List of what you would want in a "Runescape"
SWEET! This one is probably my favorite, but maybe it could be customize-able? Like, you can choose which one you want to use. Also, how about the crafting skill!?! I haven't seen any of this skill on this thread, but maybe it was lost in the massive posts. Crafting for range and mage armor and staffs. Ooh! And magic jewelry that actually is more useful than RS stuff. Like a necklace of destruction! Hits nearby enemies a random amount based off of your magic. And as for pets... Birds. You could get them from woodcutting (nests) and you carry them in your pack as an egg. They could then hatch and you could use them as a weapon and a tool. Of course, to use as a weapon, you would need a Falconer's Glove, which could be bought or crafted (level 20?) that when worn shows your bird on your arm in front of you. Then you can attack in multiple ways: Peck, Swipe, and Protect. The peck attack sends the bird towards the selected target and the bird administers 4 swift pecks before returning. The swipe style makes the bird quickly swoop towards the enemy and swipes at it with its talons and returns. While on Protect, the bird circles your character and absorbs melee and range attacks, and when the bird reaches 0% of its health, it returns to your inventory and can't be used until you heal it. Mage attacks do not affect the bird, but rather inflict damage upon the player. Also, you can get a few types of eggs: Falcon eggs (when grown can be used for attacking and item retrieval) Chicken eggs (can be grown into chickens which can lay eggs and can be killed for feathers and food, or the eggs can be cooked) Dragon eggs (duh, for making dragons) Parrot eggs (when grown can be used for item retrival) The eggs can be used to help increase the "Breeding skill" which helps the player raise pets and food supplies. Expansion on the Breeding Skill: Can be used to grow the birds mentioned above. Can be used to raise dragons for combat and travel. Can be used to raise cows and pigs for food. Can be used to raise dogs and cats for combat, competitions, and companionship. Can be used to raise a variety of fish (see below). Fish details: Can range from goldfish to sharks and such. Can be cooked after grown to a certain point. Needs a fish bowl, fish tank, or pond to raise after certian points. Fish Types (can be changed, added to, or removed from): Goldfish Small aquarium fish Koi Herring Medium aquarium fish Sardines Trout Large aquarium fish Salmon Pike Tuna Lobster Swordfish Small Shark Lionfish (POSIONOUS!) Big Shark I'll post the rest of this in a bit, as the fact that this is a huge post is probably going to be a bit of a problem when reading.

A enjoyable random!
This defineately would make a perfect mini-game for group play. But a random? NO, not a random. This WOULD be an equivalent of the vines (too many deathes of too many newbs) if made a random. But I could see this as a potential mini-game. Each world would have a spot in a certian city (like Ardougne) that teleports you to the lounge which would be like the Castle Wars lounge. It could be named something like "Guardian's Keep" or something kinda cool sounding. Basically, the players get 1 chance to kill it. If it kills you, you are out (kinda like in the Tzaar mini-games) and have to wait. When you enter the portal or are killed, you are teleported to a Lounge area with a bank chest, small shops (like food, range, magic and rewards) and the portal to the waiting zone. You could either use the portal or walk to this place, kinda like with Castle Wars and the Games Necklace. Once you enter the waiting zone, you will be entered into the Keep when the last game is finished. If you are in the game when the monster dies, you get Keep Tokens, which can be traded for stuff like with the Castle Wars tickets. The Tokens can be spent towards armor, weapons, and a new hat and cape. The moster would be high leveled, would have strong melee attacks, and would frequently cast magic spells and launch range attacks towards random players. This would help prevent people from just standing in a melee protected spot to wait out the battle. The monster would be impossible to kill alone, and you must survive the battle to gain Tokens. The new items could be: Demon Mask: looks slightly similar to a Halloween mask, just with bigger horns and only black colored skin Guardian Cape: golden base with a red stripe at bottom with a symbol in the center Demon Skin Armor: black colored leather-like body, cowl, legs, and vambraces with a red trim and small symbol on body (also there is a studded version for more Tokens) Demon Scale Amor: black platebody, plate legs, shield and helmet with a red trim and a symbol on the body Demonic Robes: Red robes with a black trim and the body looks slightly similar to the mystic body, with a red wizard hat Demonic Staff: Red staff with a black orb on top Demonic Bow: Red bow with black on the ends Demonic Sword: Silverlite with a red blade and black handle These items are ideas... but the game would be cool as a Team VS NPC minigame.

