No, your skills will stay the same as when you leave members. As for your member items, you won't lose them, but you won't be able to do anything with them on free servers. Also you will lose the member bank space, so if your bank is over filled you won't be able to add anything new until you remove enough to be back to under free player bank space.

Another option, although random, is Dave's evil stew. Red Spice - Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged and Magic Orange Spice - Smithing, Crafting, Fletching, Runecrafting, Cooking and Construction Yellow Spice - Prayer, Agility, Slayer and Thieving Brown Spice - Woodcutting, Herblore, Farming, Fishing, Mining and Firemaking can put you up 6 levels max (but can drop you too). I used it for Devious Minds

I think it's as long as you had all the quests done when you first recieved the cape, it's yours. It said in the update that if a new quest is released the cape is temporarily unwearable until your complete it. And I really wanted to wear my quest cape while actually doing future quests.

It matters, I believe (if I read NukeMarine's posts correctly, when he was researching it), that it when you pull out the resources it takes the average of your approval. For example, if you leave it for 10 days then on the tenth day raise the approval, it will consider your overall approval for the resources at 95%. So leaving it for a few days here and there won't hurt too much. But for an extended period of time it might not be worth it with a lowered approval.

Has this always told you when the next time you can play the mini game or is it a recent update? Didn't want to post in hidden updates, since the last time I probably looked at that guide was when I did the quest (some 50 something runecrafting levels ago lol)

Actually, you can take noted logs with you. Although this requires double trips for the servant (which means twice as many payments as the way Icecube mentioned). After you've used planks send them to bank with noted logs and then send logs to sawmill.

I *think* it's 1 point per cast and then an extra point for every bloom that appears. So if you cast and only 1 bloom comes up then it drains 2 points. I haven't done any serious testing on it, but that seemed to be how it worked when I did pay attention to it. :-k

Also if you have a house and the cons level to move it to relekka, you can get a sevant and just run back and forth to waterbirth, then back to house (or tele) and have servant take to bank. A little longer than the lyres/rings trick, but if you haven't done frem. quest you won't need the lyres.

But they aren't treating people like this on purpose. Apparently, since they wnt and made a post on the forums for people in this exact situation, they know there is some kind of problem and are looking to fix it. As for the amount of time it's taking to reinstate players, would you rather they stop what they are doing and respond to each and every person that was affected, or try to figure out what happened and correct it before reinstating players (where it might happen again). Include into that, the fact that each person that does send in a query has to be looked at individually. I don't know how they have it set up to review each account, but it might take some time if they have to go back over old reports to make sure that it wasn't someone that was legally banned trying to use this as a way to get their character back (not saying that anyone here would do that). If 100 people were accidentally banned and they can do only 20 a day, then that's gonna be at least 5 days before everyone gets their account back (not including time to fix whatever problem happened in the first place).

To everyone that this did happen too, make sure you do send in a query to customer service like Shane suggested, whatever this glitch is, they can't make sure they helped everyone if they don't know you've been affected. Second, the reason they can't just give it back right away, is that they are probably trying to fix whatever happened so it doesn't happen again. It's gonna take time to do that and to go through all the CS reports. Plus they have to check to make sure that the report isn't from players that were banned for good reason and trying to take advantage of this to get their account back. Sorry it happened to you, but just give them some time to get things sorted properly and you'll be back in no time.

I think they're asking if you drink a cider and a mature cider, back to back, will it raise you 3 or 5? The answer is 3, the cider's don't stack on each other. Same with garden pies, I believe. They don't stack with ciders either.
