  1. ...to get drunk. Yes.

There is only one problem that I would bring up with your last statement. Rape is a very real, very serious threat, and abstinence is not 100% safe. Albeit it being as close as you're going to get to avoid pregnancy and STI's as possible. Stop being so technical. :wall:

The problem is that we don't have a magical detector to decide which people abide the laws. And don't say people with past criminal records, because it really isn't fair to allow them to get shot up and robbed because of past mistakes. Three assaults and four armed robberies are "mistakes"? Come now.
  4. Reproduction. I knew the offspring looked similar to their parents, so I theorized that the woman's brain gathered data visually to make the kid like it's father. It only worked if you loved him. So after time, when the brain had enough information by looking at the dad, it would start making a baby (since it already knew everything about the mother). In short sense, pregnancy was random.
  5. But, at the same time, tip.it, and most reasonable people see that 1% of religion promotes hate and oppression; and hate the other 99%. Then they're not reasonable people are they? I think it is unreasonable to think that, doesn't change the fact that reasonable people have that opinion (or at least act like it). 1% =/= 99% If a reasonable person thinks 1=99, then Christ, we got a problem in our hands! If somebody blames the entire religion over some problems, they're not being reasonable. A reasonable person might disagree with religion, but cannot hate the entire thing and its followers because some people are idiots. It is not reasonable to think all Muslims are terrorists because a few are. It is not reasonable to think all Christians are fundamentalist-idiots because a few are. It is not reasonable to think unreasonable people are reasonable, because if you keep your dignity and respect, you wouldn't think unreasonably.
  6. Ahh, just let Sony keep their prices. Then release the PS4 and make NO money at all. It's what they get, those idiots.
  7. Yeah, after you shave it grows faster. Which sucks cuz I hate shaving...I haven't shaved in weeks. Thank god I don't grow hair THAT fast.
  8. But, at the same time, tip.it, and most reasonable people see that 1% of religion promotes hate and oppression; and hate the other 99%. Then they're not reasonable people are they?
  9. That was my English class all last year. I can't say what you can do, I'll just stop reading and do something else tbh. Screw the book.

