I think you meant 'P2P'? =] lol thank you yes i did mean P2P

Capes of Achievement!
CAPES OF ACHIEVEMENT We have skill capes for the masters of skills, we have skill capes for the masters of quests. Why not skill capes for the broad achivers, the people who really travel runescape and are versatile in all its aspects. My proposal is to create four new achievement capes to celebrate when a players levels surpass a certain point. unfortunatly these skill capes will be P2P because all skills are required to be at a certain standard. i would still appreciate F2pers input though Journeyman: All skills are or surpass 60 (1500+ skill total) Veteren: All skills are or surpass 70 (1750+ skill total) Expert: All skills are or surpass 80 (2000+ skill total) Master: All skills are or surpass 90 (2250+ skill total) Patriarch/Matriarch All skills are or surpass 95 (2375+ skill total) Avatar All skills are 99 (2475+ skill total) Millionaire The player has or exceeds 1,000,000 cash (gold pieces) Billionaire The player has or exceeds 1,000,000,000 cash (gold pieces) I feel this would be a good addition to the skill capes because this cape outlines ALL skills, so specificly its true to its definition. I know this will upset pures... boo hoo : Patriarch is for males, Matriarch is for females I havent decided whether Avatar capes come in different god-varieties (input?) I also havent decided whether it should only include a cape, include a hood, crown or some other headpiece (input?) [hide=Appearance]For looks I feel the cape should be a single color (not trimmed like skill capes) there shouldn`t be an emote, except perhaps for the Avatar cape but I still feel the hood would still be necessary. I'm open to suggestions[/hide] [hide=Cape Stats]Stab Slash Crush Magic Range Prayer Strength Journeyman: +6 +6 +6 +6 +6 +0 +0 Veteran: +7 +7 +7 +7 +7 +0 +0 Expert: +8 +8 +8 +8 +8 +1 +0 Master: +10 +10 +10 +10 +10 +3 +1 Mat/Pat: +11 +11 +11 +11 +11 +4 +2 Avatar: +12 +12 +12 +12 +12 +5 +4 Millionaire: recieves a 5% discount and bonus when trading in shops Billionaire: recieves a 10% discount and bonus when trading in shops[/hide] [hide=OTHER SUGGESTIONS & SPECIAL THANKS]1. instead of hoods or capes have crowns or some other variation = Zierro 2. Title idea "Capes of Acomplishment = Teng 3. Artwork submitted by Forerunner 4. Shops to buy the different varieties of capes from = Borris5000[/hide] [hide=Issues]1. No these are not XP capes, and will not be suggeste as XP capes[/hide] [hide=Art submitted by Forerunner][/hide] Please comment and support :D

Future Armour Suggestions
its a good idea, but is this thing going to add on to a players health for each additional piece he is wearing? this reminds me of enchanting in Oblivion, is this similar? like giving your armor a blessing or improved attributes because this seems like a character buffer similar to potions or prayers

