Earliest was the first time I played in Feb '01. It was during school. I remember training on goblins right next to the general store. I also remember seeing the low level black knight in the forest by Lumbridge and thinking "wow, thats a tough monster." Good times.

We've all just come to accept that there will be posters who get a sick kick out of replying to any post with things such as: Who Cares? and one I am citing from a recent thread: How long did it take for you to come up with that, Sherlock? These coupled with other straight-up negative comments and personal attacks, and you can easily see why this is a hot topic around here. I posted a rant thread on it a few months ago, explaining it in detail.

I've had a couple nightmares that I got hacked, but thats about it.

RS was really bad about deleting inactive accounts. One of my friends stopped playing in like '02. His account was still here during Summer '05. Kind of startled both of us.

Yes I know I'm not contributing to the topic but people with signatures who degrade other people just annoy me. Dude we don't care who the hell annoys you. If you have a problem like that, take it up via PM or with a Mod like you did last time. OR just grow the heck up and realise not all people will be on your side everytime. Regardless, its uncalled for to belittle and nitpick at players for standing on the opposing side of an argument. That whole "I'm better than you" attitude is one of the major flaws of this, and many other forums.

Used to have pumpkin, phats, several easter eggs (I was actually online when they were spawned randomly around the world). All of them obtained when the items were originally released. Lost them all to a hacker a couple years ago...

I feel I've waited too long to share this. I know this forum has Bodom/Death Metal fans coming out of the woodwork, so I have to suggest this band. Very similar to Bodom, but less technical, more melodic, and very underrated.

Depends what you're doing in the game. I only play during spare time, so its generally in a relaxed environment.

I expect to continue not spending money on gifts like I have my whole life. Significant others, especially girls, are a black hole to your $$.

Absolutely pointless to go past the 99 mark. Game is so overcrowded now, even upwards of 15mil is overcrowded, you'll never really get noticed. Unlike in the past.

Hey! I found out about rs from miniclip. does that mean I'm a junkie? It sure doesn't. I'm a nice enough guy. Don't sterotype people Its up to you and your actions to seperate yourself from the rest of the miniclippers. Since its safe to assume at least half of the kids that flowed in from there negatively affect Runescape, we will refer to them as a group. Obviously we know and accept there are quality people that came from it, so don't take it personally.

Used to be combat only, until Jagex started making certain areas only accessable after you do quests, which require you to have higher non-combat skills. I'm balancing my character out these days.
