ip address changes can be masked/confused, and it only takes them 2 hours to transfer teh money. There are sessions where i would play 20+ hours and never been suspicious to jagex. They wouldn't notice 2 hours.

I won't go into detail, and I won't tell you how i came upon this privileged information, but certain groups of RWT's have found away around the updates, even the dreaded January trading restriction. All I can tell you is that, they require your name, password, pin and 1.1 mill cash in the bank. In only 2 hours they can transfer 20 million gp through some sort of way. I don't know what they do, but i know that they have found a way to do it. So... awesome updates jagex, they worked real well.

Your honesty is refreshing. I play in a similar fashion as you do. I have played since before the mask drops, i've seen the game change and overall its been a great ride. The only enjoyment i get from this game is playing with and sharing with my real life, and a few close in game friends. I don't even know what to do when i log on anymore, I can't share a nights worth of pking with my closest friends. None of us need the money from pking, and often we would lose money, but it was about the time spent together, the laughs, the good times, the stories about that one time...... Nearly every aspect of Runescape was designed towards benefiting combat. What reason is there to cook or to fish, without combat, what reason is there to mine and to smith, without combat. If you look at any skill, most of them benefit combat in some way, shape or form. Some use the argument of bounty hunter as still being pking... but it isn't. You say pking was unfair, look at bounty hunter. What my fellow player, is fair about level 3-55, 55-100, and 95-126's all fighting eachother? Bounty hunter was clearly implemented with zero logic applied to it. The level ranges are ridiculous! If a 55+ pure has no chance against a 80+ pure then what chance does a "normal" player have against such an opponent? Even then, if you trained your account to the maximum level per cave it is still unfair combat. As soon as you get into the cave, you are instantly teamed. What in God's name was jagex thinking making it multi combat? Did they honestly expect someone to track down a single target, when they can be piled instantly by multiple people. How can you make it multi combat without seeing that teams would easily organize and take over. I have played since before the mask drops, and one of the few remaining aspects of runescape i enjoyed was hopping onto my legitimate, non-drop traded pure and pk with a small group of real life friends who only played for those nights we all hopped on and watched eachother combat other well-trained accounts. And after my love of the wilderness, even I would be satisfied with bounty hunter if it was implemented correctly. Now what truly has me upset is Jagex's blatant attack towards pkers. If you keep the drop updates, and trading updates, and simply make it impossible to enter the wild with non-combat gear, with exception to runecrafting gear then there was no reason to eliminate wilderness pking. How can you transfer things by killing another player when all there is to gain is their combat equipment? You can make the argument that RWt's could sell the combat equipment, but what player is going to pick up full guthan's and repair it just to sell it off for its GP value, it would cost the farmers too much time to make it worthwhile to do business this way. Lastly, this attack on such a specific group of players, who undoubtedly make up a reasonable amount of jagex's paid subscriptions truly makes me sad to see how ridiculous the community has become. When i see people who enjoy skilling literally insulting and attacking those who preferred player to player combat, just because we are now in a vulnerable situation is disgusting. If they removed major aspects of your skilling enjoyment, I would be right there with you intelligently hoping for some sort of balance.

Have you even been to the bounty hunter mini game?? What is so fair about a level 55 being matched up with levels ranging all the way up to 100, not to mention even if you are at that top level, because it is multi attack zone you will get insta piled by any teams that have set up camp in there. The old pking was waaay fairer then this, at least then you got to choose what level range you could fight, and whether more than 1 person could attack you at a time.

This is my range pure Free xp plox. The account had been created some time ago, originally with the intention of making it a skiller... but i hate skills. So 7 days ago I turned him into a ranger pure. I'm typing this at the end of a 15 hour all night training session to wrap up his one week anniversary so pardon any grammatical errors. and the stat pic. I also got my cooking from level 48-70 in these 7 days... but thats not much of an accomplishment rate my week of play please. Oh and in case you're curious I will be getting 91 ranged, 81 hp, and 82 magic to max his combat out at 63. Enjoy. **EDIT*** Woke up couple hours after 79, and decided to get 80

it was originally going to be a level 3 skiller, so after i got the fishign and cooking levels the only thing i did was merchanting all range levels were gained yesterday and i'm currently 19k from 64 ranged and i have 62 cooking.

no i fished about 200k worth of salmon/trout and merchanted for about a month.