The Ultimate tool and Inventing Minds (Quest) in the works
This was an idea i suggested in the late summer that didn't recive many views and ended up dying quite quickly. I still feel this is a great idea so I am going to bring the idea back to life and I hope this it is more popular. The idea for this grew from lengthy quests like Underground Pass and Monkey Madness. I hope you share my enthuasium for this idea. If you support say so! if you don`t state why, I am open to criticism and I`d love to discuss changes if you read this post and have nothing to say just post the words READ showing that people are reading. Thank You [hide=Purpose]1.This tool is meant to fix the annoyance that is known as the bandits tool kit which results in taking up several inventory spaces. 2.The tool resembles a swiss pocket knife with multiple tools for the purpose of questing and travel. 3. The tool is designed to remove the clutter that fills your inventory by carrying quest aid tools. 4. Cuts down on travel frustration (forgeting a lantern to moles or Saw to a POH or a lighter to slayer tunnels) 5. De-Clutter banks 6. Simplify questing and adventuring[/hide] [hide=The Tool Contains]1. Chisel 2. Hammer 3. Knife 4. Needle 5. Saw 6. Unbreakable Lockpick 7. A Lighter 8. A Flashlight. Removing the need to carry Chisels, Hammers, Knifes, Needles, Saws, Lockpick(s), Tinderboxes, and Lantern(s)[/hide] [hide=How To Obtain It]This tool is a quest reward, and if it is lost it must be reasembeled (in the same way it was assembeled in the quest) (just like the elemental helm and shield)[/hide] [hide=Inventing Minds. The Quest]Quest Requirements: 50 crafting, fletching, construction, thieving, firemaking, smithing as well as lvl 49 magic, 40 woodcut and mining, cooking and fishing. Quest Start: talk to N. gineer inside of his floating (pontoon) workshop north west of Mcgrubbers Forest Briefly: you are required to travel to different areas of runescape to collect and create tool parts that can be forged together into one ultimate tool. the player will be required to do small jobs for certain characters as the quest progresses. Reward: 2k xp in crafting, smithing, fletching, construction, thieving and firemaking, 2 magic gizmo's that give you 2k xp in any non-combat skills and finally the Tool.[/hide] [hide=Why It's Necessary]If slayer helms, Key-Rings, equipable harpoons, bow fire-starters, hand fishing, and the Rogues quest kit exist. then this is defintly a fair idea.[/hide] [hide=Concerns]1. the concern over the unbreakable lockpick. my solution is that its similar to a pickaxe or hatchet, it will do a certain ammount of attempts and then automaticly stop; this way this resolves and is more comparable to a lock pic which could easily break 2. This Item is/will not be equipable[/hide] If anyone could create banners, artwork or other support it would be greatly appreciated and praised.

:( What did I do :(
you didn't do anything wrong, one less macroer in the game is good for the game. your choice to report someone doing something illegal is good. i personally wouldn't but thats a moral choice I made. Runescape states that macroeing is an illegal act. thus its illegal, doesnt matter if its a friend or stranger performing it you didn't do anything wrong and wether its right or wrong only you can decide, you have to determine that between yourself and your own personal god.

Do we need more "Ultimate" weapons?
instead of creating more super-awesome weapons similar to whips and godswords. We need to bring in more variety with the normaly types of weapons. the core armory needs to be upgraded daggers, S.swords, maces, L. swords, scimitars, warhammers, hatchets, battleaxes and two-handers. we need more core armory times as both an update to combat and smithing! some suggestions: katana, flail, ninja stars, dual-swords (not like defenders), or grenades (simlar to chins) these are some rough ideas, but at this time we don't need more elaborate fancy high level weapons. great ideas though! Merry Christmas :D

Is Firemaking useless as a general skill?
Firemaking. as painful and seemingly dumb a skill as it is, it does deserve merit Firemaking has numerous uses: 1. It feeds the woodcut market and stabalizes log prices. 2. It competes with fletching which thus competes with crafting, and smithing as well. 3. It provides a method to cook food away from a range (exlcuding summoning) 4a. It adds difficulty to accomplish a quest (considering how little people think of training it. getting the firemaking level for slug menace or Tog is a pain :wall: 4b. further difficult in quests requiring light sources 5. Feeds the lower-level players (or higher level) training on lower level logs like willow or oak 6. Shade burning, pyre ships, and Vyrewatch, and minigames are all fun and economic  Concerning the skill itself 1. Like construction, summoning it doesn't have to earn money to be a skill 2. It has a freiken awesome skillcape 3. It's difficult to level like any other skill and the difficulty is because the lack of economic and fun variety in training. I know it doesn't seem like an economic skill; but without it Runescape would be a very different game. Happy Holidays :

A GROUP RANDOM EVENT!
I don't support the idea of making for random events because they are unnecessary, but these ideas doo seem cool for mini group quests or mini games :D