Tip.It Reversi!
Ever played Rune-versi? How about just normal Reversi (Othello)? Well, I played Othello a few times and have gotten pretty good at it and want to see how many people are better than me! If you beat me, your name will be placed on this list: Winners: - - - - - - - But if you lose... Losers: - - - - - - - - Still think you can win!?! Try to beat me and let's see what you can do! Rules: 1. You must move to a spot where you can capture at least one piece. 2. You must skip your turn if you cannot move to a spot within the conditions of rule 1. 3. You may take pieces vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. 4. You may capture more than one piece at a time, and in multiple directions. 5. You lose when you have no pieces on the board. 6. When neither player can make a move, the game is ended. 7. You win by either having the most pieces on the board at the end of the game or by capturing all the opponents pieces. For a better rule guide and diagrams, please visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reversi I will set up the boards and make the first move. Pieces:  = black :) = white Just say the space coordinates (ex: G3) and I will update the board. The board is an 8x8 square with 1-8 going down the side and A-H going across the top. Board in next post. Each time a game is started, a new board will be shown.

Jagox(some game i remembered from official forums)
That's right, I quoted myself. Anyways: Jagox FIRED you, so why the heck would they want you back!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? :!: :?: :!: Anyways, since you have chosen to pick on "Birdboy60" I guess "Birdboy6o" should start this renewal! (yes, there is a character named "Birdboy6o", he was created by my friend as a joke Mod Birdboy6o says: I'M BBBAAACCCKKK!!! Anyways, thanks Birdboy6o! Now for my revenge! UPDATE TIME! This week's update includes banning, killing, and censors! All new accounts activated since the slightly hostile take-over of Jagex by Jagox have been banned infinently. Also, any existing accounts have been "modified" to move at a rate of 1 square per minute, with an attack rate of 1 attack per day. This means if you fight, you probably will not fair very well. Also, all monsters and NPCs are attackable, with shopowners having the best weapons, and the movement limits have been expanded to everywhere on RS. All monsters can teleport to the smae place you are, heal themselves at a rate of 10hp per second (also can have over their current max hp) and if somehow manage to get to 0 hp, divide into 2 new monsters with twice as strong attack, larger healing amounts, and they instanly have a multi-combat zone created between them. these monsters will either surround you and multi-attack you, or go to edges of RS and make the entire area between them multi-combat zone. Also, all dragons can fly and drop firery doom upon the victims who are beneath them, and when in flight can only be attack with range, because the magic attacks tend to be stopped by the gods fearing an attack on their domains. Also, all swords are being transformed into a rubber-like material, which actually squeaks on impact. the squeak is an ear-shattering noise that inflicts damage only upon the wielder, and also can heal certian NPCs. Beware the final part of this update:CENSORSHIPS! The names of all monsters, weapons, verbs, nouns, and numbers have been censored, so have fun talking with only adverbs and adjectives and conjunctions and such. These updates do not affect Jagox Staff.

Solve these riddles if you can.
Well, the first riddle was also posted by another guy earlier on, and the answer is: "The Passage of Time" I think I'll try the ones that HAVEN'T been answered yet. So: lays in the ground, have teared many minds apart but beautyfull it is. the roots of a flower over a decomposing body's grave. if you have 10 bottles of medicine with 10 pills in each each ment to weigh 10 grams but 1 bottle contains pills that weigh 1 gram too much or too little. and if you get it weighing it only 1 time you will get 200 dollars and a rebate on that bottle of medicine. how can you weigh the pills and be sure that you will get the right bottle Hmm, interesting... let's see... I belive this may be the answer: Take ten scales. 1 bottle on a scale means you are weighing it one time! So, the odd bottle would be the one that doesn't match the other scale's measurements. This would make it so you are weighing them a single tim e, but weighing them all with the 9 normal ones with the normal weight and the odd bottle showing another. Wait, that's kinda confusing... Simple Version: 10 bottles, 10 scales, each bottle get weighed at the same time on its own scale. all bottles are weighed at one time. 9 bottles will have the correct weight measurement on scale. the other 1 will show a different weight. Second possible answer: 1 scale, 10 bottles. One by one place a bottle on the scale. Then as you place them on, have the scale set to what they should be at (100 grams), so when all ten are on, it shows not 100, but either 101 or 99. Then remove a bottle at a time, while watching the scale. Once it is back to how it should be (lets say u removed 3 bottles and when u remove the 4th, the scale is at 60 grams exact, but when the third was removed, it showed 71 grams), you have the bottle you want, and only weighed them 1 time! another complicated answer, SIMPLE VERSION: place all 10 bottles on scale and set scale to 100 grams. remove a bottle one at a time, checking the scale at the same time. the scale should eventually be back to multiples of ten after removing a certian bottle. the bottle that returns the scale to multiples of ten when removed is the odd bottle. Alright, where's my cash?

