You need to do Death Plataeu and Climbing Boots from it to climb over the rocks. Just to the quest, its very easy.

I personly use this format: 1 Law, 1 Air, Pouch, the rest filled with ess. I wear a earth staff and some cheap armor (mith FTW) and run to Zamorak Mage. If I get Entangled or any spells that make you stop, I can just tele to my house (unless they teleblock). Once crafted, I tele to my house, rub my glory to Edgeville and repat.

Looks kinda fake...But still possible. Some monk can step on thin paper and not break it.
