Laws have a marginally higher price per rune when selling but they are slightly slower to rc meaning nats is better cash as that extra 300 nats per hour will push your profits over that of laws even when they have a higher price. DO NATS BTW what happened to smelting all that silver?:P

Would be nice to make it untradeable but as someone mentioned, as you need on most bosses to go as a team then only one person could benefit from the drop rather than the whole team. On solo'able bosses they should be untradeable, but very hard to solo.

Also they stop attacking if you have been where they are for 15minutes without leaving

You get randoms by doing repetitive actions, it's mainly random what you get although you can predict when you will get them as certain skills give them more than others

Yeah, farming is good but if you want at those levels you could just do some quests such as Eadgers Rouse (or something like that).

Okay, RoswellCrash made a topic about this and i felt like giving a semi-draft paragraph for wild pies or black mask on a topic in here but since he hasn't made on yet, I will make my own :P Semi-draft for wild pies: Recently Wild pies [give link to wild pie item database] were added to the game and allow players to temporarily increase their slayer level by 5 levels to above their natural level. It requires 85 cooking to make and gives 240 cooking experiance while healing a total of 22 hitpoints (2 bites, each healing 11 hitpoints). The ingredients to make the wild pie are raw chompy, raw bear meat and raw rabbit meat. Semi-draft for black mask: Black masks are a unique drop from Cave horrors which are situated in the Mos Le'Harmless Island cave (wear a Witchwood icon and use a light source so that you can enter the cave safely) and require a slayer level of 58 in order to kill them. The black mask gives a permanent boost of 15% strength and attack during slayer tasks and when brand new they have 10 charges which each send out an invisible spell to lower an opponents defence level by 3-10 levels. However, after the charges are used they cannot be recharged. It recharges 10 defence, 20 strength and 40 combat to wear.

A long time! For free tokkul and a nice profit just go barrows and sell the chaos runes from the chest to the shop in Tzhaar land ;)

Someone has already reported this but i see no problem in answering your question :) Cheapest = best so.. If f2p = smelt steel (100k+ per 1k bars made) If p2p = make cannonballs (slow but profitable)

It really is advisable you get the correct levels as those stat boosting items can be quite hard to come by and in some cases more troublesome than getting the level :P Just get the level, you'll have to get it in the end