Welcome to Runescape!
Welcome to RuneScape! He looks damp. (barbarian guy by canoe spot near barbarian village) Welcome to RuneScape! This looks heavy. (Square shields) Welcome to RuneScape! I could have sworn there were 4 slices... (sliced pineapple?) Welcome to RuneScape! Disturbing but neatly arranged. (pile of skulls, was that the right wording?) Welcome to RuneScape! He seems to be guarding a rock, what an interesting job... (a guard in the area where you do Mountain Daughter quest)

CHAT COMMANDS!
hmm, the chat commands probably wouldn't be a great idea because if you get mixed up, it may be disaterous... but the whishper idea is good, not the shout though, but what if in the trade window was a "semi-private chat" log? So if you only want to talk to the guy you are trading with, you can just talk in the trade window, and no one else can hear you, and that would be the only way you can talk while trading. This would be helpful on World 1 or 2 in Varrock because then you can "ignore" the crowd when deciding on a price, because in normal chat the small "10k" is quickly lost among the: "Fr33 st00f plx!" and "Sell cannon, cash only!" and such. (1337 is annoying when used excessively by newbs, noobs, and by just dumb people)

A nuteral runescape timezone
   Why hasn't anyone thought of this without telling me!?! This would be awesome! the perfect place to show the RST time would be to the bottom right of the mini-map, directly to the right of the compass. This would be useful so people don't have to learn GMT (mainly those of us who are too lazy, like me  ) to be able to meet with friends in another timezone easily without timezone coversions and such. Plus, it could be useful when people have a meeting they need to attend or something, so they just look, see it is 3:00 PM RST and think: "I better stop mining, my clan is meeting for a PKing trip in 15 minutes, and I need to get some food really quick..." and such. Plus, it would allow players to be able to to realize how long they have been playing more easily. The clock could be maybe like this... 3:29 PM RST, 3/8/06 OR it could be an analog clock (face clock) with the date below it... I'd post an example, but I don't have one!

A Quiver To Carry In The Cape Position
hmm, its true, you do have a slightly visible quiver. A quiver on back reminds you of "ye olden days" with robin hood and all that suff, but a modern (and more effective) quiver is located on the thigh, usually the left thigh for right-handed people. I personally am horrible at the RuneScape ranging, though I must admit I have gotten a true "Robin Hood" arrow, which is currently in my room. Don't belive me? I'll get a pic. Anyways, back on topic. This idea could add to an improvement for crafting, but what if it went where the quiver spot is, but different ones hold more arrows. Soft leather quiver: level 5 crafting, holds 100 arrows, 150 bolts, or 50 throwing knives Hard leather quiver: level 20 crafting, holds twice as many as soft leather quivers Snakeskin quiver: 40 crafting, twice as many ammo as hard leather quivers Green dragonhide quiver: ? crafting, holds twice as many ammo as snakeskin quivers and so on... Plus they could offer some range bonuses as well as a new look for rangers, and we could have some with like gold trim, but the limit on the ammo probably would be the worst part.

Logic Puzzles and Lateral thinking puzzles!
Well, jeez, But if there are only 2 ppl, then the chances are exactly half. It is due to that there are 2 ppl, and 2 possible outcomes. They either share the same birthday, or they dont. so if there are 2 ppl and 2 possible outcomes, it is 50/50. Man I hate probablities. Fabricant: I'm assumming that Colint94 is thinking we know the distance of the rail-lines between NY and SF and that we work that out ourself. Another problem is that he never says how many stops it takes, and if it does stop if the freezer is fixed. So we can't answer due to a shortage of information. Also, I understand your solution, but mine makes sense too, don't they? lol Wow, this got slightly popular now didn't it? Anymore?

Jagox(some game i remembered from official forums)
Hmm, possibly this is where the business aspect of Jagox comes in. YOU ARE FIRED! Well, since that's taken care of (oh, and one more thing. You are banned from applying for an account, job, or even ban appeals since we banned all current accounts of yours), I think we should clear up one thing: THE UPDATE! We have implemented a new restriction on new players. If your IP address has been recorded as having accessed any RuneScape related sites, like the official site or RuneHQ (not Tip.It), you will not be able to create a new account, nor will you be able to log on (Jagox staff excluded). The one advantage to this is that our players will be spreading RuneScape to the public. Also to create an account you must pay $5 per account, so we gain more profit. There is no way around this update, so good luck spreading RS!

