'm not going to hold any grudges or anything. Today I ended up coming back home for the day. I got new tires on my car so it's dramatically less of a death trap now on ice. Tonight I'm going downtown to Detroit with some hometown friends to celebrate one of their birthdays, I'm pretty hype~

I spent this weekend up north skiing for the first time with a bunch of friends at one of their cabins. It was a blast, even though I was completely horrible and could still barely make it down their bunny hill by the end of the day. I'm glad I got finally got to try it at least once before I move out of the state. I learned the hard way on the drive up that my tires are [bleep]ed though and are not winter-ready at all, but I really don't have the money right now to get them replaced right now, especially when I'm probably just selling the car at the end of the summer anyways... whelp.

This was such a good revival of these threads that I didn't read it for the first two days because I thought it was just one of the old threads getting bumped
