I think there shouldn't even be a 3rd Amendment. I can understand why they made it in the 1700s, people had to hunt. But we live in modern socity, people dont hunt for food anymore! (At least 99% of the population)

You could always make your own nats! 44 RC required. Run laws in world 99, WORLD 99, NOT 66!!! 66 makes you give 28 es for 10 laws and junk... 99 is 28 ess=28 laws. Simple as that! Anywway back on topic, get laws and get mage 45 then Cammy tele to 55. Either get 44 RC, or run nats and then high alch till lvl 60. (while buynig your whip, currently costs 1.7-2mil)