Have you ever attended a worship of any religion? Never 2. Do you consider yourself religious? Somewhat. While I do not pursue to please or follow a God, I follow the morals of the universal good, also found in many religious texts. 3. Is there a god, gods, or a supreme deity? There might. But highly unlikely in human intrests/created the world. 4. Is there an afterlife? No. 5. How do you believe that existence came about? (in a nutshell) Evolution from life to human beings, unknown from nothing to life. 6. Have you ever attended a worship of any religion that you do not consider yourself a part of? No. 7. What are your thoughts on non Judeo-Christian Western religions? Remember that religion is a broad term so please be specific. I wouldn't know much of them, so I cannot say. But my answer is most likely like question 8. 8. What are your thoughts on Judeo-Christian religions? Remember that religion is a broad term and that both of these groups have many subdivisions that have radically different beliefs and practices. What they define as morals (for the most part) are good. The rest, such as following God and history, shouldn't suppose to be taken literally. 9. What are your thoughts on Asian religions? Remember that religion is a broad term so please be specific. I wouldn't know much of them, so I cannot say. But my answer is most likely like question 8. 10. What are your thoughts on African religions? Remember that religion is a broad term, so please be specific. I wouldn't know much of them, so I cannot say. But my answer is most likely like question 8. 11. What are your thoughts on South American religions? Remember that religion is a broad term, so please be specific. I wouldn't know much of them, so I cannot say. But my answer is most likely like question 8. 12. What are your thoughts on Aboriginal religions (any native group that was displaced, such as Native Americans, Maori, Aborigines, etc)? Remember that religion is a broad term, so please be specific. I wouldn't know much of them, so I cannot say. But my answer is most likely like question 8. 13. What are your thoughts on pagan religions (Wiccan, alternative, Satanic, and other non-traditional forms of worship)? Remember that religion is a broad term, so please be specific. Also note that many alternative and pagan practices are not affiliated with Satanic worship. I wouldn't know much of them, so I cannot say. But my answer is most likely like question 8. 14. What are your thoughts on atheism, the belief that there is no supreme being(s)? Please remember that there are degrees to this belief, and that not all share the same thoughts. Most logical of all beliefs. 15. What are your thoughts on agnosticism, the belief that a supreme being(s) exists, but the individual chooses not to worship it/them? We should need more of them. 16. Have you ever publicly chastised someone who believes in a religion/school of thought different than yours? No. 17. If you belong to a religion or non-religion, please identify. -Did you consciously choose to follow this belief? Being good (honorable, respectable; Treat your neighbor as you would yourself) is something I am. So yes, I do choose to follow it. -Did you belong to another belief, by choice or force, before following this belief? No. -Did you personally research (as in personally in the first person) options before coming to this belief? Only thinking, considering, and philosophizing in my mind 18. Is intelligence (not IQ, but actual intelligence) correlated to one's belief in a religion or non-religion? Keep in mind that intelligence can not be measured by any science, this is simply your judgment call. Only by how fanatic somebody is and to what extremes you are willing to go for it. 19. Does religion, in your observation, do good in the world? Please cite specific groups or denominations. Yes, for the most part; but fundamentalists do not. The evil people of the world (defined by corruptness, greed, disrespect, etc) are usually not religious, so the "true-good" aspects are maintained by the common people, which is the majority. This determines that religion is favorably good. But such as I, who are not religious, can still be moraled as those who follow a religion. 20. Does non-religion, in your observation, do good in the world? Please cite specific groups or denominations. Only with morals, like I it does. The majority having lack of religion hasn't happened in history (at least that I'm aware) so I can't say how far the world would of gone without religion; since most religions push morals onto the common folk. 21. Does religion, in your observation, do bad in the world? Please cite specific groups or denominations. Ignorance shown in fundamentalists and how far they go, yes. But the common folk aren't fundamentalists, so the bad is not the majority. 22. Does non-religion, in your observation, do bad in the world? Please cite specific groups or denominations. Ignorance shown in fundamentalists and how far they go, yes. But the common folk aren't fundamentalists, so the bad is not the majority. 23. Please list your experience with sexual education, including but not limited to: lectures by parents, schools, religion, or non-education. Please do not list your sexual experiences. My parents only concern is protection, and extensive study of the reproductive systems from school. 24. Have you engaged in sexual intercourse of any kind? Please do not list your sexual experiences. A yes or no will suffice. No. 25. What, in your opinion, defines "love?" Great question. I don't know. 26. Have you ever been in, or are now in, a relationship? No. 27. Are you single/committed relationship/married? Single. 28. What, in your opinion, is sex's place in a relationship (or lack of relationship)? 29. Have you ever partaken in an illicit substance (excluding alcohol or marijuana)? No. 30. Have you ever partaken in marijuana? No. 31. Have you ever partaken in the consumption of alcohol? Yes. -Do you drink socially or alone? Or both? Socially. -Have you ever been drunk? No. -Have you ever lost control of your actions while under the influence of alcohol? No. 32. Have you ever regretted a sexual encounter? No. 33. Have you ever regretted using an illicit substance? (excluding hangovers) No. 34. Have you ever regretted using alcohol? (excluding hangovers) No. 35. Have you ever given serious thought (longer than 30 minutes in a year) to the existence of a supreme being(s)? Of course.[/hide] All religion is meaningless if you cannot follow it's moral codes, the basic good of the world. It seems that Tip.It, and most reasonable people, hate it when people promote hate and oppression under the name of religion. That is all.

Somebody I can trust and feel comfortable with. Not many people fit into the first criteria.

