  1. Oh, psh, missed that. Ashton Kucher. He went to my high school. :)
  2. Guess who's coming to dinner?
  3. Looks incredible, however.. The line of the bra or whatever, where it comes to a point on the woman's left breast looks too pronounced. Makes it look like a displaced nipple.. If y'know what I mean..
  4. About 2 weeks ago, I decided to defragment, because my computer was booting rather slowly. I restarted after that, and my computer seemed to be booting much more quickly, but it ended up not booting at all. I tried a system restore and now it will boot sometimes, but it's just as slow as it was before I defragmented, if not slower. When I try to boot: It does the xp boot screen, then where the login should come up, I just get black, no cursor, nothing. Though once in a while the login screen does show up, but it takes rather a long time... or at least longer than it should. I can boot into safe mode always, though. I looked through eventviewer and couldn't find anything that was obviously my problem. Any ideas?
  5. Based off my monkey, of course..
  6. I beleive the feeling actually means that whatever part of the body isn't getting enough blood, so it sends out nerve signals like "OI! MOVE ME SO I CAN GET SOME FREAKIN' BLOOD!" I get it whenever I sit cross-legged for longer than 20 minutes or so.. rather interesting to try and stand up to walk.. :)
  7. The 84+ is exactly the same as the 83+, except it has a niftier case, and I think slightly more memory.
  8. Greatsilverwyrm replied to CoRnMaN's topic in Art and Media
90% of his arguments are flawed or unrelated. See my reply to his post on off-topic.
  9. It looks like, from the preview, that they're splicing in shots from the game? That would completely destroy it's value for everyone except the few oddballs that wouldn't mind. People who don't play the game would think it's cheesey- hardcore fans may be offended-...
  10. Making your face would be an extremely difficult edit... I'd think that only people really experienced with photoshop would be able to pull it off well.
  11. you just have to ask yourself whether you really want to toss out the cash for one. I use my graphics programs all the day but would probably not buy a tablet.. but then again I know some people who swear by 'em. I guess my advice would be to get a small cheap one first, just to see if you get a lot of use out of it, and if you do, invest in a bigger/fancier one.
  12. To be honest I find most of it pretty insipid and lame.. but there are a couple songs I like, and one of my favorite bands is sort of a vaguely bluegrass-esque folk group..
  13. Do your own homework.
  14. I've also heard that it in fact takes less electricity for your computer to idle than it does to shut it down and start it back up... Not true, I guess?
  15. We never see it, but I believe either lupin or sirius mentions that his patronus is a stag. Sounds vaguely farmiliar.. but.. Do you know which book/around which page that's on?
  16. Manually antialiasing would get you something styled similar to a vector, but it won't be anything near a true vector.
  17. Are you a mod? Are you the starter of this topic? Didn't think so. If Mercifull wants his post locked, he knows how to reach me.
  18. it's all a vector, yeah
  19. A Phoenix may be appropriate, however we've never seen somone become an animagus of a magical animal.. Let's not debate what he is if he's an animagus, though. IMO it's moot, because I beleive he's not an animagus. You're contradicting yourself. You said something along the lines of "enemies wouldn't let flames touch Dumbledore's body". My comment was in response to that. When I say "dead", I'm referring to the type of "dead" where you don't come back. If he came back, Harry would not be alone. But phoenixes weaken because they're phoenixes approaching burning day. We've never seen a phoenix die, nor have we ever been told what will happen to a phoenix should it die from unnatural causes. For all we know it is possible to kill a phoenix. Much like wizards won't die of natural causes until they're very old. Or how elves in other stories may be killed, but cannot die of natural causes. Pettigrew had an affinity for rats, seemingly one of his only talents. Dumbledore was probably skilled with many/all animals. Again, though, why are we debating what he would be when we haven't even agreed on if he will be?
  20. Pretty jaggy vector there, Matt..
  21. Aah, I get you now.. So you want to be able to have the same computer, but instead of having a seperate account you want an entirely seperate HDD? I'm very sure that's possible, but I've never done it, so, I can't tell you exactly how to do it.. Basically, though, you would install windows on both HDDs and then put in a boot selector (? I think that's what it's called) that, when you started the computer, would let you choose which OS to boot into.
  22. It's not that I want him to be dead, it's just that I see very little proof that he might possibly be alive.
  23. Updated slightly again.. trying to fix some things that may make it's form confusing..
