I usually read the whole thing but occasionally (As with Leesters 33+ page house party thread) I read the original post and the last ten pages to get a grasp of what the thread is about.

Shadow I think what you're saying is right, but the way you're saying it is wrong. What I gathered from your arguement is that Islam is a barbaric religion. The things that happen in the Middle East are wrong by our standards and we would never allow it. However they have a totally different community. There's is based on religion and ours on politics. I consider some aspects of a muslim life in the middle east comparable to a christian life in the Middle Ages of Britain, eg. the use of brutal punishments and extreme interpretations of Holy Books. I believe that homosexuals were openly abused in our society as well until fairly recently (and in some places still our). So yes it is a barbaric and cruel society but what can we do about it? When so many people are blinded by a religion what can you do? Note - I am not saying that Islam is wrong, I am saying that the middle eastern society based on Islam is cruel. Islam in the Western World seems to be fine, I know a fair few muslim people and they arn't extremists by any stretch of imagination. If I have said anything brain numbingly stupid here please point it out.

Well I've got a random one. This guy in my class (he's massive) was sat near the back of the class during a test. Everyone was silent, working away when suddenly he sits up and says as loud as he can (with actions), "Three (Stick up three fingures) Blind (Cover Eyes) Jellyfish (Wiggle fingures under mouth), Three Blind Jelly Fish, Three blind Jelly Fi-hish, Sitting on a wall, One fell off, AHAHAHAHAHAHA OWNED M******** F********. The teacher looked up and he blurted out "Oh S***" and ran out the door. No explanation, no warning, just pure, grade A madness. Funny as hell though.

I'm with you. There are plenty of people around here who dress "ghetto" and think they are ghetto. Dressing ghetto usually includes a large shirt, shorts that go down to your ankles and a baseball hat that is worn sideways and the bill is flat. My gym teacher always made fun of people who wore extremely long shorts in his class. :lol: Rofl we have that here too. Majority are 'azn gangstas'. I wanna stab all of them in the eye. The majority of 'gangsters' we get round here are 15 year old white kids from a middle class background wearing Adidas. They are known to us as Wangsters (try saying it aloud).

emo's suck! :boohoo: Firstly what does that have to do with my post? Secondly I think it is unfair that you are assuming all emo's "suck". The emo's that I know are admittedly shy but very nice people if you can get them talking. Don't judge people before getting to know them.

The thing with girls is that it is very hard to get a good combination of personality and looks. Often, if a girl is a stunner then they become used to lads drooling after them and never have to be funny or charismatic because they already have the lads. The ones who can't just smile and make a lad drop dead are often funny and charismatic because they wouldn't get anywhere otherwise. I can count on one hand the number of girls that I like for both looks and personality. To be honest I prefere the company of charismatic girls as they are easier to talk to and more friendly.

Round my neck of the woods the trendy thing to be seen with has to be... Really expensive tracksuit (with stripes of course) Baseball cap (pointing to the sky) Your bling A phone round your neck Reebok Classics And finally a big stick (for whacking anyone who doesn't dress this way). I personally try to wear something different every other day. It adds variety to my life.
