lol its an easy mistake, there are some good pixel tuts around tif, try terleys, also thre are some good ones on deviantart.com EDIT also read gallery rules....

well for a start you need to improve linework, do not use a screenshot background, you need to use better colours and you need to make shading also tyhe health bar is backwards
