  1. It's not really stupid. Although I have never been caught up in mint cakes, I think they provide a decent way for people to buy into the rares market now. I'm not sure where the confusion lies, things that have a stable low supply and high demand will obviously increase in value, especially since price and trading caps.
  2. Hah, well I knew you wouldn't be cheap! Well, the person who bought you will make better use of you and your skills probably, I was just going to have you humiliated :P

  3. Well, I preferred everything prior to the introduction of the Grand Exchange. Even the convenience it has brought has been at the expense of player interaction. I think trade limits exist only to curb RWT and if another way is discovered to limit it then it should be adopted. I heard Jagex were going to review the Grand Exchange in the new year, so with that I hope for some changes.
  4. I'm bored. Shall I buy you as a slave?

  5. Next time you claim to take one of the coolest pictures in rs history make sure that the person that actually took the picture doesn't use the forums. the original, THANK YOU. THIS is the coolest runescape picture ever, kthanxbai. Lol, where did you go? Edit: Oh, you haven't logged on since 2007. I SAW YOU LOG ONTO RS LAST WEEK.
  6. I'd stay clear of them. You can only get one from the particular quest. Any further mint cakes come from that gnome delivery mini game as a reward.
  7. Well they're going through the roof right now. Don't know whether I've ever seen them this high. It's not Christmas yet. They'll crash. They might even crash within the next week, because they have already risen so much. Then go back up slightly, then at Christmas crash again. If you have a Santa, sell it very soon.
  8. Every year it's the same. People think Santa's will rise at Christmas. They do the opposite and crash, because of the overwhelming expectation from stupid merchants who can't think back twelve months.
  9. contrary to that, if they reached a price where nobody can afford them and then dumped by a large clan, who would buy them? they're just like any other items. if there is no demand, then it crashes. demand is created by people who are willing and can afford to buy the items. (/economics nerd) Relatively speaking, If the supply is incredibly low, then the demand does not have to be high in order for them to rise.
  10. Meh, may as well pay for membership to check my account.
  11. I disagree. Easters will crash quite a lot if they are dumped (there is still a large amount left). However Half Wines, Pumpkins and Disks will remain in a similar state to what they are in now, perhaps they are at risk of a small decline, but principally they won't be going down.
  12. Disks are 60-70M... I wouldn't sell them to the GE. If you are planning too, I'll buy them :) Oh, and you'll be quite lucky to get a Yellow on the GE.
  13. Disks and Pumpkins are still going up, and will continue to do so. Easters are more volatile, since there are quite a lot of them in comparison to disks and pumpkins, and unlike the former, they are in the hands of quite lot of people. Nevertheless, they'll be going up again as well - and soon.

    I cycle everywhere.
  15. It is more impressive for a God to design the laws of nature, than to create nature itself.
  16. God knows, I have about 5Mgp and depending on prices, around 400+ in rares. It might be double or triple actually, but I have no idea how much certain things are really worth.
  17. You're just a bottle of fun aren't you hawkxs?
  18. You were better off with us.
  19. Gladz, or another clan that has been around so long it has become an institution.