Mrs Slayer - Cannon Happy ! Join in Happy Cannoning!
People using a cannon in a slaying area isn't out of disrespect, its out of simply wanting to train. as much as i hate it when a person comes in and cannon's my slayer monsters... boo hoo. i could ask him to leave and he may not so I will hop worlds. This 'arguement' your placing about fair cannoning is still biased against cannoners and their 'right to slay  If you have a problem with something, where you are training. you hop the world, dont try to send this semi-angry propoganda : im sorry if that sounded angry to you... it truely wasnt :D

Sara Sword dropping like a stone.
All thats really happening is prices are dropping to comphensate spelling for the ammount of money people have. like many people have said; a trend. Most items are dropping now because the hype and love for them is finally starting to decrease to a suitable level. As mentioned the Gutham set is dropping because people have found other ways to regenerate: bunyips etc. Godswords are dropping because of a trend; I'm not sure if people are less intrested in them. But either way, don't panic. it will eventually come back up; you can either decide to bail out and take what money you can make. or ride it out; and not give a crap about what the market it doing because GS's are awesome. :

Runescape Guild Revision
To answer some questions

Runescape Guild Revision
Very true and I didn't think about comparing the skills like that, I still feel though the guid requirements that are lower then 50 need to be elevated

Runescape Guild Revision
This is a topic that I have discussed with many people while fishing monks, woodcutting and mining. and most people agree with me that more guilds need to be made and the guilds need to have some adjustments made to them. Theses suggestions are 'like diamonds in the rough' and I will refine and improve them as posts are made. enjoy Guild Revision 1. First I'd like to look at what a guild is:[hide=A Guild Is]a. An association of persons of the same trade or pursuits, formed to protect mutual interests and maintain standards. b. A similar association, as of merchants or artisans, in medieval times.[/hide] In that spirit I think the requirements to enter all guilds should be atleast 50. This means the Monastary, Ranging Guild, and the Cooking Guild entrance requirements will need to be raised. Any guild that has a preset limit higher than 50 doesn't need to be changed, hopefully this will make the guild more; for the elite. Guilds also need some content upgrades, I haven't come up with any as of yet but I am looking for suggestions and thinking of ideas Guild Revision 2 Each guild should have a small line of quests relevent to just those guilds; the quests start out easy; but the more you do the more difficult the quests become. Ex. The cooking guild would have miniquests to make food orders or create strange food Ex. The mining guild would have miniquests to fufill mining orders [hide=Guild Quest rewards]-Exp rewards -Skill lamps -Clothing related to the skill -Tokens or minigame rewards -Money -Skill related raw materialts[/hide] Guild Revision 3 The guilds should not require any worn symbols to enter: the doorman; will have an entrance list and if you have the required skills you can enter. This isn't a huge issue; but it just simplifies the proccess of travel Guild Revision 4 Each guild will have a guild cape; that only vetern members of the guild can wear. (The cape requires the level required to enter the guild +10 levels. Ex. To wear the mage guild cape you need level 76 magic. The cape doesn't have an emote or hood; its just an icon of belonging New Guild Suggestions [hide=The Woodsman's Guild]Requirements: 50 Woodcutting 50 Fletching 50 Firemaking Features: A large grove of trees amongst a field of flax, bank, tool shop, spinning wheels, A firemaking minigame, 2 anvils, and a woodcutting minigame, the ability to carve and use a new canoe travel system. Location: West of Gnome Stronghold Miniquest examples: creating new bow types; new ammunition, filling out miltary orders for equipement, light torches (similar to beacons)[/hide] [hide=The Beastmasters Guild]Requirements: Wolf Whistle 50 Summoning 50 Hunter Features: Teleport portals to the Hunter areas, Pet trainers(teach your pet emotes; and possibly raise them :-k, Summoning Obelisk, Summoning minigame, Hunter equipment shop, fur traders, a cavern where you can collect spirit shards for a small