Like the title says, I just started a new p2p Range/Magic pure. My first session I trained ranged from level 1-60 straight. Rsname: Free Xp Plox 12-01-07 My Goals for before the new year are: at least 85 range 82 magic I am going for at the minimum 85 ranged but think it is more realistic that I can get around 90 ranged before the new year. Wish me luck, give me encouragement! I am dedicated and ready to accomplish my goals and then get to pking!! At the moment I don't think i'm going to train att and str, but eventually I may do so for hp levels. 12-2-07 less than 40 minutes ago I gained 1-60 ranged and I thought i was going to sleep... but i'm not tired so I decided to get to work on my cooking level haha. My level is currently 50 cooking and i will be cooking 10k trout before i log. A secondary goal of mine is 99 cooking. pictures when i'm done :D 12-2-07 I've only gotten 6 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours, and it's only day 2 of my pure... so I figured I need to get some sleep!!! Here is the current stat pick, however, not the final pick of day 2 as I think after sleeping around 5 hours i'll be back on for the night. =D 12-03-07 welp i finally hit 70 range after 3 days of training! I also gained one more cooking level, bringing my cooking up to 65. Hopefully tomorrow i can get around 73-74 ranged I have lab for biology tomorrow tho so we'll see, wish me luck!

CSS has tons of recoil. More then 1.6. No, it has more spread but less recoil. If you don't know the difference between spread and recoil then you are too new to the game to have an opinion : Don't wanna come off like a jerk, but i've played 1.6 for 7 years and have played competitively with the best in the world (fRoD, sunman etc. etc.) so I know what i'm talking about My bad. Get them mixed up. I only play Scoutzknivez, anyways. no prob, its understandable :D gotta love scoutz... I haven't played scoutz in around 3 years!!! I used to only play scoutz for about 4 months straight and was nasty at it, it is very very fun! Lol you have played with frod and sunman? If you had you would be making money playing games besides runscape. And do you even know what team sunman is on now he left col? rofl? Did I say I was as good as danny and justin? No. I used to 2 v 2 with warden and justin and danny all of the time. I have been raped by justin on aim_map so many times its ridiculous. I played one season of cal with justin and storm on our team for fun. I played cal-premiere when it was competitive but there is no use anymore because of the inactivity and you don't get anything for winning... Justin "Sunman" Summy was cut from coL after cpl winter 2006 along with tr1p. He joined I think it was EG for a little while but then quickly joined that source team that was considered number 1 before all the top 1.6 teams switched. He then was drafted into the CGS and played for Chicago Chimera, he wanted to play in chicago because his girlfriend Sarah Mcdonald lives in chicago. I think he switched to a new team... for some reason I want to think it is x3o but I can't remember off the top of my head. I couldn't have ever played pro, I never played enough per day to compete on that level, and had no desire to. I enjoyed the competition at the level I was at and nowadays just play with friends for fun in leagues. believe it or not, the 1.6 scene was very friendly and everyone who was decent knew eachother in the beginning. If you've been around awhile then it isn't uncommon to play with pro players. Every once in awhile I still get asked to scrim with top players. We are friends or we at least enjoy playing together... I know it is hard to understand because there are alot of teams out there now, but the original competitive players stick together and know eachother.

all rare drops dropped everywhere in the runescape world, however, there was always a higher concentration of drops in the wildy. I got my first santa fishing near lumbridge :oops:

some of those are wrong... Santa's had no bonuses in rsc, I stayed up all night for the drops and got 3 of them when they dropped. The rsc black space glitch was also possible to accomplish from lumbridge castle. I can't believe no one mentioned the knife glitch!!! In the early stages of RSC you could wield a regular knife along with your main weapon... you could wield as many knives as you had in your inventory and they made it so that you could hit ridiculously high for the time, this glitch was abused for about a week until jagex got serious and started banning anyone for doing it. Also in the beginning stages of RSC when jagex banned a player a system message showed up telling everyone who was banned. When castle wars was first introduced there was a way to smuggle bandages outside of it and into the normal runescape world... this caused a problem in the duel arena because bandages didn't count as food. It used to be possible to smuggle armour and weapons into entrana. In RSC there was a portion of entrana visible in the normal world where one could drop items and then telegrab them from the entrana side. In RSC there were 3 rounds of combat and then you were offered the chance to flee, however, there was a glitch which required very good timing that allowed you to instantly re-attack your opponent for 3 more combat rounds.

I've played since june 2001 with multiple breaks thrown in there. It has happened to me sooo many times, just focus on making new friends but keep your old friends added i can't count how many times i've met back up with a friend i added 3 years ago just because they randomly turned private chat on. I also met a kid who was neighbors with my biological father who i hadn't seen in 5 years... just by talking in the fishing guild until we realized we knew the towns and same people :shock: The world truly is a small place afterall.

Does it still take 14 days for recovery questions to change like it did back in rsc??

Just to offer a little arguement from the other side. IF you look at my sig i have played this game for 5 years...after 5 years of dealing with idiots in this game, you tend to generalize. I am much quicker to reply harshly or criticially, now mind you i'm not walking around calling people noobs, but if you start stealing my kills while training in a multi zone or try starting a convo about pokemon I am VERY quick to tell you off then /ignore. After 5 years of hearing the same mind-numbing, un-inspired, un-intelligent conversation from younger players...it gets to you and eventually you will find yourself ignoring public chat and instead talking in mostly jsut private chat with friends.
