Well done to darkdude, a ton of his predictions were spot on the money! I hope hunting is a semi money drainer, kind of like range. Where you can buy better stuff to level quicker, but it is mainly based around the time you put into it. A cross between say a skill like agility, and Crafting. Would hate to see it a complete money drainer like construction :( We don't need any more of them.

Interesting to see how much of this the tip it community gets correct. I agree with Darkdude's suggestions so far, and am looking forward to the upcoming updates :)

Depends on your lvl. If you have 1 prayer, then obviously it wouldn't be beneficial. The stats that I reccomend (stats in which xp's lower than 1k are still good) include prayer and farming. It's up to you of course :P

Come on, it's a little goldmine for you buddy. People who dm in full rune battles have tons of sets anyway, don't worry about it! This is a common occurance in the game, and you should be extremly happy. I remember back when I first started playing I intercepted a drop trade to get a steel plate and an iron full helm. This was in 2001, so any form of armor was amazing to me, and people actually had a market on selling items like this. Enjoy your spoils, and don't think too much about the dm, they both have enough cash.

That statement is wrong. Rs2 is an update, probably the biggest one we'll ever see. It was so big that Jagex had to re-open rs1 to keep some paying customers happy, which was fair enough.

To the 4 people above me, all of which I couldn't be bothered to quote, how about you read before you make a post :roll: SO i was walking past south varrock, by those dark mages who attack any random passerby. I was low on hits, i got hit a 6 and died. I came back there with 100 k to buy my stuff back from the looters. I found one very nice guy who gave me back my body, chaps, and short bow for free. Then i found the guy who got my 2 k iron arrows, my vams, and my coif. I asked to buy them back and the kid said no, you wont have enough money to aford this kind of stuff you lv 19 nub. I was just standing there shocked that someone could be so stupid..... If i had it to begin with i could definitely afford it. Its just the nerve theses newer players(pixel huggers)..... I forgot why i hated f2p so much... Ah well, guess ill go play guitar. ^ That in bold is her arguement, she never expected the stuff back. So before you make an accusation, do read please.

Meh, it happens, and it sucks. There's nothing you can do about people like that from behind a screen. I just shake my head and walk away. Play some calming song on guitar, helps :P

Happened to me around the 3rd time I opened my bank using my pin. Never got it again, although I've come close. It's funny though, more often than not my first two numbers are on the same square. I actually prepare myself to press the same square now as 80% (not kidding) of the time it happens.

Thank you elucin8er But i can not take all the credit for what was back then. You see i had a very good friends back then that helped me alot, mainly to beat robin hood2 :) But also back then I had real life issues and caused me to play insane long hours back then. (I won'g go into that). You have to remember that i also tested the game before it was released to users, which really did give me a unfair advantage i feel for the first few months, as i knew what to train on, where the best places to mine, quyickest to do anything, though i never kept this information to myself, If someone asked me, i would tell them. I have always enjoyed helping others in game and when silverion asked me to join this site (which was about the same week runescape open) I did join to help i hope more users. But after a few years i lost my temper in runescape and took a break, it was after a few months after moderator quit. Alot of us old players got really sick to death of botters, one in particular really annoyed us , and so we kinda lost interest until jagex did something about it. ALot of my old friends did not come back after that :( I did and still love to play runescape now but i am not as active as i use to be. Tip.it now has its own crew team for updates, so i really not needed in that dpartment anymore. But i still help out where i can in runescape, around IRC and the boards. If i was to choose people i think should be up there. Well that would been TheHate, Stu can'tpk (he wasunder another nick many yrs back), Joe1002, Nightmare888, Gugge and Rab/moderator Now that you mention it, I do remember hearing you played RS before most people. I wonder if bluerose13x was in that group of people, because her mining and smithing before rune came out are still better than mine after 5 years of playing. Very interesting to hear you speak of the past, good to hear your memories are still alive and you can share them with everyone quite easily. I'd like to hear some more stories in the future :P