Tip.It "Stranded" First group begun!
- Alch Return Centre
perhaps now you are making it even easier to make money. 1 1/2 times more cash? what are you crazy? that would mean players just have to alch it, get it back, alch it again, return it, and suddenly have the item and its worth in GP, getting easy cash and EXP. NO. (suicide option huh? interesting...) Who in their right mind would alch a whip anyways? Or any rare for that matter...- Creation of private kingdoms
Wow, doesn't this kinda make the game too serious? Try to relax, and if you must beat the crud out of weaker people and conquer kingdoms, buy Age of Empires 3 or something. Sure, that would be cool, but by the time something bigger than POHs comes out (like this) people will be complaining how they can't get freakin' hovercrafts and lasers in the game so they can have "POWNED" the newbs easier. They probably won't do this because the players may see this as a way to beat RS, so if you want something like this, suggest it to Jagex as a seperate game. RS2 is already complicated enough sometimes, and it already is a huge game, so adding something almost as big as the game itself won't end well, but adding a new came might. Or make it a mini-game like in Burthrope. PLAYER VS. PLAYER Conquest the 2 players take turns moving, attacking, building, or such, and the turns can be time limited. You can build walls, castles, houses, people, ect. and attack the rival kingdom on randomized maps. (Jagex knows how to randomize, just look at the Suduko rip off in the Rogue Trader mini-game), so there are unlimitedpossibilities. This satisfies your suggestion, and makes it a bit easier on Jagex, a win/win situation almost.- The crafting guild
Uh, perhaps you don't pay attention, but there is one there. Just go west of the door, there is 1 righht there.- Logic Puzzles and Lateral thinking puzzles!
I doubt this is a logic, latteral thinking, or riddle, but I'll give it a chance... Here's what the AOL translator pulled up in French to English translation. you will help has rappler your quantite has many friendly doctors Now, I'm not sure if I want to try to decipher this further, but this is what I managed to get. You sure that was spelled right? Otherwise, I'm stumped.- Grab the phat
Meanwhile in the level 18 wilderness Bandit Camp, Birboy60 was cooking up some pizzas, normal and anchovy, and getoutofit just happens to walk by with is "new" blue Phat, runninng low on HP, so I offer him a few anchovy pizzas. He accepts them and eats them, chocking on the last half of a pizza, then falls into the water and dies. I then grab his soggy body, remove the phat (along with is equipment and such as any PKer would), then drag his body through the camp on a spear from the spear wall and cast him into the lava (no respect for the fallen here). He of course burns quickly, and I roast a marshmellow over his make-shift cremation (again, no respect!), eat the marshmellow, then walk out of the wildy calmly, ignoring the dumb newbs fighting by the castle to the south. I make my way into Falador, bank the remaining pizzas and equipment, then walk towards peaceful Rimmington, and keep walking out over the water until I reach a small, secluded island that is off the RS maps. Being the only person there, I am granted programing powers over the area, creating millions more exact duplicates (not fakes, actually real phats) and scatter them across the island, then program a few "pets" for myself. The island has gone from quiet and empty to phat filled, dragon paradise. Then I use the programming abilities granted from Jagex (or is it Jagox?) to place a "firewall" around the island so think that light doesn't get through. It is several thousand layers thick, and each requires either a password, PIN, puzzle, item, monster to be killed, or my access to open. Then I program up a few copies of myself, becoming an small army of Birdboy60 clones. each as it's own mind, special abilities, or guardian along with a phat. The problem is, if any of the phats leaves the island, it detonates, removing the surrounding 20 tile radius from the game unless I reprogram them. Then to finish, I disable prayer, potions, run energy, food, drinks, magic, ranging, armor, weapons, and multi-combat zones from the area within 99999999 tiles of the shore line, so any player attempting to breach the island must rely on their fists. Also, regeneration of stats and health have been cancelled in the same area, so you have 1 chance, if you fail, your character becomes part of my army and you lose control of it. Oh, and one last thing, the removed features don't apply to any monsters, Birdboy60 clones, or my self. Any player killed on the islands effect zone aalso respawns with nothing, all stats are reset, and the respawn next to the new wildy monster, KBD, or KQ, have fun. (oh, and I also programmed a storm so the seas are hard to cross, so dont try walking or flying, or sailing or teleporting. Good luck swimming, because you can't yet!)- Jagox(some game i remembered from official forums)