fee, and a Deposit Box Location: South of Yanille Miniquest examples: collecting pelts, hunting rare creatures, collecting summoning ingredients/hide] [hide=The Naturalists Guild]Requirements: Drudic Ritual My Arm's Big Adventure 50 Herblore 50 Farming Features: Herb patches with a low disease rate, Large farm patches, that require 2x the seeds and produce larger crop yields (bigger fields), tool shop, seed store, Leprecaun tool exchange, Leprecaun tool upgrades (rake upgrades that cleans a patch in one sweep), larger watering cans, Herblore shop, Herb-examiners (people who examine herbs for a fee), and a deposit box Location: Talvery (opposite side of Talvery to Hero's Guild) Miniquest examples: collect herblore ingredients, grow large food orders, rescue lost leprecauns, do landscaping on homes.[/hide] [hide=The Bandits Guild]Requirements: 50 Thieving 50 Agility Features: Thieving minigame (similar to the mansion game in rat catchers), A new agility course, Thieving tutors, tool shop, smuggling tunnels connecting to Rogues Den and Agility Arena, Bank. Location: Random tunnels across Runescape that lead to an underground lair Miniquest examples: navigating and looting dungeons; creating new smuggling trade routes, stealing important artifacts for the guild, training new adepts at the guild[/hide] [hide=The Tradesmen's Guild]Requirements: 50 Construction 50 Smithing Features: A Slightly cheaper Sawmil operater, Anvils, Construction Shop (Marble Blocks, Gold Leaves etc), Construction NPCs (taxadermists etc), Tool shop, Tutors/Trainers, Another Blast Furnace, A universal home portal (a portal in the guild that teleports you to your house; no matter where it is, Bank. Location: East of Sinclair Mansion, North of Camelot Miniquest examples: creating large military armory shipments; fixing peoples homes, helping NPC's forfil bar orders, train butlers etc, helping construct new buildings.[/hide] [hide=The Slayer Guild]Requirements: 50 Slayer Smoking Kills Features: A slayer gem despenser (free slayer gems), bank, slayer tool shop, The leader of the Slayer masters (name :?: ), Slayer minigame, regeneration pool (similar to mage arena), Slayer tutors, Caged slayer monsters (no slayer xp, just for observation and testing) Location: Morytania Miniquest examples: Slayer tasks, TEAM slayer tasks, Armageddon wars (10 humans against 100 slayer monsters; the more you kill the more slayer xp you recieve)[/hide] How You can contribute 1. Join and Become a Supporter 2. Create a Supporter List 3. Anyone who could design artwork, banners, quest ideas or anthing to contribute. Please feel free to; full credit will be adressed to the author or artist. 4. Any person who has any further complaints about the current guilds please post and I will add create a solution. 5. Post any ideas for new guilds, mini-games, or guild layouts 6. Post any other locations that would be good places for a guild to be found 7. Comment 8. Have a good day : edited on Augest 28th 7:12PM

Earn Big Easy Money with GE
Thats the basic idea of manipulating the market; the only issue as stated above. if the item is traded so commonly that your purchase will not make a difference. runes aren't a good idea Nice to see your thinking though  ; and if it works for you keep it up :

how to invest my first million
With only 1mil gp at your disposal I'd recomond reinvesting all you have to the nearest thousand into MTK (like 1.52mil) anything else you have you can invest, even though its small; it prevents you from recklessly investing it in something doomed to fall. things like ore, logs, P2P runes, herbs and fish operate in cycles so try to become part of it. I recomond you start or finish fairy tale part 2 use the fairy ring teleport to return to MTK every day to boost your favor back up too 100. If you navigateand accomiodate your life to using the rings: -You can teleport to all the hunter regions (and train hunter) -You can teleport to Chaledor spelling:-k and than teleport to the Slayer Dungeon, and kalphite tunnels -You can fish monkfish from the fishing colony over a day -You can train against abyssal creatures (not sure if thats really good training) -With essence you can use the rings to travel to Karmaja and craft nature runes -You can observe penguins -You can teleport yourself close to the GE and use your money to INVEST in stuff you think will do well; (remember you should only invest what you are willing to loose Congratz on your first mil,