Exactly. No criminal cares about laws thats why it isnt about, here in holland if two people get angry, they punch/kick and maybe even stab if one of them is crazy, but in countries were you can have guns, normal people can draw guns against eachother and thus increasing the number of fatal fights I've never realized we lived in the Old West. Somebody who's using a gun so willingly shouldn't have one, and thus probably have it illegally. And just because its a gun doesn't mean it's an instant kill. If stalled long enough, a knife wound would kill you too.
  13. It's not much of a difference paying your sweatshop workers pennies a day. You just can't legally beat them.

It's not true, I wager on it. It's the friggen RSOF for Christ' sake, the kid only wanted attention. Nice find nonetheless, made me chuckle. :
  15. It's not like it's gonna kill you...unless you drink the entire bottle, then *maybe*. Drink moderately and nobody will have any problems.

Surely that would be one of the first targets for every religion to attack? And so chances are, heavily defended. Safe if you're Catholic, not so much otherwise. There's not much to defend though, i'm sure it's only about 1 mile in diameter. The Vatican isn't much bigger than a mile, but Rome certainly is. Kingjoe made me change my decision. Jedi all the way.

"Who's going to buy the cow if you're handing out the milk for free?" :P Haha, awesome analogy. And it fits well: Where as they're not "pressuring" per-say, the way media explains love is through physical lust. Two people love each other, lets have them have sex. Easiest way to explain, those lazy dim-witted directors/writers think. And when you make it society assume sex is related to love, teenagers are being misguided. At this day and age, it seems like sex is one of the primary goals of life. And its not true. I'm not pushing for the no-sex-till-marriage type deal, but we have to make sex some sort of dignified activity. As Dave Chappelle said once "If [kitty] was a stock, it'll be plummeting right now. You're flooding the market with it. You're giving it away to easily." And its true. Sex is going around too fast and too easily. Which at the same time, we still put a great value on sex. When we see or hear two people having sex we assume they love each other. But then why, are boyfriends and girlfriends brake up about sex? Why does it bring drama issues and negative gossip? Makes people jealous and other emotions rage? Because we still value sex but our hormones disagree. Which is why we need some bloody self control in today's society. Have sex with somebody you loved for a long time. Somebody you wouldn't mind being with for a very long time. Not the chick you just hooked up last week. We need some sort of morality code to make more value onto sex. Morality, not in the church's way of thinking, but in the universal scale. You wouldn't kill somebody you recently met. You wouldn't tell your deep secrets to a friend you just made. But, you would let somebody [bleep] you or you [bleep] somebody else, that you recently met. We need to put some value into sex, we still think that. But with the media showing sex so easily, because they're horrible at explaining love in their stories, it ripples through society. Teenagers and adults alike are feeling sex will give you something. Either pleasure that your hormones want or you soul mate. Both, very very short-term, both a step in the wrong direction. You don't need sex very early in your relationship. The couple need to work for it. Because that shows that they care; deeply and truly.
  19. Tell me about it... [cabbage], I wanna play WoW again but, I don't wanna reach 80 and then have nothing to do since I don't like raiding the big bosses. If only there were more to do at end-game...

    My opinion on the matter.
  21. Ah yes, the money you don't pay us clearly goes well into your education system. The commonwealth is a bit like NATO. Its a bunch of volunteer countries which band together for ceremonial purposes, but you know if push came to shove everyone would move out the way. Oh good. Here I was thinking worst-case scenario it was some sort of vassal-pact between several countries and Britain. Hey, if you accepted us into Great Britain in the first place this wouldn't of happened.
  22. Exactly my thoughts. But with lots of repeating "A"s in "maybe". But that happened 2 years? Damn, it seemed like it happened a few months back.
  23. That hasn't stopped some people... :?
  24. Ahh. But they have this commonwealth...thingy. Can anyone explain?
  25. If you think about it, there near your region... I'm going to laugh when Kim attacks the USA...he will fail so hard at it... I could probably shoot down his rockets with a pistol from my house. It's gonna fly that low, swear to god.