AHEM! Well, we'll just see about that now, won't we! *Over P.A. System: "Attention all RuneScapers, there is a blue light special on rare items on aisle 5, I repeat-" Opp, sry, my bad, wrong message! here we go" MOD FIGHT!!!!!!!"* Instantly whips out the BIGGEST, BADDEST, and defineately SWEETEST LOOKING weapon ever, cleverly code-named: T.A.N.K.2.U. (Total Anihilation Nearly Killing 2 Universes) Well, well, well, look what we have here! *zooms scope into the best accuracy possible: x99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999̢̮Ãâ¹Ã¢â¬Â Ãâ¦Ã¾ (so accurate it can split an atom more times than the zoom level!) Aims directly at face of wyvren2000, locks on, and fires!* OWNED, just like the level 76 that got scammed out of some Saradomin armor today! (that was funny, he was complaining about how the guy didnt give him the shield or somethin!) Wait, what's this? *smoke clears and wyvren2000 is still alive, and the smoking cadaver of a freshly spawned newb lies in front of him* Dang it!, Time for Plan B! *hacks wyvren2000''s system, steals code for the armor and weapon, then sends it to all Jagox mods with a single word as the message: KILL.* Alright everyone, let's move out! *suits up in the new armor, grabs the T.A.N.K.2.U. and walks toward the nearest group of newbs, blasting them into deletion with one shot!* Anyways: here's the update: All Jagox mod have been given the special armor and weapon, and the T.A.N.K.2.U. Weapon has been released. Only one is in existence, and the coding for it has been locked away in a way more secure than the hold I have on the weapon itself (so no one is getting one!) Maybe if you're lucky, I may let you try it, but don't get your hopes up. Also, any1 asking to be spared, to try our weapons or armor, or attempting to interact with us in a way other than dying helplessly will be tortured, anihilated, fed to our pet dragons, and hunted down and eliminated by a hired sniper in Real Life. Also, memberships require signing over rights to your sould, account, possesions, and anything we may want/require in the future. Have fun... (while you can!)- Logic Puzzles and Lateral thinking puzzles!
Here we go, in order: Fabricant: Hmm, interesting... you may get an award for this one... I have a few different ideas: 1. the other man is a police officer on a high-speed chase, 2. the guy is on a bicycle (safer to go towards trafic than with, you can see who is about to hit you faster!), 3. (this is going off the fact that u said "over the red light") the guy is in a plane flying overhead wyvren2000: 1. Tough one... Hmm, I'd have to say... beaver pelts went out of fashion, thus beavers dammed the rivvers, creating small lakes due to the water collection, and the number of small lakes rose steadily due to this. 2. Place second orange under center of table (see diagram, not drawn to scale) __ o___ _|_o_|_ dymed: 2 if there are only 2, then the probablility is 50% that they share, 50% they dont. If I'm wrong, then i guess im the kind of person who will argue, if im right, good try- Weildable Fishing equipment (Please read and comment)
Any MK player would know that he actually says: "Get over here!" Then yanks the rope (usually you uppercut or slice away with sword depending on which MK you have >I have the Sega Genesis version and the MK Deadly Alliance for XBox< Scorpion = soul-less demon!) Anyways, back on topic, wieldable fishing equipment is just looking for some1 to PK you. Oh yea, that newb is running away. I better stop him! *Casts fishing rod with a phat on end, then reels it in with newb chasing it* (i wish i was rich enough to risk something like that) Like that could be good... MY OPINION ON FISHING WEAPONS: harpoons = yes (stab you to death, then catch sharks with your dead body as bait!) nets = maybe... (stops them, but the net is destroyed because they rip it to get out? like casting snare) cage = HECK NO! (oh yea, im going to hit you with a large cage thing!) fly-fishing rod = no, what are you going to do, tickle them with feather until they die? fishing rod = maybe... (pulls them back?)- The crafting guild
WOAH! Getting off-topic and getting kinda disturbing (But yes, i wonder about them too, never see any with a skirt... *cough*queer*cough*) Anyways, they are right, there are sheep about 3 feet north of the enterance to the crafting guild. Anyone familiar with the make-over mage or that has done recruitment drive (as a guy to start anyways) know's about them. If they should add anything, it should be a freakin' furnace! For cryin' out lload, the point of the place is to be able to craft there. All you CAN craft in there is a leather set, clay stuff, or cut a gem. If a furnace was there, we could just mine, smelt, craft into the desired object, run to fally, bank, repeat. Or at least have a needle and/or thread respawn there... - Alch Return Centre
