Your argument rests on the assumption comfort is more important than what you look like. Why is comfort above looks? Why do you dislike the fact that people want to look nice or wear what lots of other people wear? Well Satenza, you and Tripsis have a point. If you don't wear something comfortable, that could cause cramps (i.e. shoes that are too small). And say you're going to a dinner. You want to look nice and not like you just came back from a sporting event. I think that comfort has to balance out looks. .. Just an opinion. Well most fashion trends don't require you to be uncomfortable, even if they did i don't see why soemone else's possible uncomfort would make you dislike their fashion sense. Comfort comes over looks because looks is percived as being selfish. I always detect a hint of jealousy in those types of arguments.

I feel sorry for Blair, because of all the bad press he constantly gets. He has not been a bad PM really. He didn't do things that he had promised, which is the main case against him. Watching that fictional programme "The trial of Tony Blair" i hated it. It was just so horrible to watch despite it attempting to be funny.

Eh later is here! The Beatles - Biggest band on the earth, probably still are. Took on quite a bit, preformed many types of genre's from phycho to pop. The variety and amount they produce that is of brilliant quality is incredible. The men behind the beatles too, are incredible. Dylan - His music is simply poetic for the most part. Desolation Row, Tangled Up In Blue and Visions Of Johanna come to mind, theyare stunning in words and coupled with Dylans stoney and weathered voice they show music to be a real art. Then we have his more up beat songs like Highway 61 Revisited. The album, Highway 61 Revisited is in the top three best albums to ever be released. He said he never made any political songs, he lies. The Doors - They have an unmistakable sound, that can only be attributed to Jim Morrison. They have a poetic line of thought as well, and like Dylan shows a real art ot music. The Eagles - Ultimate relaxation! The general mood of the band throughout the majority of their songs makes them deserve a place in my favourites. Hendrix - Another amazing lyricist, most people mistake him for just his guitar. But songs such as "Burning of the Midnight Lamp" and "Castles Made Of Sand" show his real talent. Pink Floyd - As someone said they didn't create phychedelic rock, but they mastered it. Rollin' Stones - Ultimate rock and roll band! The Who - Ultimate brit rock and roll band!

Biking works, it is probably not as effective though. Sports like soccer while they push you its an uneven push. You need to maintain the heartbeat and cool down yourself afterwards.

That doesn't matter, jogging will do. You just have to push youself and maintain a healthy heartbeat. The best way to do so is by going to the gym and using a treadmill they have special cardio programms that work intune to you and set the pace you need to run/jog at and time period. edit: there is no "easy" way. Everything requires at least some hard work and dedication and healthy lifestyle.

Theres two parts needed; working the muscles ie situps to have them. As well as this you need to rid yourself of the fat around that area and you do this by running. Working on muscles will allow you to have them, but they wont be visable.

100 situps meaning 100 situps. with your feet fully against your arse, not using your arms at all whatsoever, and raising yourself up with your chin almost ontop of your knees for a short wile. Im not talking about crunches. 200 - 300 crunches is incredibly easy. Anyway 100 situps is still easy that way. I'm just assuming the author of this topic can barely do 30, since he didnt even know how to develop the muscle in the first place. Apologies to the author if he is actually a very strong individual. Yes, im talking sit-ups. 100 is not much is all im saying.

Good for him, people complain either way "He should go to war, he is getting special treatment" or "He shouldn't go to war he is indangering lives of soliders". I'm glad he is fighting like lots of other soliders. Soliders have a job to do, their job involves danger. I don't think this makes much of a difference, they signed up to fight thats what they should do.

Just the thought of greasy food makes me ill. :x

I usually do 200-300 a day when i don't go to the gym. I can't see why people who are not overweight could not do 100. I kind of want to try this weight thing now.

What do you mean, hold weights? Anyone can do 100 situps can;t they. Not very much of a tall order :|
